Our transmission went out in our Silverado on our way home from Birmingham. We were about 45 miles from Anniston. I called a local towing company and the guy who answered was so nice! He said he could have someone to us in less than 30 minutes. Kerry arrived in less than 30 minutes, and this lady was amazing! She got our truck loaded up and brought us home! If you re in need of a tow, call these folks. Their prices are very reasonable too. I definitely recommend them.

We were on a trip from TX to SC. We gassed up at Leeds and headed back on the freeway to continue our trip home. But the transmission on our truck had different plans and failed. We called Brenton's Automotives they got us set and they recommended Burleson Towing. Our call to Burleson got us a great tow truck operator, Karrie. She quickly got our truck loaded and then hooked up our brand new camper. She got us to Brenton's Automotive and helped get our our camper set so we could spent the night. She was wonderful and provided great service. Thanks again Karrie!

Good folks. I own a koi pond and Water features company (Earthly Creations and Water Wonders) via Facebook or Google. And I had a 2 ton rock fall into a pond I was building in moody al. And this company helped get that rock back up and out the pond so I could get the rock re-bracedup so I could then build the pond again .And price was reasonable and they was quick . Alot of help.Pictures attached is of the rock that fell and the after finished pics

Awesome experience! Rollback was at my location within 30 minutes and was very Friendly! Driver took care of not damaging my car since it is very low. Very pleased with the reasonable pricing and the dispatcher that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use this company for any towing needs.

My brother's vehicle broke down while pulling a trailer in Alabama. We are from Georgia. This company was reasonably priced and very fast on picking us up. The driver was kind and the dispatcher was as well.

Truck showed up within 30 mins, driver was friendly, and the tow was reasonably priced. Thank you for the easy experience and I will definitely call Berleson next time I need another tow.

Would not recommend at all. Driver came and put down the vehicle not in driveway but next to it. Not even parked straight. He put it in my neighbor s yard. I asked why and he said he can t get it in my driveway cause his truck was too long . Called them back to come straighten it and they said they can but for a price (the same price for the towing).Service: Car towing

Great price and very friendly and helpful, I was told upfront about wait time, and suggested I call other places for faster service. After calling other places I find out Burleson has the best price and about the same wait time. (Other places were closer to my location)

Coming home from Christmas vacation our truck caught fire while pulling our camper. It was really devastating but we were lucky to save the camper. These guys where extremely helpful. They arrived shortly after the state trooper dispatched them with 2 rollbacks. They loaded my burnt up truck and towed the camper with the other truck to the there storage lots. They made sure we had gas for the generator and anything else we would need for the camper and they helped me set the camper up in the lot with all the 18-wheeler trailers in it. They let us stay the night in our camper at there lot so we wouldn t have to get a campground until I could get the camper towed home. We left the next day but they went completely out of their way several times to help us and show that they care. It is a family business from what I can tell and they treat you like part of the family. Great service. Thank you.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

This company was wonderful. Had a blow out on the way home and my husband was visiting his sick mom, so he could not come to fix it. This company sent someone out and they were there quickly. The guy that helped me was super nice and helpful. I was on my way in literally 15 minutes. Thank you. Would highly recommend this company.

I locked my keys in the car and Burleson was there in no time. He got my car door opened and retrieved my keys. If you lock your keys in your car in the Leeds Or Moody area there is no charge! Unbelievable!

We have a Volvo. Wife has two keys. Drive was given one keys when he pulled it onto wrecker. When we arrived home he could not find the key they were given. Then accused us of trying to scam them because we have a second key.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Danny is great! Burleson has saved us on more than one occasion: everything from trucks and backhoes stuck in the mud, my 18-year old locking her keys in the car, and towing my car... twice. Friendly and community minded. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Burleson for being in Moody!

We've had a really rough past few weeks & got stuck in a ditch by our driveway & the man who pulled us out was extremely nice and didnt charge us. Honestly it has been the only upside to this week, he didnt have to help us the way he did. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of help stuck in a ditch or anthing!

One of your drivers pulled out in front of me and almost caused an accident in front of the shell on Moody parkway. Dude didn't even stop just rolled right into traffic. Absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful

The only reason I give this rip off company a star is that's as low as the rating system goes.The tow truck driver was rushing me to sign papers and hook up to the car and that should have raised a flag. Then he said his boss already talked to my insurance rep and they were told to go ahead with the tow. Insurance rep said they lied! Charged me $400 to tow my car less than 5 miles. Then charged an additional fee for storage, because I didn't let their body shop fix the car. F... out of here! Unless you like being over charged, RUN WHEN YOU SEE A GREEN TOW TRUCK THAT READS BURLESON TOWING!
