Extremely disappointed! The lady that checked me in was great but took them an hour and a half to finally tell me they wouldn t change my oil. Went down the street to another place and had not 1 issue and was out in 15 minutes. Horrible service

I ve been using the Ann Street Walmart Auto department since moving here 3 years ago. I can t say enough how much I appreciate these guys efficiency and hard work. I ve never waited long, they always make recommendations that are affordable and honest. A special shout out goes to Ms. Crystal & Barry. Crystal has assisted me and educated me with kindness and understanding for nearly 4 years. She s behind the counter every time I go in, always has a good attitude and helps to find what works best for you. Plus, it s encouraging to see another woman who is always working to learn more about her craft. Barry took the extra time to educate me on the health of my tires. Despite the treads being solid, the edges were splitting. Thanks to him i won t be stranded on the side of the road because of being clueless. Thank you to these two for going the extra mile. I would give Ann Street in montgomery Al a 3, but their people are nice In the Auto section. They are just ALWAYS short handed, and they didn't have the tires I previously purchased for over a week. They sent me to Atlanta Hwy walmart in montgomery Al and they didn't have the tires either, so I would give them a 4 because they were nice, offered a oil change and then checked to see who would have them. I went to Chantilly Walmart then BOOM!!! They had my tires, after going there twice. It took a while, but I finally got my tires.

I took my car into the Ann Street/Montgomery, AL. location for an oil change December 2022 and they stripped the screw to the oil filter that I didn't know about until yesterday when I took it elsewhere for another oil change. They don't do full service there but mark all of your fluids full even though they aren't. I found that out the days after my oil change when my windshield wiper fluid light came on while out of town and when I took it back for them to fill it up, they wouldn't. I'll never go back there. The service is terrible.

Not happy. Installed the oil filter wrong, it fell off and all the oil leaked out of my car. Filed a claim, assigned an adjuster, been leaving messages for over week. Nothing. No call back. Very disappointed. Been a loyal customer. An oil change is a simple procedure that shouldn't have resulted in this. I'm out of a car. Struggling to get around.

Don't trust the mechanics, they will attempt to get you to buy the oil for your oil change with some flimsy story about Walmart policy. The manager is a liar. She called me but will not respond to my calls.

Out of state, had a flat. Would not repair my tire because fix a flat had been put in it. Never heard of this in 30 years of using fix a flat. Both tire stores I use close to home, grab the tire and fix it. Done in 15 minutes. Ridiculous

This location is TERRIBLE! My tire was obviously flat and no one, I mean NO ONE tried to help me. I asked the one worker that I did see, he was so rude and ignored me. Then there was another gentleman, that told me he was with another customer and that I needed to wait my turn. Everyone was so rude and no one offered any assistance. Everyone that works at this location should be FIRED. It made no sense that I couldn t go to a auto shop and get help with putting my spare on. Unacceptable.

Wonderful service! The mechanics helped us after hours when our alternator broke! Then, when we went over to O'Reilly's later that day, we bumped into the mechanics again and they checked on us! God is good to send us to the right place at the right time!

Poor service, will never get my tires balanced at, Walmart again. Had to go twice, 10 weight on 1 tire. My whole truck was shaking bad on the road, while driving.

They are okay. They never have the right tires which they say they have on the phone. Whoever does inventory needs to be trained properly.

You get what you pay for. They damaged the oil drain plug on not one but two cars (my husbands and mine) then refused to fix the issue they caused! Do not recommend at all! Save yourself the time, stress and money go somewhere else. My husbands car was damaged at Atlanta Ave and mine at Ann St so it's not an isolated incident this what two seperate stores.

The mechanic just didn't want to do his job. I've gone to Walmart for oil changes 3 times before. I took it in again, on a Saturday, and I was told my oil change was cancelled because there was oil all underneath my car. I took it home, jacked it up, and looked under the car. There was no oil anywhere under the car. Besides, all the fluids were full.I'll just take it elsewhere from now on.

I came in on my lunch break and the cashier Crystal as so friendly and ensured that my vehicle would be done and it was on time. So far the best experience. Thank you Walmart Automotive Ann St. Department.

I always come to Ann Street for all of my Automotive needs ( oil change..tires), although I live near the Atlanta Highway location.The customer service at Ann Street is A-1 and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called and told them what i needed and I was on the way, when I pulled up they had them ready and was so helpful with whatever I needed. Great customer service!

Not punctual at all. Opened at 7 yet I stood outside for 20+ minutes before they ever opened the door.

Take forever
