Bought a car I thought drove good and was ultimately what i wanted. 3 weeks later I have now paid thousands in repairs even with a warranty I was sold. The dealership was notified about the repairs and has no answer for me. Don t buy a car from here, their surety doesn t make up for their lack of integrity.

I would not buy a skateboard from this company. They are very unprofessional. After the sale. They claim that they do not know if any of their vehicles have been modified. Or parts missing from the vehicle. Once you have signed the paperwork, it is yours As well as any malfunctioning parts on the Vehicle. So if you have money to throw down the drain, this is the right place to go

I just bought a car from Troy automotive it's a 2009 Toyota RAV4. It's a great. I love it the staff was super helpful and friendly there is one lady I forgot her name but she went the extra mile to help me. My only complaint. Inside one of the man I also forgot his name I just remember he was bald and fat . It was messy papers and books everywhere And there is a half-eaten donut on a styrofoam plate on his file cabinet in the corner But other than that good experience staff was excellent and the cars are good. I recommend this place. To anyone that's looking for a good vehicle. On a good budget

My parents purchased a car from this lot on Tuesday, September 20th and paid in full with a cashier's check. The car ended up having issues before they could drive it off the lot and Troy Automotive kept the car to repair an alternator. In the meanwhile, my mom decided on Thursday, September 22 that she no longer wanted the vehicle, being afraid of more issues and asked for her money back. Salesman, Mr. Pope told her she can not get her money back eventhough she never drove the car off of the lot. After going back and forth for a day or so, my mom decided to get the vehicle after the repairs were done and the salesperson drove it to my son's apartment on Friday and it ran hot on Saturday. To make a long story short, Troy Automotive will not repair it. Please don't purchase from this lot.

Bought a 2009 Nissan Rogue from Troy Automotive last year. I was charged $400 for a warranty. Well, 12 months later, the wheel bearings are shot, and the car needs new rotators and tires due to the bearings issue. Get this: no one but me has any record of me purchasing an extended warranty, even tho I have the paperwork and banking statements that prove otherwise. Where'd my $400 go? Someone's pocket? Likely. See y'all in court.

I m not the type to leave reviews but after the way one of the guys from here acted especially in front of my kids, I have no choice! We went to see a car that looked perfect and once seeing the car in person It definitely was not worth the price. After we pointed out major defects on the inside and some on the outside of the car... (FYI none of this was shown on the pictures on their website or mentioned over the phone.) After the defects were brought up they were willing to knock off a couple of hundred bucks but it would have taken more than a couple hundreds bucks to fix the defects!! We said thanks and tried to walk away but they insisted on getting an offer so my husband gave them one. One of the guys laughed, said hell no, and walked off to his Jeep. All he had to say was I m sorry but that s too low, thanks. I can t say all the people there were but this one guy, in which I failed to catch his name, was very unprofessional. If only I had seen the their reviews before making the long trip.

We went to the dealership in Millbrook to get a car for our son. The salesman told us nothing was wrong with it aside from a little damage to the interior. The very next day it broke down on us so we contacted dealer. He said "it can't be that bad". The water pump is leaking so bad they had to have filled it up with water just before we test drove it!

I flew into Montgomery from VA to purchase a vehicle and drove it back 766 miles. The vehicle was exactly as described. Great customer service and they even meet me at the airport. Highly recommend!

Do not call these guys unless you really want to buy a car!I was just seeing if they could get me financed next thing I know my wife is driving off the lot in a Dodge Dart. Easiest car purchase I've ever made. And the car is awesome!

The biggest liers there can be & the rudest our deal changed multiple times we wanted to purchase a truck from them then next thing u know we came to an agreement & they call us saying they sold right after we left stay away

CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION. BOUGHT A TRUCK FROM THERE AND LESS THAN A WEEK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON. DEALERSHIP WOULD DO NOTHING IN HELPING FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY LIED ABOUT HAVING THE VEHICLE SERVICED AND OIL CHANGE. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY ,STAY AWAY
