The service center has always fit us in on OUR time. They have accommodated our time frames to ensure an easy transition that worked for us. It was easy to communicate and easy to complete with all the help of the techs. Lawrence and Cory have been wonderful to work with each time. Keep up all the good work guys!

Some employees are great; however, some are awful.During my latest experience, I spent 3 hours and 45 minutes there for routine maintenance that I had an appointment for. My car sat untouched for over 2 hours while other people and cars came and left. Since my time is not valued, I will be driving the extra distance to the Clanton dealership for service in the future.

I recently took my Toyota Tundra in to Toyota of Montgomery for service and a tire rotation. This dealership is under new ownership, and after many years as a satisfied customer with the previous owners, I was a bit apprehensive. I quickly realized that there was no need for concern. Everyone I dealt with was eager to see that my needs were met and all issues addressed. Heather and Jeremy in particular went above and beyond in their efforts to see that my Tundra was serviced properly. I will definitely be a returning customer!

A fellow customer played chicken with me as I pulled in, but Nichole greeted me as soon as I pulled up for my SUV to be serviced and took care of everything. In 20-30 minutes, all was done, Erica brought my car to me, and I left with a generous offer from Brian to buy my car. Great service and great folks.

Danny S is my favorite service consultant. He is kind and most of all honest. The workers are nice and friendly. There is a lady who is so sweet here and walks around and asks each person in the service department if they'd like water or coffee. They really make waiting for your car painless.

My overall experiences with this car dealership has become notably top line service. I have established a personal friendship with the kindest of a sales person, in the name of Brian Klash. He's always available to me, ensuring that I am totally satisfied in all aspects of my visits. He handles any/all problems that I may have. I have purchased 2 cars with his assistance. As a saleman, he is not high pressure; instead, he listens to your desires and patiently walk with you throughout the whole ordeal. He certainly has made my Rheinhardt's business deals a most unique ordeal.

I took my car here to get serviced and gotten it back and nothing was fixed. I was told they could not find anything wrong now today my brakes have went out and the car is now totaled due to incompetence. Then when you try to get into contact with a manager nobody answers.

1st auto check, my car just hit 5000 miles. Car said to make appointment to get my car serviced. They checked my car rotate tires,change oil ect all went well. Little wait time. To be expected there checking my car. Thank you Reinhardt and service people for checking on my car.

We took our vehicle in on a Friday morning for a multi-point inspection and told them what was going on. They called back Friday evening but we missed the call. When we called back no one answered and they were still open. We called first this Saturday morning and the advisor assigned to our car was off so another advisor was going to check on it. Called back Saturday twice afternoon and they still wouldn t give us any details. We called this morning and no one answered the phone so we left a message. We called back and they couldn t give us any info without the advisor. I am just her frustrated that our vehicle has been there since 10:30 on Friday morning and they still have not given us any details about what is wrong with our car.

total garbage, they did some fixing on the right front arm of my 2019 highlander and 5 months later I took it back cuz it was making a weird sound everytime i make a right turn or hit the brakes, now they said they cant do it bc I hit something else, blaming me as a criminal. really aweful experience!dont recommend this place to my worst enemy! however they wanna charge me again 1k plus bucks!they deserve a 0 for their bad service!

The service was good. I do have one very important concern. The staff did not put the customers safety of much concern. All the customers except one was wearing a mask. This ia state mandatory when in public. Only a handful of employees had mask and were interacting with the customers. I need a windshield for my car and I'm thinking about going to another dealer to have this work done. You don't have the customers best interest at heart.

First time we went for service, we had issues. Second time we went for service we had issues. I was sent a survey to fill out, and let me tell you.....it was filled out in great detail. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in how I was treated. Today, someone called to talk about the survey and we spoke in great detail and I was still NOT HAPPY. My husband and I will give them another chance with our business but in his HOLY name if there are any issues again with the service we receive we will not, repeat not, be back.

The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, super friendly and they take awesome care of you and your vehicle. I went to get my scheduled service done and was in an out in less than an hour. Wonderful first time experience!

Came for service and made the mistake of asking a question about a car.Salesman accosted me and tried to push a deal on me. I explained I was just curious about the trade in value of my car... he continued drawing up a purchase proposal... I asked if their trade in value offer was based on the type of car... he said no and asked what features I wanted... I said I didn t know and just was curious about tradein... he asked for my drivers license... I said we are done here and left.Rude... not customer focused... I hope their sales team isn t always like this.Willing to revisit this review in the future.P.S. their service appointment team was quite easy to work with.

My husband & I went there after receiving an offer through Capital One. We ended up buying a Silver 2021 Toyota Corolla, (I do regret not picking a darker color). The staff & everyone we went through were so kind & helpful! I've never had an easier time buying a car! If anyone needs a great new car buying experience, go visit Reinhardt Toyota.

I brought my car in today for a 7 a.m. appointment. I called to ask for status at 9 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 5:45 p.m. The mechanic called at 3:30 to say they were about to start looking at it and would let me know a diagnosis when they got one. Now, apparently they are closed and I have not been called with so much as an estimate or diagnosis on what is wrong with my car. My appointment was at 7:00 a.m. Why did they not even look at until 3:30 p.m.? I am willing to be patient and do not expect it fixed right away but they have had the car all day and now they are closed and I don t even have an estimate or diagnosis. Why make an appointment if they are not even going to look at until over 8 hours later? They did not even have the courtesy to tell me something before closing. I need to make arrangements if I am going to be out of a car for a while and they told me nothing.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Never had any problems with service there. They actually seem to be better than almost all dealer service departments I've been to, the only reason they don't get five stars is that if you are waiting you'll wait a long time, they seem to keep pretty busy.

Original experience with the service team was not great when I had a brand new 4Runner with issues that they were not fixing. Turns out it was a lemon and after the service trips to try to fix it I gave it back and got a new vehicle.Scheduled maintenance appointment for my new vehicle went so smoothly. Despite the hiccups in the duplicate scheduling, they do call you the day before to remind you of your appointment. You can drop off or wait on your vehicle. It was easier for me to wait so I drove up and an associate took my information. I headed to the lobby and 45 minutes later my car was ready to go! So far I have only had to take my Highlander for the scheduled maintenance and haven t had any issues
