I love the new Toyota of Montgomery and its new management. I was in town this week bringing grandchildren home from Spring break and had some extra time on my hands, so I cruised through the Toyota/Lexus car lot. There I was met by an extremely nice young man Felix who graciously offered to help me and as fate would have it - I traded my 2022 Highlander for a 2024 4Runner. With the wonderful help from Felix, Jorge and Tyler, I was able to get a top $ trade for my Highlander and was able to purchase my dream car. Felix was extremely knowledgeable about the car and he and Jorge made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. Tyler is an expert in the finance department and walked me through each step. My was husband was in NC and I was making this world wind purchase on my own, but I know he will absolutely love this 4Runner as much as I do.Thank you gentlemen for all your help. It is greatly appreciated.

today I bought my first big purchase! A 2020 Hyundai Palisade. I would just like to say how great Mr Todd Sparks was! He was so caring and kind to My Family and Me! Granted I had my 2 year old triplets with me he made the process as smooth as it could be and I couldn t thank him more for helping us! I am absolutely in love with the our new car and it is already nap approved by the kids! We can t wait to take family trips this summer and I couldn t thank Mr Todd enough!

My servicer, Payton, was very helpful. She made an assessment of what was needed. She provided details of cost and comparison of the options suggested.My vehicle would not be completed that day and she contacted me immediately. She made arrangements with rental car so that I could get around the city to complete my errands.Payton was very professional and pleasant.

Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful. Thanks to LP and the friendly staff, the process was much smoother than I anticipated. I had done research beforehand to narrow down make and model, all that remained were test drives and the final decision. Research, prepare, but a knowledge salesperson can help because you are always bound to forget a detail. LP was professional, friendly and efficient. Top notch service. I highly recommend LP and Toyota of Montgomery if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

We purchased a 2024 Highlander a couple days ago. We worked with George and Mike and they were both so helpful and explained everything to me. We needed to trade in two vehicles for one and we were a bit upside down in both so I was so surprised they were able to make it all work and not totally break the bank on us. Customer service was amazing. Overall, a great experience. I even brought my mom back a couple days later and they worked a great deal for her as well.

WOW! This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had!I want to give a super thanks to Gary who was so kind, respectful, and just an all around nice guy. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory as well as what Toyota of Montgomery offers. The best sales person EVER! Ben also jumped in to help out as well as Tyler negotiating the money part. He made all things possible!This dealership is so wonderful! They made me feel so comfortable and offered snacks and drinks. I was grateful for their kindness during the trade-in process and car purchasing choice.Toyota offers soooo many perks that I don't know why everyone does not own a Toyota! They stand by their cars and offer free services while owning the car. They don't just sell you the car and then drop you..... that's not their style.I will only buy a Toyota from now on....from Toyota of Montgomery!!!!If you are in the fence, please go in and see these folks..... they know their business and care about their customers. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

I am disappointed in the quality of service that I have been receiving from this organization. I brought my 2013 Toyota Tacoma in for new tires and fuel injection cleaning last week. After installing the tires, I noticed a popping sound intermittently when turning the wheel left or right, stopping, and while driving. Upon bringing the vehicle back the first time, which was two days later, the technician stated that a couple of screws had backed out and that he replaced them while securing the other areas. However, a couple of days later I encountered the same issue. This time when I brought the truck back for the same issue, I purposely turned my radio off so they can hear the sound when they test drove it. Upon return of my vehicle, my radio was turned on and volume up, which indicated that the technician was not listening for the audible popping. In addition to this, the technician told me that him and another tech went on the test drive together and both heard nothing. In my opinion, he just told me anything to send me on my way. I still have the same problem intermittently to this day. I am waiting for the service manager to contact me with a solution.

We told them from the beginning we already had our own financing but after they gave me a payment much higher than what we were told by our bank ( they are a preferred lot with our bank ) we questioned it and Mike the finance guy did not like this and his whole tone changed. We left and I checked my credit report and they put 3 hard inquiries on my credit. Again we told them up front we had financing so THEY DID NOT EVEN NEED TO RUN MY CREDIT. And two days later 2 more hard inquiries from them again. So now I m having to dispute this and try to get this taken off. The salesman was great but the finance dept / Mike is really shady in my opinion.

It was just an excellent experience!My husband and I were getting quotes to buy our new car from several dealerships but it didn t make sense for us.Having my husband working 12 hr shift and myself out of state it was just harder.When I called Toyota, our sales person Kendric Johnson was more than helpful. He was efficient,understanding, polite, patience with everything! ( I had a lot of questions by the way) We didn t even have to go personally. He just made our life easy! Within couple hours (helping us find our best deal) We got our car!!!From the first call to the end was just excellent!Definitely recommend and ask for Kendric!!!

I bought my Tundra from this dealership, got Toyota Guard, and every time I bring it in for servicing everyone there has been very outgoing and respectful, helpful, and supportive. Even when encountering issues, the staff (particularly Sidney and Will) have been very forthcoming and understanding - going out of their way to make sure things are done efficiently and accurately as well as reaching out after the fact to inquire about the quality of my visit. Customer service is top notch.

My salesman was Lawerence Phillips. When I tell you he did an amazing job and walked me through the process of purchasing another vehicle for my family. When I test drove the vehicle I instantly knew I wanted it and he made sure I was able to get it. If you or anyone in your family and friends need a vehicle please contact him. If you expect follow up from sales or service this is not the place to go. I was in the market for a vehicle and twice visited this dealership to shop. Both times I left my contact info only to never get a follow up call, email or text. In addition I recently called the service department for an issue with my wife s Lexus and was told a service advisor would follow up with me. That did not happen either. We enjoyed our relationship with the former Reinhardt dealership. They were consistent in delivering outstanding service and follow up. The new ownership is not meeting the standard we expect from a Toyota/Lexus dealer. We are taking our business elsewhere.

Today, my mother and I had a wonderful experience at the Toyota Dealership in Montgomery, AL.We were fortunate to meet some very kind and compassionate individuals who helped us find the perfect car for my mom without feeling like we were being taken advantage of.Kendrick, the salesman, helped us understand the purchasing process and narrow down the vehicles while our actual salesman, Gary, was busy with another customer. Gary then assisted us with choosing and purchasing the car.The service manager, Danny, and the finance team, Michael and Daniel, were exceptional in their roles, and their integrity and patience were remarkable.Their exemplary customer service and dedication to helping us make this purchase an exceptional and memorable experience. My car shopping experience was great with Marcus! He was very patient and understanding with my wants and needs in a new vehicle. He sent me pictures of the cars he thought would interest me. When we visited the lot, he went above and beyond to make sure we seen all the vehicles that was on my list of what I wanted my car to have. His manager was also amazing! You can tell that this dealership values their employees and want to help their customers. Needless to say, I left with a car I love! Google doesn't allow more than 5 stars; however, I give them a 10/10!

This is by far the slimiest car dealership I ve ever dealt with. Ended up working with 3 different salesmen who all gave us drastically different prices! We contacted the original guy we worked with and told us to come negotiate in person to get the deal we wanted, we drove in an hour, he wasn t there, so we met with someone else and they upped the price $7,000. We also had to deal with their unbelievably condescending manager way more than I would ve liked who lied to my face about the price of a car that I had a picture of that I took in their lot! Would highly recommend going literally anywhere else, no customer should be treated the way they treated my family.

My experience from inquiring about a particular vehicle online, to receiving an email from personnel within a day (Garrett), to the ease of setting up an appointment to complete the transaction was amazing. The process of purchasing my new Toyota I must admit was seamless. The staff is top tier from Will to Garrett to Tyler who set a terrific vibe that I have ever experienced signing paperwork . The sales manager, Bo was also a joy to meet. All in all, I am overjoyed with my purchase and the staff made it an enjoyable journey. While I ve had several good experiences with the service department, today I truly had a fantastic experience with Josh as well as the mechanic. I brought the vehicle in for a diagnosis of a leak. Josh was very helpful in and clarifying the process and when I asked for pictures Of the problem he delivered. His courteousness and professionalism really stood out. The mechanic addressed the issue and got the repair done very quickly.

The service department is absolutely terrible! It is April 10th and I have been trying to have a part that is covered under my warranty replaced since January 29th.I have taken the car in 3 times (24 miles of driving each time, and 3 hours of missed time at work) and they STILL haven t fixed it. On multiple occasions I ve tried to call and reschedule appointments THEY canceled and it will be days sometimes more than a week before I can even get a call back.I was supposed to have an appointment today to finally fix it, just for Toyota of Montgomery to not return my phone call to set the appointment time. I ve called twice just today, only to be transferred to someone who never answered, and told I ll receive a call back and still haven t.

Ask for Pedro!I ve been a proud customer of Toyota since 2014 and this has been the first time I received top-notch customer service! My last appointment with Toyota Montgomery (Aug. 2023) was one of the worst experiences since i ve been going there. But this time, I had the pleasure to be taken care of by Pedro. He greeted me promptly upon arrival, he was very patient with me and answering my questions, and he advise me based on my concerns. It was very refreshing! He definitely should win employee of the month!
