I had a fantastic experience with Tire City and highly recommend them to you! Great...prices, customer service, employees, products, etc. Truly one of Montgomery's best businesses!Background: Jerad (owner) was exceptionally helpful when I called in to get a tire quote. He listened to what I needed, gave me a great price, tracked down the specialty tire I requested, followed up by phone, and provided great advice. His price beat Tire Rack, Firestone, Wes Cook and Simple Tire. It was quite evident he understands how to deliver customer service, is extremely knowledgeable about the tire and auto service business, and really cares.George (manager) was fantastic in getting the work coordinated. In fact, when he saw me drive in, I could see him start pulling my tires. Duke was great installing the tires to perfection. Chris offered a lot of (free) advice on how to take care of some other issues on my car.It is tough to find people that are this good and trustworthy. I'll be back to have some additional work done by Chris. Thanks a million!(see attached photos)

I had to shop for new tires they had the best deal on tires so I went there to get tires. So I knew I needed a oil change so I told them we would add oil change to it. Though when they got my car in the shop they call me and told me that my oil had built up sludge on the dip stick that it was bad so they then proceeded to tell me it needs a small flush and then a large flush to the oil that they would have to drop my oil pan that the cost for tires oil change and 2 flushes and fix my thermostat housing would be right about $2100. At first I panicked and told them to go ahead before they started the flush I changed my mind. That was Brandon that was suggesting the flush and everything. When I left the shop Jared then proceed to call me and try to persuade me into letting them do the flush job when I told him I am taking a top notch mechanic he then tells me when he gets done with my car he wants me to bring it back where he can recheck. I told him that mechanic has been doing mechanical work for over 30 years he tried to tell me that person don t know what he is doing. That he wants to recheck that mechanic work. I don t know if I screwed up by even let them put tires on my car. Though be careful when it comes to them doing the oil flush Brandon told me he has sold 15 major flushes so if that the case that s over $15000.

Went there to get an alignment, needed some work and the estimate was ridiculous. Replace parts myself, found two more parts needed replaced. I replaced almost my entire front end in the time they quoted me for only see Pittman arm.... Total rip-off and don't know what they are doing. They couldn't even reprogram my TPS.

From start to finish the tire buying process with Jerad and his team was seamless and pain-free. Jerad sent several tire options and pricing via their online system for me to make a buying decision before even coming in the store. Installation was quick and customer service was top notch! No one else in the Montgomery area that I would recommend besides Tire City!

Great customer service, and once the service was done they text you a synopsis with pictures of your vehicle to help explain any findings! We d never seen this before ! We also thought their prices were reasonable, so thank you to Brandon for taking care of our PU truck Update, they also texted us a few days later to make sure everything is OK! Outstanding customer service skills!

I had 2 vehicles to go down in one week. Tire City diagnosis both vehicles and repaired them to excellent satisfaction, very pleased with repairs. Tire City is the only mechanics I trust with my cars. Highly recommend them.Service: General repairsService: General repairs

I always come here when i have car troubles. maybe a bit pricey at times but the quality of work is good and they have great customer service. Jerad is always honest. friendly and very helpful and thorough when explaining costs, processes, etc. perk is they have snacks and water in the lobby

We have taken our vehicles to tire city for about 7 years now and we recently had a major problem with one of our vehicles. Jared and his staff went above and beyond for us and helped us in a way that was unimaginable. We are very greatful and will continue to recommend tire city to all our family and friends

Just purchased new tires from Tire City. Their prices were very competitive. When I arrived at the Atlanta Highway location I was asked if I would approve an extra charge around $100 if I needed alignment. I authorized the charge and to my surprise when it was time to checkout they said an alignment was not necessary and therefore I wasn t charged the extra money. That is how honest companies operate and they will be my go to for tires and other services as well.

I was really frustrated at the service on Thursday. I came only to get my tire plugged. I was told someone would get right on it upon entry. The management took my information and key and that was the last time they spoke to me. I was in there 2 hours, no exaggeration! I got tired of sitting so I paced back and forth in the little parking lot until stepping back inside. Still no one said anything about my tire/car. It took everything for me not to say anything. I let it play out. Now here is my grievance. The management just sat there while discussing other stuff. It's worth it not to ever go back.

BEWARE of the over priced diagnostic charge I was charged 158.00 then they tried to charge me 900.00 to do the work which was not the problem they stated tried to solve this with the owner jerad but no response I at least should get majority of my money back for misdiagnosed they used to be the best company all his good workers are gone they let my mom 72 yrs old wait over 2 hrs for a oil change they are very pricey shop around don't get jipped like I did..You been warned

Tire City & Auto has taken great care of my Tacoma every time I've brought it in. Their diagnostics and communication are superb. I really appreciate their process for detailing what work is needed and what can be delayed, plus their prices are fair and reasonable. I recommend Tire City & Auto to anyone in need of work on their vehicle!

Three hours into a 13 hour road trip we had tire trouble. After being told it was at least a 2 hour wait at another place we saw Tire City across the street. We were in and out in 30 mins.Service: TiresService: Tires

I have been here twice and both times that I've been here I have been greeted by the owner Jared with a very friendly warm welcome and they performed great service to my wife's car. They were able to give a quick Diagnostic and also provide a accurate projection of the cost and then they performed timely work as well. I felt like they were very reasonably priced for the work that was performed on my vehicle. I feel as if I was very well taken care of and this is the only mechanic that I would recommend in the Montgomery area. They also give military discounts which is a huge Plus for a veteran such as myself.

My family and I live about an hour and a half from Montgomery. We were in town for our little one's doctors appointments when our Tahoe broke down. As I frantically searched for a way to get home or a nearby mechanic, we ran across Tire City via google. They had good reviews and seemed to be locally owned, so we gave it shot, praying not to get scammed. Sure enough, we were greeted with friendly service, a knowledgeable owner, and an honest service team. When I was told that one of two issues was likely, Jared gave me the cost for the more expensive of the two, so I'd have a good idea what to expect. After having his tech look at it, the problem was actually the lesser of the two and cost us about $150 less than anticipated. I appreciate their honesty and integrity, and of course their patience with two very loud children in the waiting room. I highly recommend Jared and his team at Tire City and Automotive Service! Thanks, guys.

I have given my business to Tire City for the last 10 years, and I was disappointed recently when I asked them to check a noise in my car (that started several months ago when I purchased 4 tires from them). I took the car back a week later and they could not hear the noise. After 7 months, noise got progressively worse, took it to them again and they charged me $47.00 for a diagnostic test, then I took it to dealer and they diagnosed something totally different from Tire City.

Went to Tire City and was very impressed. Even though I didnt get my car fixed. I did however get the help that I was concern about. I don't know all the guys name but the nice guy at the front desk, "BRANDON." Service was over the roof fantastic,"under pressure service." This is my second time visiting two locations but one Tire City. Good job Tire City. I am highly impressed. Shot out to the TIRE CITY CREW!!!

Im from Orlando Florida and stopped to get a tire fixed and they craked my rim. The old man Pops, got verbally agressive toward me and my daughter. I do not recommend anyone taking their car there for any reason, they disrespected me as customer and we will never go back for any type of service.

When my car broke down (coolant leaking out in two places) I was very nervous because last summer I went through about TEN Chevrolet dealerships with car issues that were never fixed. Every time I brought it to the dealership it d be fixed only to have The same or a more expensive issue later (oil leaks, broken serpentine belt, more oil leaks, issues with the camshaft and cover, etc etc) and I am so AMAZED that this place fixed my issue immediately and at a way better and more fair price than the dealerships were quoting me! When the dealerships were quoting me 1-2 weeks this place had it fixed the next day. It was honestly a great experience and I have now had my car for about 2 months with NO issues! I m amazed! Last summer my car broke down at least once a week and I spent the whole summer fixing it and now it s running great! If it s not already obvious, I would highly recommend them!!

Tire City has always taken excellent care of both my car and my husband's car. Both of our cars are older and they've helped us to keep them running for as reasonably as they could. They've always been upfront about costs with us and make sure to call us if anything is going to change. We've never had an unpleasant experience here. We plan to keep using Tire City as long as we're in Montgomery and they're open.

Great Customer service as always. This is the only place I go to for my tires. I purchase my tires there and get them rotated and balanced there also. (When you purchase a set from them they offer free rotation and balance). But the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also do more than tires. They have an ase certified mechanic on staff. I had a cracked radiator and they got me fixed up with that also!!!

I give this place a 5 star rating. I came in there a few weeks back and needed my tire repaired and fixed. Mr. Mack the auto tech, had to take my car on a test drive and found some things wrong with while driving. He gave me some recommendations and I had them fixed and bought some new tires. I didn't feel like i was being pushed into anything as other car places try to do.He showed great customer service, was very respectable and knowledgeable . When I need more things done to my car in the future, I will definitely always be coming to Tire City and will recommend them to anyone from now on.Just ask for Mr.Mack he's the best! Happy customer

Super friendly and honest service! I had a tire blow out and needed to have it replaced. They could have easily told me I needed to get 4 new tires, but they told me honestly that I only needed 2 as my old ones had plenty of tread. They were also able to fix my A/C which I had previously taken to another mechanic that had charged me twice and still been unable to fix it. I was talking to regulars in the waiting room and heard nothing but good things. Super friendly and would highly recommend them!

For some reason Tire City will no longer install parts not bought through their store, which is weird because I have had it done before at Tire City, multiple times. That's cool though, money spends everywhere, and Tire City will no longer receive my business. I give two stars because the owner is still a cool person, at least was last time I seen him.

ATTN: Potential customers please read full review. I went in for a front end alignment $69 I also asked the guy if he could look at the upper ball joint passenger side they seemed to be loose . He test drove my truck for 5 min and had my truck on the rack for 5 min. total time of 10-15 min. I am assuming the owner or the shop manager was the person i was dealing with . After he looked at my truck he typed up a quote the total was 1,100.00. that included parts and labor "front end alignment and new ball joints".I explained to the guy i was dealing with I have 2 babies at home and this price was not in our price range . He told me i could buy my own parts and they would charge me almost 800.00 dollars just for labor . to sum it up i declined the work due to the over pricing . I asked for my keys back they refused to give me my keys back . He then told me I owed 32 dollars for a diagnostic fee. I told the guy i was not paying any sort of fee, not only was i not informed of this before they put my truck on the rack but he only looked at my truck for 10min. I told the guy i do not agree with the way he handled business I should have been informed of these procedures up front or they should have a adequate or large enough sign on the front desk explaining the policies . I then asked for my keys again telling them my wallet was in the truck . They refused again to give me my keys ,He said "I can get your wallet for you" I responded with "You are not touching my personal belongings my wallet is in a personal pack" he then told the receptionist to give me my keys .They couldn't find my keys ? The guy who drove my truck around left my keys in the ignition ? I walked out to my truck obtained the money and paid the 32.00 & told them to have a blessed day. After leaving i called 3 other shops around town to compare the price, i was quoted between $500-$786. Not only was i disrespected in front of other customer, not informed of policies up front , I was quoted a outrageous price. "The receptionist even said the price was high" I understand a company can charge and do business to there liking but inform your customers upfront of policies .for example this is how the situation should have went "Sir just to inform you of our policies we do charge a $32 diagnostics fee . If you choose to have the work done we will apply this price towards your total . If not we do charge $32 dollars UP FRONT" I have never argued or written a review for any business. I did tell the guy that i was dealing with exactly how i felt and how awful he is running business treating people this way .I have no problem with a companies policies ,but inform me of your policies . I explained to the owner/manger we are on a single income with two babies I do not have $32 dollars for a fee i was not informed of. He then proceed to ask me if i don't have money to pay now how did i plan on paying for the alignment ? I explained to him my parents were going to come down and pay them for the alignment after the work was completed "This was very embarrassing having to explain this" . I wasn't trying to give him a sob story but we only had $40 dollars to last us another week for baby food.Now we have $8. I understand everyone has A STORY, a compliant & a problem . But the service and experience i went through today is exactly what is wrong with this world and the people in it . I did not use any of this businesses resources ,extended time or cost them money. I would never refer anyone to this organization and would expect them to not stay in business much longer if they treat potential customers this way.I am fairly mechanically inclined if i was to obtain and purchase the parts myself it would cost me no more than $200. So after looking at the situation this way it will cost them at most $200.00 for parts "possibly less if they have some sort of deal with a local parts store" they are charging me around $900 labor . This is probably a 3-4 hour job .Words can not express my experience here, I run a business on a daily bases THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS .......

I only trust this establishment with all my vehicles. They are honest, friendly and always provide details of the work or problems found. I really don t know any other company that sends the data to you via text to let you view your estimate and approve or disapprove the repairs prior to performing the work. Thank you Jared and Brandon for always providing great service!
