I had a great experience at Stivers Ford. I traveled 150 miles after communicating with them by text and email. I had identified some vehicles from the website and was able to test drive several. My salesperson was excellent providing all the information I needed for me to make a purchase. I am very pleased with my purchase and especially happy about the 0% financing that I qualified for. I purchased my Expedition Platinum from Raki. Very knowledgeable and reliable sales person.The believe in Price sells cars and Stivers sells service . Outstanding customer service with great incentives and prices. If you need a car or want to sell, Stivers should be your first choice. They have over 1300 vehicles on the lot. Never seen that much inventory anywhere. Not just that, Quick Lane service and free car wash. Not to mention, they also offer mobile service. Great dealership, great environment and most of all great service. Look for Raki, Rifa or MD. They are the best.

What a pleasant experience. Not only were the salesmen willing to work toward a price that made sense for all parties, but also they remained professional and courteous throughout the negotiation. Justin Graham, Marc Rudolph, Rob Jackson, and the sales manager, Ed were all great.Although I live in South Florida, I'll likely consider Stivers in Montgomery, AL the next time I am in the market for a Ford vehicle. Great experience! Caitlin and the team were quick, helpful and honest. I appreciate them letting me know what needed to be done and how much it would cost BEFORE services were done. It felt better she mentioned additional credit card payment fees up front--I was fine paying them but it just felt nice to know on the front end rather than seeing them on the bill after paying. Will definitely go back to see them in the future!

The service was excellent at Stivers Ford Lincoln, and Marc Rudolph was my sales representative. He was so easy to work with and got me the best deal. As it turned out, he saved me money by trading my vehicle as opposed to selling it outright. Stivers prices were also much better than a Pensacola dealership i was dealing with. Go see them at Stivers and ask for Marc!

Great place to buy a vehicle, well worth the drive from South Carolina, it took some serious negotiating but I got a vehicle that I wanted at a great deal, my salesman Ocho was on point and definitely took care of all my needs along with Hunter the GSM who knows how to get a deal done and make things happen, I had been trying to buy a new 2023 F-150 platinum from multiple dealerships and the Stivers Ford team and Ocho were hands down the best out of all the other dealerships and that lead to me purchasing from Stivers in Montgomery, will definitely consider buying again from them in near future, thank you to everyone involved in deal

I just want to let you know your salesman service was great and I enjoyed my 2014 Ford Explorer. I am giving you two stars to let you know it was unethical and what your finance department did. No way in my military mind a person with a 710 credit score have an APR 12% and put down a down payment of 6,000 dollars to have an APR this high.This only led me to believe statistics was right about black people paying more for a loan than others. My only mistake is never be in a rush especially buying a car on your lunch break. This month will be one year ago since I purchase the car.

Caution: If you're considering purchasing a new truck from Stivers, especially one that has been on the lot for a while, be wary. Make sure you drive the at highway speeds. I bought a vehicle on January 31, and there was significant vibration above 35 mph on the way home. Attempted to address the issue by calling them, but they gave me a run around. When I brought the truck in on a Saturday, they claimed no weekend warranty work and finally brought it in on a Tuesday. Despite replacing three of the four tires, the vibration persists after two weeks in the shop. I've owned the truck for four weeks, two of which it spent in the shop, and the problem remains unresolved. If you're considering a purchase, ensure there are no issues beforehand, as post-purchase support is lacking. The sole positive aspect of the dealership is the finance professional. They are highly professional and don't pressure you into purchasing additional products. Post-purchase, good luck getting in touch with anyone for answers. Despite multiple daily calls and voicemails, there's been no return call. Any dealership can shine during the purchase, but truly great ones ensure your satisfaction and handle any issues that arise afterward an aspect this dealership seems to lack.

I had an appointment today to have the oil changed. I was 15 mins early for the appointment time. At 30 mons past the appointment time I ask how much longer it would be as my vehicle had not yet been in the bay. I was told 15 mins and my vehicle would be pulled in as it was next. 1 hr after my appointment time I seen a truck being taken out of the bay and another vehicle brought in, and it wasn't mine, even through I was next. I took my vehicle and left without service. This is not the first issue I have had with the "Quick" lane service. The last time was with the pick up and drop off. I did get my vehicle back to me until 45 mins after the time I told them o would be leaving work. The only reason I use the Ford service is that I purchased the service package.

I had such a positive experience at this Quick Lane. I was having horrible car trouble and had already been to two different mechanics and still having problems with my car. I know nothing about cars so it can be intimidating when you're having some pretty serious car problems. I walked in and met with Brandon and he was incredibly helpful. He immediately recognized the problem but was willing to do a full evaluation of my car to ensure this was the only issue. 11/10 recommend this Quick Lane. They are incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Great experience coming in from out of state working with Greg McDonald! He was transparent on the pricing and our out-of-door price. After I flew in and arrived at the dealership there were no surprises and it went smoothly. Well worth the flight for the pricing and experience I had with them. We'll be back for our next vehicle!

I was at one of the Quick Lane where Mark McGough was working and he was very honest with me. I was prepare to pay hundreds of dollar. But he told me that after my spark plugs was replaced by someone else that the engine light was never reset. The Technician on duty reset the engine light and I was good to go. Anybody else would had taken advantages of me. Thanks Mark for being a BLESSING.

Highly recommend diesel owners to reach out to JD and Zack for any of your truck's maintenance needs. I have been back several times for everything ranging from regular Oil changes to aftermarket mods. JD is very honest and transparent and the techs are top notch in their knowledge of diesel engines. Moving to Birmingham from out of town i was worried about who to trust with my F250, It's safe to say I have found my go to crew.

Jeremy and team at Ford bailed us out big time. We had what ended up being a fuel pump issue on our f350 while we were pulling a 5th wheel. We could not get above 50 MPH on the freeway....not good. They got us in immediately, diagnosed it, got the the fix approved with our warranty company, and made the repair first thing the next morning. Very knowledgeable and can't thank Jeremy and team enough.

I live in Germantown, TN and received the delivery of my new F-250 last night. The delivery service Stivers Ford used was owned by Alvin Hardy. Mr. Hardy and his wife Barbara met me and transferred the vehicle to me. They were the nicest couple I have met in quite a while. Their professionalism and kindness renewed my faith in humanity. I want to shout out to Stivers Ford for sending such a couple to deliver my truck. Alvin and Barbara made you look like Rock Stars!

What a joke! My wife and I had 5 trucks picked out and we were going to buy one. We couldn't even look at 3 of them because they hadn't been inspected and "certified".We drove one truck and I opened the hood after to find oil sprayed all over part of the engine compartment. The salesman and sales manager both looked at it and kept saying it was missing a sensor or cap. I kept asking if it was the oil cap and was told no. I finally asked them to show me the oil cap for the engine and when they couldn't find it, they kind of admitted it might be missing the oil cap!How can a certified used vehicle be trusted if the service department can't even put the oil cap back on the engine!When we asked for a price, the minor discount was more than offset by an added equipment fee for wheel locks and a huge documentation fee. The final price was more than the advertised price on the website!Needless to say, we walked away without purchasing a vehicle.

Giving two stars because they used to be helpful. Last two service appointments went like this...Told it'll take an hour or two to diagnose battery issue. Waited an hour before someone else came to me asking if I'd need a ride home as they won't diagnose that day.Next appointment appointment was set to diagnose possible engine problem. Arrived only to be told they can't diagnose for 5 days.I'd advise that if there's a 5 day wait to just look at a car from a Ford dealer, maybe you shouldn't buy a Ford. Also, christian brothers could get in and diagnose the problem same day.

Subject in Striver Ford service department with expired tag blocking me in the parking lot. Afterward, he parked in handicapped place. Where's the Police when you are in need.New service person is an idiot, will be go else where. She talked to me like a idiot. Worst service for Military retired personnel, taking my business to Long Lewis ford.

Took my car in for service, went to pick it up it was scratched on the fender and one of my power windows would not work. Never had a problem with it before I gave it to them. Whatever happened it was on their watch. And they tried to stick me with an $814 bill. Not happy at all. Told them to stop all work I want my car back.

I went in today and was very disappointed to find out how badly I was lied to by one of the sales reps. I can t only blame him as I know it always starts at the top. I knew what car I wanted and was ready to buy. I also knew my score was great. After being there for hours and never getting any clear breakdown . They ran my credit multiple times but acted surprised when I asked what my score was. I was told we don t normally tell customers but hmmm didn't I just sign a document allowing you to pull it? I was told a lower number than what it actually was. I was also told my CU was doing a way higher interest rate and to go with their financing. After never getting any solid answers I decided to leave to think on it. I called my CU and they literally laughed at the interest rate that Stivers gave me on their behalf. They also told me my score was 35 points higher than what Stivers told me. I have a score over 800 (it even surprised me!) and they wanted me to go with 8% interest! It s a shame this stuff still happens. I guess any females going in alone, be on alert bc they will try and take advantage and never really give you any straight answers on anything. I went to another dealership and bought my dream car and they re going to be using Stiver s write up in their meeting tomorrow to show how badly I got yanked around. Thank God I didn t pull the trigger!

my car was held for 8months because of a engine replacement. over the whole 8 months they only gave me 1 call concerning my vehicle and that was information they needed other than that no calls were made, throughout this whole time period i have been asking for a rental car, they told me many of times they had put me on the lists for a loaner car but every time i went up there i was never added and this has been 4x. i had to show up there many of times just to get information on what s going on with my vehicle . when the car was ready the service advisor told me they was bringing around but never did, i waited 1 hour and 30 minutes before i went back in and asked what s going on, they seen me outside waiting, walking by but nobody was having any concerns. once i made it known jeremy , a service advisor was arguing with me because i ve payed near close well to 5k out of pocket for repair costs just to hear my car won t start and water is all underneath the floor matt s. upon trying to get answers what s going on jeremy was about to call the sheriffs office on me because im clueless of what s going on with my vehicle and its the fact i was not even talking to him at first a conversation he wanted to join in and cause more conflict in but im getting the police called on me??? horrible customer service, horrible service , horrible everything! this is the worst experience i ve ever had dealing with a dealership that is apparently professional . i ve payed full in cash and still not in my 2019 ford fusion hybrid that i ve been waiting more than half a year for ! and not to mentioned i ve been passed to 4 different service advisors now they passing me to another?? come on now not only that i had a sound system in my car that i had to take out (only) because someone was messing around with it. i can understand if things need to be unplugged but when it comes to my bass knob being adjusted for no so what reason, my cords being completely ripped out, and my amp being moved from its original position when they have no reason of even touching the trunk is ridiculous. I take photos before i take my car anywhere because you don t know what people do behind closed doors ! Also i m just now getting a rental car at month 8 because of me going up there and acting a a** trying to figure out what s going on. even the rental car they gave me did not have any gas in it at all. these other reviews can t be from real people because of all the problems i have been through with this company. been without a car for almost 9 months now won t be surprised if it makes it to a year mark! update , it is now April 18, 2024 and i m still having to constantly drop my car off because it s having random engine misfires not once, twice , BUT CONSTANTLY!! brought it back just for them to tell me it s a 02 sensor now they can t even figure out what s wrong with my car. this is not my first time bringing it back , this is dead for real my 7th time bringing it back after the engine replacement . no paper work every single time i do bring it so i dont know what to believe anymore from this company ! they had my car from april 5th now going on april 19th still without my vehicle, Let s keep in mind i barely even put 1k miles on my new motor before i had to take it back in the first time

Stivers was the best car dealership I ve purchased a vehicle from to date. Even though I live 4 hours away, they worked with me like I was at the dealership. They were quick to respond, easy to talk to, and were hard working. The back and forth deals/negotiation, signing of papers, and delivery of the vehicle were seamless and treated with care. I worked specifically with Joc Beard, and he was very kind and relatable. He went to bat for me and seemed to truly care about my family and I. Next time I need a vehicle, I will purchase from Stivers again.

We told him from the beginning we are just looking and had to get our kids from school 45min process we were proud owners of 2018 dodge Ram 3500.
