Bryan did an outstanding job! He arrived promptly at 8:00AM, just as planned, and immediately impressed us with his friendly demeanor and patience. Our carpet has been thoroughly cleaned, leaving it looking spotless and beautiful.

Greg was great! He explained everything and cleaned 3 bedrooms, one walk-in closet and a hallway. Everything looks great and I m happy! I would recommend Greg to clean your carpets! He knows his job and is a hard worker.

They do not restore grout back to original color. They do not seal the grout. There was no change in the color of my grout at all. They say if they did not restore the color, then the grout was stained, and there was nothing they could do about it. They only go over the tile floor with a very wide, round brush, about 3-4 feet in diameter. I then proceeded to try my personal household steamer applied directly to the grout lines with a small brush. I was able to restore my grout color.

Wish I could upload a video of their work in action on the carpet.. this is why I ve signed up for the next year on a monthly basis to have my restaurant serviced. Thanks Stanley Steemer for keeping MOAB BURGERS nice and fresh for our valued customers!!

These two young men did an amazing job. They were prompt, Very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and even explained that some of my vents were closed and that s why I was getting minimal heat. I had other companies to come out and look through my vents and never said they were closed. Thank you so much I am very satisfied. Stanley Steamer was the cheapest estimate I received and they didn t even have to come to my house before giving me an estimate. Recommended them to anyone looking for duct cleaning . If I could I would give them 10 stars.

Both guys came out and did an awesome job on our sectional! We also enjoyed getting to talk with them while they got it cleaned for us. It already smells and looks so much better!

The communication was superb. I received a telephone call plus text messages letting me know that someone was on their way out to clean my sofa. Kobe was extremely polite and professional. He did a phenomenal job restoring my sofa s look back to its original state. He was also very quick making it easy for me to carry on with my daily activities. I will be utilizing SS again very soon to clean some huge rugs that I ve had for quite sometime. Thanks SS and thank you Kobe.

Very happy with the service. The technician was extremely polite. He showed us how they cleaned the duct system. When he was done he showed us all that came out. It was gross. Never realized how much can build up in your duct work after 30 years

Greg and Clayton were our technicians! They are WONDERFUL!!! Hard working, professional and gave expert tips. They were kind and helpful and wished us a Happy Thanksgiving. We also scheduled to have my brother's home done when they completed this home. They did a great job and we will be calling them back.

They were very professional and they did an excellent job. My grand daughter had some slime in my rug and they didn t rest until they got it all out. I also have one of those fluffy rugs I thought it wouldn t fluff back out but they work their magic. I highly recommend them.

Gregory was just at my Dad's helping us with his carpet and a chair that were greatly soiled. Just gotta say OMG everything looks amazing. Definitely will give these guys a call next time I need this type of service.

Tony from Stanley Steamer showed up exactly on time. He was very professional and well-spoken. Our carpets now look terrific. There were several high traffic areas that had some set-in stains and they are now all gone. He did a wonderful job in a very timely manner. We will definitely contact Stanley Steamer again for our carpet cleaning needs. This was an excellent experience.

Customer service was wonderful. I was texted to remind mey appointment. I was texted and called the time the technician would be here, they were here on the minute. The young men were so friendly and courteous. They had a mess to take care and I was so embarrassed the condition my furniture and house but they were wonderful and understanding. I am glad to give this review. And I definitely recommend their services.

My Carpets were kid damaged they did what they could upon further inspection I realized my couch was not moved or my bed and so it remained filthy, I really did want better results I'm not used to giving such a low review it is not about the price but the actual cleaning.

Gregory was so refreshing and easy to work with. Found that my dryer hose had come undone and he did the repair with the hose and vent cleaning. I ll be asking for him specifically next time. I was impressed with his work and the information he provided
