Made an appointment for 15 April 2024 a few weeks in advance regarding issues with my 2023 Gladiator (first complementary oil change, tire rotation, valvetrain noises, misfire/stumbling, Bluetooth concerns). Dropped my truck off at the date and time scheduled (no loaners available). My mileage at drop off was 6399. They changed the oil on day one because I noticed the Jeep app showed 100% oil life. I called that afternoon and my advisor said they had not had a chance to look at the other issues and promised they would look at it the next day.I called them the next day around noon and they said the technician was unable to reproduce any of the issues and there were no codes for misfires, etc. and said it was ready for pickup. The mileage at pickup was 6400. I drove it straight home (no stops or incidents) and the mileage was 6405.The next morning (today) I was loading the kids up for school when I saw huge gashes and scratches on my passenger rear fender. I am certain this damage occurred at the dealership because I took it straight home and parked it without incidents.I called the service manager this morning 17 April 2024 and he asked me to bring it up to the shop to be looked at. He noted they are pretty honest and would have notified me if they did the damage but I am honest also and the damage didn t occur with me in the very short time I had it back and minimal drive time before noticing the damage.At this point I am awaiting a resolution for this inconvenience and damage to my newly purchased Gladiator. I do not want conflict with the shop which I would work regularly with to service my truck but here we are. Please make sure to inspect your vehicle before leaving the service lane.This is another inconvenience and the value of my truck is depreciated that much more due to this damage.Resolution from management is pending and I will update my review at that time.

I would have given this facility a rating of "no stars" but was unable to do so. After purchasing an extended warranty for my vehicle when it was Brewbaker, I came in for the service and maintenance only to find that the warranty is no longer valid there [or at any other local [CDRJ] facility around Montgomery], and thus I am stuck with essentially five worthless extended service contracts/warranties. Be forewarned...don't EVER TRUST THE DEALERSHIP to stand behind what they sell. THEY WON'T. And your stuck holding the paper.To the reply, as for SONS, after the way I was treated the last time, and after a mishap from a previous encounter to which I let the incident know as well [with the same mechanical/instrumental malfunction still occurring again which was why I came back in plus the oil change], I stand behind my statement regarding this new ownership/dealership from the original. DON'T TRUST A WORD. My grandparents loved the Brewbaker's ever since they were originally downtown. But they would not be happy with this one. Nor am I. I am [WAS] a JEEP man, but probably not anymore. Thanks to SONS!

I felt that Mr. Greg deserves a shout out. I have been to multiple tire centers and even my original dealership to help me with a wheel lock problem on this darn renegade. He not only took the time to check what he had to help he actually went out of his way to find a solution which should be soon. Regardless the real person interaction and his willingness to help was extraordinary. Thank you.Service: Tires

Have a jeep that is one year old- check engine light came on and car ran rough. After EIGHT weeks of paying 160$ for a diagnostic test , we waited for a call for a service appointment..called every few days and even went to the service center. Once we finally were told to drop off vehicle, it sat for 4 days. Tried to call daily for an update and one service tech couldn t find our vehicle in the system. We had to get the car back as we needed it for the weekend. Dropped off Monday where they fixed the problem (oxygen sensor). Check engine light came back on the next day. Can t get anyone to return our calls. This is the WORST service we have ever received. This is why Brewbaker jumped ship
