I needed tires bad, and they offered everyone is approved credit.. I wasn't told how much the payments for a set of tires were until after they were installed already, so they had me where they wanted me . And my own fault for not verifying 1st, sure.. and when they said was only $20 down I assumed the payments would be low also.. But I couldn't have been more wrong! $375 a month for 6 months for a $700 set of tires is Rediculus! Besides that, who can afford $375 a month, most can not.. Very unhappy.. but if they don't get paid they'll take your car by a mechanics lean, even more wrong! So Buyer Aware! Ask Questions! And keep asking until getting answers!

I dialed the # in error. Zack answered the phone in a professional manner and set the tone for a great visit. I asked him for the address of the business. After hearing his answer, I immediately told him that I had dialed the wrong #.He asked me what was I looking for . I explained to him that I couldn't remember the name of the business that had previously replaced tires on my car and I had two troublesome tires on my car that I needed to replace, I had previously replaced three with used tires, and I had an emergency, one of he tires had literally.blown apart.Zack explained to me what he could do for me that day. After hearing his pitch, I contacted my insurance provider, requested a tow truck, and went to RNR Tire Express after my car arrived there and met Zack.Had Zack not been thinking about growing the business and providing "world-class customer service," RNR Tire Express wouldn't have gained a new customer at that time.He asked all of the right questions and closed the sale. I purchased two New tires that day ( because there were only 3 in stock)After Josh serviced my car , he asked if I wanted the Sensors taken care of. I was aware that the Sensors needed replacing even before I went in)I returned a few days later , after the other tire came in, and purchased two more tires and Sensors.I met and interacted with Zack, Marcus, Robin, and Josh . Individually and Collectively, this TEAM IS Professional and Approachable with a Customer First attitude... They made sure I fully understood the process.This TEAM IS DEFINITELY AN ASSET TO THIS COMPANY. Thanks, TEAM...JOB WELL DONE!

From the time I entered this location to the very end nothing but excellent service. Zach did an amazing job with explaining everything. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Atmosphere was inviting and comfortable while I waited. I would definitely recommend RNR!

This company was a life saver. I had someone slice my tire and blew out on the bypass right in front of this business. Zack stepped to the plate was very calming for me & my family. Took care of my car needs and I thank the Lord for putting him right where he was needed yesterday in this event. Way to go Zack Billie Summerlin

Initially, I called checking if they did tire repairs. Zack informed me that they didn't but that they did rent to own tires and that it came with warranty. It caught my interest and he immediately checked if he had my tire size avaliable while we were on the phone. We spoke about cost and next thing you know I was on my way. Fast service and very friendly environment. Zack definitely knows what he is talking about!!!

Loving this place. This would be my second RNR location. First one was good but this Montgomery location Frontend house was excellent. Thank you Tobias, Zach, Robin and Marcus. All y all were great and will definitely recommend them to my friends. Looking forward to coming back for some rims for my truck and my fianc� wants new rims and tires too.

I was truly amazed at how helpful Zach was with getting my tires on my vehicle. The customer service of the staff I encountered with was truly amazing and welcoming. A very pleasant environment and I definitely recommend them to your tires need.

They had great customer service and they are friendly, assisted very well and with a great attitude and not to mention they got me all fixed up and finished in a timely manner. Also, the prices are very reasonable and they also give you discounts to certain things just for being customer. Definitely, recommend coming here.

Love this place. Zac is the best. He makes the experience fast and easy and worry free. If you need tires and/or rims , no need to stress at all and I mean at all. Zac will go above and beyond to help you and get you taking care of. He will even keep a check on you to make sure you doing OK after the fact. Great guy and he makes the experience worry and stress free and gets you what you need or want . Thank you Zac for helping us when we was in need , you got us back on the road and we are greatful for you and rent-n-roll

I was amazed at the warm welcome I received when I entered the business. I met with Sir Charles I was immediately impressed. He was respectful, honest and very down to earth. Even though Charles was short staffed he got me in and out very fast. Awesome prices with Roadside Assistance. This man personality is great. Upbeat and Honest. I recommend Charles at RNR Montgomery for Tires and Rims. I hope he stays here for a long time.

The new manager Michael is excellent this is the third pair of tires I have brought from them over the years. When I got my third pair the car wasn t riding right so I went and got an alignment. After it still was riding funny called up Michael and took it in to him he went and checked what was going on with my tires personally with no hesitation now my car rides better than ever.

Charles truly helped me with affordable tires at an affordable price. The location of the business was accessible. The time spent installing was very minimum.
