The staff was super friendly, nice and professional. Wait time was not long. Continuously gave updates on my vehicle status. Service was impeccable, car drives excellent. Thank you all so much and again great job!!!

I needed tires and I wanted some new rims, but I was afraid to go shopping by myself for them. So my son told me to go to RimTyme. He said they have a good selection and prices. I went and soon as I walked in Mrs.Tasha can to me and asked if she could help.It was nice having another female to help me, in a male dominated field. She was very knowledgeable about their product and pricing. She made me feel very comfortable. She has excellent customer service skills. I bought some rims and tires and they installed they within a hour. The process was so easy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Received awesome customer service. Mrs/Ms Tasha assisted me with selecting the Perfect set of wheels. All staff was friendly and i highly recommend them and assure you that they will take care of your wheel and tire needs.

My experience with Rimtyme staff was excellent top notch and very informative. There products are also top notch they had to take me to the bank when my card wouldn't. Work I would recommend them to any and all in Montgomery or nationwide. I will definitely be back in the future.

This store has some AMAZING employees, I would give Tasha and Artis 6 stars if I could, the service they provided me with today as phenomenal. I will most definitely recommend RimTyme to my family & friends. With them working hard, & working through the pandemic, I think they deserve a raise in pay.

Love them! ARTIS is number 1 when I comes to rims and tires.I ve followed him for years where ever he is. and RimTyme has done me great since he s been there! Go shop with them!You won t be disappointed! NUMBER 1 in my book, and won t go anywhere else as long as they continue to take of me! THANKS!

RimTyme is a very pleasant and nice establishment. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and also they knew the products they were selling and could tell you the names of the rims they have display without even looking through the sale catalogs they have and that is a plus. If you are looking for rims this is the best place in town to go.

My daughter and son-in-law and my three grandchildren had broken down on the way from the beach to get away from the hurricane and Bianca was extremely friendly and helpful to help our children get back on the road for a reasonable price and a very timely manner. we are so grateful to them.

My Experience At Rimtyme was a very good experience, the workers were very professional and helpful In many ways, Mr Miles and Robert were very helpful in helping me decide which Rims/ tires would be the best choice for my vehicle. And thanks to Miles at the end of my visit at the Rim shop I was very satisfied with the choice of Rims.

Don't use this place!!! They will harrass the heck out of you if you miss a payment by a day! I called them and told them I would be paying them off today, went out to my truck and it was on blocks! They took my tires off while I was at work! I had just made a $300 payment! Ride a bike or walk before you rent or buy from them! Warning!

Excellent customer service and tire service. They have the best deals around town.. very helpful in choosing the best rims and tires you are looking for. If it s anything you need they will help you find it.. You ain t riding clean until you been to Rimtyme Custom Wheels and Tires...

I'm Really Impressed with Rimtyme, they treated me with care and when I had a problem with my tires, they took care of me, I'm Happy that they were available to get the job done with Great Timing on the wait, which was not long at all, Thank You Guys and Girls over at Rimtyme for a Fantastic Job, Well Done Indeed, Two Thimbs Up

I have got two sets of rims and tires from Rimtyme in Montgomery didn t have any problems until the three set of rim and tires. This is my last time coming here will not come there anymore. Poor customer service and service with the rims and tires.

I went to Rim Tyme and got some rims for my truck! I was helped by Tasha! She helped me pick out some real nice rims for my Jag! I m goin back to get some more for my Chevy. I m gettin some 26 s and I know Tasha gone make my ride look good! I would advise anyone to go to Rim Tyme to get some shoes for they ride!Thanks Tasha

If you want the best rims at the right price this is where you should come to...Of course people will complain about waiting but when you are one of the top rim places then what do you expect...I should have been their spokesperson huh lol....Just check them out for yoursef!!!

I Thomas, Jerald would like to take time out to thank the young man Artis whom is the manager at RimTyme Customer Weels for helping me to make the right choice of Weels and tires for my father's trike. Also want to thank the service tech Robert for the job and time he use to make sure everything was put together the correct way. Once again thank you rim tyme for a job well done on the first time placing Weels on a trike. Siblings, Cousins, Uncles, and the city of Montgomery, Millbrook, just loved the way you all made the trike look well updated. I'm riding proudly, thanks to Manager Artis a RimTyme. Power!!!!

I usually try to support our black owned businesses but rim tyme in Montgomery Al took my money and gave me nothing. The owner said that he don't give refunds even though I had my receipt and didn't recieve any product. So I just gave them some money. Never again. Bad business
