I have a 10 year old car with 150,000 miles on it. I take excellent care of it. I had a small fender bender and decided to go to a smaller repair shop who has been in business for many years, I chose Precision Body and Paint. The staff was very professionaland handled all the insurance communication and finished the repairs when promised. Then work was A-ONE as my car was restored as if new. Not only that, but when I got back into the car, Precision had cleaned the inside as if was detailed. I give these folks a 5 star rating. Larry I

Very professional people, you can go there without an appointment and they will still help you. Estimates are done quickly without any compromise . The place is accessible, and you may want to call ahead to check the estimated time schedule .

I've dealt with Scott for several years and I can't say enough about how good of a person he is. He and his staff members have always been friendly and helpful. They always act in a professional manner and treat everyone with respect. I've never had a complaint to make about work that has been completed by this company.As a matter of fact I'm waiting now to get one of my cars in now to be repaired. A great bunch of people to work with and I feel 100% sure you'll be completely satisfied with the outcome of your vehicle.

I had an excellent experience here. My wife hit my car when pulling in to park next to me (not her fault, cancer drugs cause pain in her joints and her elbow locked up). Anyway, she had previously taken her car to another location that did good work, and she wanted to take hers there. I did so, but that location's quote on my car seemed extravagant. The damage to my car was minor - nothing they couldn't sand off and repaint. There was no need to replace the damaged panel. I took mine to a second place that also wanted to replace the panel. Finally, I took it to Precision. Immediately, they said there was no need to replace the panel, and he could buff it out and repaint it. I saved about 35-40% taking it there due to that, and the work was fantastic - you'd never know there was any damage to it. So - this place is honest (again, the panel did not need to be replaced and I'm sure the other locations said it did just to up the cost). And, to top it off, since he had the paint, the owner/operator also touched up a door ding I had from someone else's door slamming into mine in a parking lot. You can barely notice that now, and he threw that in for free. Overall, could not be more pleased. Very good work, good people, oh - and on time as well.... they completed the work as estimated (both the price and time estimate). Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

My Ford Focus was hit in the driver side rear quarter panel, and some of the rear door. Precision took the car in, and the only thing I suggested was "please take your time". They did just that but in a good way! They made sure that all the metal panels and paint was just right. In the end they returned my car just the way it looked from before the accident. I really couldn't be happier with their service. As a small business worker I understand we have to set your business apart from the other guys in our city. Overall Great experience, Le'Ann and Scott were great. Moved here a couple months ago and someone hit me on my birthday, first accident ever and they made crazy experience easier on me and my issurance company as well. This place is great, Scott and his crew did a remarkable job on my 2010 Buick Enclave, I was heart broken when my God son wrecked my truck.then it was towed to a shop that because of there standards won't fix it,but referred me to Scott. Very efficient and professional. I got a quick response and resolution, for a very good price. I would highly recommend going to Precision for any autobody needs.Another great job on another car!This is my third time using Precision, and they continue to impress! Someone backed into my truck at work, but it now looks as good as new. Thank you for doing such great work!

Great guy and great service. Went in to get an estimate on my bumper and Scott Baldwin was very helpful. Took about 5 minutes for him to look at the damage and come up with a quote. He's a great guy who only wants to help you and not rip you off like other shops. I highly recommend this body shop, definitely the best one in Montgomery by far!!

My boyfriend and I had someone hit our car where we lived so we went to a few places to get quotes. Precision Body and Paint was easy to get to as well as cheaper price wise. Scott and his crew took great care of us from getting a quote to actually getting the work done. They helped us with a loaner car and for that we were grateful. All I can say is they did an amazing job and we will definitely go back if we ever need to get work or paint done.

I would like everyone possible to read this review of my experience at Precision Body and Paint, on Atlanta Hwy. I brought my 2018 Silverado Truck to Precision on February 8, 2019, the front was badly damaged. The reception at Precision was excellent, I felt so relaxed, Scott and Sharon couldn't have been any better with their politeness and smile.This was during a time when no one else had a date, other than 3 weeks or more, before they could take my truck for repair. But Precision did, and they had my truck back in a week. Great service, would recommend Precision to anyone looking for great service!!

I choose Precion body and paint because it was highly rated by google. I was in an accident. They repaired my SUV and when I returned to pick it up I saw some scuffs in the paint also some grit which I brought to the owners attention. He quickly told me no problem we ll take care of it just bring it back because the paint job is too new. I said ok sure. I took it home and noticed the bumper one was side was crooked and the fender was loose. I also noticed that there was a scratch on my car. It was not there before. I immediately sent the owner a video of the scratch and bumper. I return to the shop and show him the scratch and he says it didn t happen at his shop and he would have noticed it if it did. He also told me I would have to deal with the crooked bumper and loose fender but checked the opposite side and saw that it was aligned and tight fitted so he stated he would get some fasteners for it. I explained that I took a video of my car after the accident and it wasn t there. He ignored me and told me he was done discussing that. He fixed the bumper and buffed the grit from the paint. But they did not fix the scratch that was done while in his possession. He told me he knows how to move cars in and out of the shop to avoid damage. I m disappointed because my car is a new car less than 5 months old He even extended himself to fix a chip that was on the driver side stating oh that s no problem we can fix that we ll just dap that with some of the excess paint that was left over. When I returned it was a different story. He did buff the driver door but now there are scratches on the passenger door. I m truly disappointed in that work and will pay to fix the damage the were done while in their possession. I would not ever take any car I own back there. I no longer trust them as a service provider.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have known the owner of Precision Paint and Body, Scott Baldwin, for close to 20 years. He has done an over and beyond job on everything we ve taken him. I have to say Scott and Sharon made a very bad day not so bad. I was literally in and out with a rental car in about 15 minutes. Sharon kept me updated on the progress of my car and Scott went above and beyond to handle everything with my insurance company. Just can not say enough about them...Also let's not forget the guys in the back that did a absolutely amazing job on my car.. I actually cried when they pulled her to the front...Thank you so much and believe me I will be back I'm sure.

Great people here! I came in being a repair in a pinch, and the gentlemen there decided that 10 min before closing, they would help me out and get my car where it needed to be. They were friendly, professional, expedient, and they sure know how to treat military members! I definitely recommend them, and the young man in the front was helpful as well. Thanks!

I took my truck in for a scratch repair. I was in and out in no time and the scratch is completely gone like nothing was ever there. If you are looking for great customer service and professional work I highly recommend Precision Body & Paint.

The guy was overcharging me. He told me one price and turned around and told my husband another bbn price for the same thing..When he realized he had done that he got really nasty and rude. His employees even says he gets like that. Porter is my maiden name. My last name is Burks. I decided not to go with you because of the drastic differences in prices quoted. I do have both quotes on paper. One given to me and one to my husband on separate different times two days apart from each other.

My impression of Precision Body & Paint: nice property, convenient location, well kept, clean waiting room and nice employees. My experience at Precision Body & Paint: I had some minor work done to my truck unsuccessfully. Moreover, there was a 2% surcharge for paying with a CHECK, "Only with cash will there be no additional fee," says Scott, the owner of Precision Body & Paint. I asked Scott, "As a business owner, there is no merchant fee for a check, why do you impose one on your customers? His response: "How am I suppose to know if your check will bounce or not? For the time it takes for me to chase you, the additional fee won't even cover it." Judging by Scott's tone, the owner of Precision Body & Paint does not trust his customers very much. Speaking of which: the work took nearly 3 weeks to "complete," two weeks over Scott's trusted estimate. During that time, Scott did not fix the areas that I had requested. Instead, he would always cut me off mid conversation because he "had a baseball game to run to." This happened three times throughout the three weeks that he had my truck. Regarding the work that Scott did not finish, he promised to refer me to someone else who could but never did. He had me order my own parts, failed to install those parts properly and even charged me extra for installing the parts that he failed to order. My truck has not driven properly since. Scott's business conduct was deficient, abrasive, unethical and condescending. Scott chose to speak down to his customer, fail to complete the work properly in a timely manner and charge an additional 2% fee for paying with a check because the customer did not have a wad of 3Gs in his wallet. Capital One says it best: What's it your wallet? How would you rate Scott, the owner of Precision Body & Paint had YOU been treated this way?

Worst place to take your car!I spent $2500 to fix a damage in my car and they give it back to me with more problems than before. Also they said they did the aligment on my tires and never did it ( I had to my car to another place to do the service). When I went there to speak to the supervisor they said they could not do anything.DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!
