Great friendly customer service representatives. Jonathan and the Manager always helps me out with the quality of products he is very knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to customers.

Fantastic customer service! The employee named Matthew was extremely polite and helpful. I came in for new windshield wiper blades and he replaced them, and gave me a military discount. I will be returning in the future.

The black guy up front was very rude & unprofessional I bought wipers and he told me that they aren t required to put them on the vehicle (Dorito chips) 1-2-2023

Got what I need and got out. Not my first choice of part place .just don't feel really friendly anymore. So most of the time I drive to the one that about 3miles from my house. I ably come to get small items that I can get myself and good.

The experience at O'Reilly sucks they really don't disturb a half of a star let's do know. They need to work on a customer service a whole lot better

About 2 months ago I was on the Southern Blvd picking up a to-go order from Popeye s. When I returned to my car, it wouldn t start, so I figured it was probably a dead battery since I d accidentally left my dome light on the night before. I called my sister and asked her to bring her jumper cables to jump me off. My sister and a friend arrived, jumped off my vehicle, and decided to trail me to the nearest auto parts store O'Reilly Auto Parts on the Southern Blvd, which was less than half a mile from Popeye s to purchase a new battery.Unfortunately, after driving less than 50 yards my car starting shaking (as if it was about to cut off in traffic), so I had to pull over into a shopping center. We decided it was safer to drive my sister s car to O Reilly s since my car was clearly inoperable.After purchasing a new battery, I asked the cashier how much it would cost to test my alternator. With a straight face he said, Your alternator? About a hundred dollars. A hundred dollars?! I yelled. The cashier, my sister, and her friend all busted out laughing at the absolute look of horror that was on my face. Once they all stopped laughing, the cashier calmly said, I was just messin with you it s free. I was so stressed from having a dead battery that I completely forgot to get the cashier s name, but I at least wanted to let him and O Reilly s know that I truly appreciated having a stressful situation turned into a hysterically funny one. A terrific sense of humor goes a long way when it comes to great customer service. Keep up the good work!

Just Great, Just as O'Reilly's website indicated in stock my Item was there waiting & I didn't even have to call or put it on hold, and know the staff Ms. Erica & the other gentlemen working the front desk had an approach toward me as though I was a regular and we lived next door to one another, ask if you like, We even got around to talking a little about youtube dogs, how funny we seriously considered it all, Hey those folks @ O' Reilly Auto Parts 2372 East South Boulevard Montgomery, Al 36116; is truly some real down to earth neighborhood folks, I had the chance to observe them interact with others as well; Hey get by & see them sometime, they'll make sure you get your vehicle going or find a way to get you what you need for it; that's my go to place for where the vehicle reference leads; Much Love/hey we do have people here in Montgomery Al who do care about one another for Real. Amen!

Really poor customer service , barely any help at all between the sale associate plus the manager Christopher . I normally go to advance auto parts but this time I decided to come here since it was a better deal. I rather pay extra money at advance auto parts than to shop here! Bad experience

Bought an ac compressor(that was used, but sold as new) that started locking up 2 weeks later , and couldn t get a warranty because they said that I had to buy a condenser and a drier (that I already have) to get a warranty then told me that it was on the back of the receipt but I was never told at the counter or offered to tell me that I had to buy the package for a warranty . So now I m 200$ out of pocket and no ac compressor.

Horrible service, walked in saw four associates and no customers, stood at the front for 5 minutes. Wasn t welcomed so I went to leave, lady rudely asked if I needed help. Asked to have a starter tested, the lady rudely responsed that I would have to wait. I walked out, never again will I go to an establishment that my money is keeping them in business, and have such a rude experience.

My radiator cracked and the staff called a mechanic to come to the store to help me. They would not leave me alone until i was safe.

It's your average auto parts store. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for and I wasn't there very long. But the store was clean and the clerks were busy helping other customers.

The only parts store I go to. The team is always friendly, patient and willing to help. They always have the parts and tools I need or can order them quickly.
