I called and Kyle answered the phone. I told him we was on the way to look at one of their vehicles. He said come on and they was waiting for us when we got there. Aaron greeted us when we got there. Both Kyle and Aaron were very polite, respectful and willing to help us. We was going to go through our own bank and that fell through. They went above and beyond to help us leave with the vehicle we wanted. I would definitely go to them in the future for all of my vehicles.

Completely unprofessional. Was wiling to sell a car with bad tires, messed up bumper, and oil spilled all over the engine and cleaned the oil off with a WATER BOTTLE and RAG.. they should not be selling cars. Couldn't even properly inspect the car as provided. Didn't even double check to make sure the car was presentable, their service department left the cap of the oil for the engine block completely off. They even even drove it to the lot with the cap off and tires bald. Just wanted to make a quick buck to unsuspecting people. They were willing to sell this to my teen sister. Completely over-priced as well. 2-3k over the price limit with the issues presented. They were willing to take an $800 down payment but after we presented these issues to them, we apparently were asking "too many questions" and they rescinded the offer and stated that now all their cars on the lot would suddenly be $2100 down.We walked off the lot. The GM knew they were selling a bad car.Do not get your cars from these people.

I called and got approved over the phone. Went to the lot purchased the car and was out the door in about an hour. I could not ask for better people to deal with. Everything including carfax was given to me. Aaron was very professional and great to deal with. Outstanding business!!!

Aaron and Kyle were both helpful and went out of their ways to answer any questions i had, find what I was looking for, and make the whole process as smooth as possible.Definitely have a returning customer in the future.

Friendly staff, no hassles, no bait & switch. Got exactly what we wanted and were in and out with a vehicle in 45 minutes. (They weren't very busy that day.)

Was worth the drive. Period. Despite what other people are saying or you see-don't believe them. Im a Allstate agent in Ohio, I drove from Ohio to this awesome auto brokers and they held the car for me and the people are wondeful to deal with. I was on the look out for this car for over a year and we cut a deal. They disclosed everything I needed to know and the car was in immaculate shape. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. You do your research on a car, you check the basics and don't drive a 150+ mph on the car the minute you drive it off the lot you'll be fine. Just like everyone else they got a family to feed- go there and support small business! 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 would do it again. Thank you MGM!

I want to thank Kyle and MGM Auto Brokers for the outstanding service. They were very helpful in selling me my new ride. I would recommend MGM Auto Brokers to anyone looking for a nice used car or truck. Kyle you have some great customer service. Keep it going!

Bought a car a couple weeks ago. It was a decent price and the salesman was friendly and professional. I bought the car knowing it needed an alignment,but turns out it also needed 2 new tires in front. One had a bubble and the others tread was worn to the wire on the inside of the tire. Both tires looked good,but hid major damage. I'm not complaining too much,I just wish I would've known beforehand. It's more of a safety issue than anything. Any vehicles posted for sale should be thoroughly checked for safety.

I couldn't have asked for better service. I told Matt what I was looking for and he found it and had it delivered the next day.IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I AKED FOR. Matt and Kyle are the BEST and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Thanks for listening to what I wanted.

I bought a 2013 ford fusion a year ago and the first 6 months the check engine light kept coming on fast forward to the November 1, 2021 the car caught on fire while I was driving it now I have to get a whole new car I will never shop with them again.

Had a wonderful buying experience all around! Kyle was extremely welcoming and friendly, as was the management staff. Drove 3 hours to see these guys and it was worth the trip! Great folks, a no-pressure sales environment, and a great price on our new family vehicle made for a great Saturday! If you haven t called Kyle yet, what are you waiting for?!

These guys are awesome, great customer service from Aaron George. He's very helpful and went thorough detail about the vehicle that i have purchased. Didn't take a long period of time to print paperwork. MGM is the best dealership to buy a car. The prices have good to fair deals. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at MGM buying my first car. I was taken care of and greeted within 3 minutes of being on the lot. The salesmen were professional and very respectful. I got the car I have always wanted and now I'm riding in style It is a definite recommend to go see what they have in stock.

We went to view an F150 at this lot. Will told us the only thing wrong with it was the step bars would not retract and extend as they should. As we got further looking at the truck and into the test drive the rear back up camera doesn't work. He says this to us as we put it in reverse. There was also an alert for a trailer brake failure. After driving the truck also has a skip. After the test drive we ask if they can wiggle on the price. Will states he just dropped the price online the night before. This was false as we had been looking at this truck online for two days. When my husband said other wise he continued to argue that he had just changed the price. Then stated the price was the lowest they could go. We left the lot. We will not be back to this lot. Transparency and honesty go along way and Will is not either in our opinion.

The guys at MGM did really great getting me the vehicle that I wanted. I reached out on the site about an SUV and Kyle responded the same day within hours. They got me in the vehicle I wanted within the time frame that i needed. Great crew at MGM I'm for sure getting my next vehicle from these guys.

Kyle is a hard-working, competent, and charismatic worker! I really appreciate all the research and time he has dedicated to finding the right car for me. As store/general manager, he definitely creates a positive car shopping experience! 10/10 recommend MGM Auto Brokers!

Kyle is a hard working guy I went from asking him for information about a car to having it shipped to me in 4 days. Not only is professional and fast he s a great guy who try s to get his customers set up for success I have no doubt he will get you the car you ve been looking for in your hands safe and smooth.

I reached out to ask about a vehicle at 8:30PM and within minutes had a response. Kyle was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had even though it was after hours. I was leaving their dealership in my new vehicle the very next day. He and the other staff members made the process so simple and I was out the door in my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder in about an hour. My husband and I will definitely be back for our next vehicle.

He was courteous, honest and clearly had a customer service attitude.Because of Aaron's knowledge, professionalism, and "up front honesty", It was a pleasure purchasing our vehicle from MGM at a fair price. Easy no hassle negotiation, helpful staff. Really good price on the vehicle I was looking for. Drove 1 hr to buy a 2016 RX350 & they help us to may sure we seal the deal. No hidden fees & no fishy charges, I definitely reccomend this dealer to everyone looking for a good deal on a used car.

They are not very professional. One person will quote you one price and another person will quote you a different price. They will not work with you to get you in what you want. All I ask was to go down 500.00 on a vehicle because I have to pay MS taxes and they still would not do that. I would not buy from these guys at all. And by the looks of the reviews I'm glad I didn't purchase anything from these people.

Great price. Great service. I drove 6 hours to get the vehicle I had been looking for the past 4 months. It was in great shape and Kyle is a great communicator. Do not think twice if you see a vehicle you like listed here.

My son, Petty Officer Smith, bought a 2016 Mustang GT for over $30k with 16k miles on it here. He had the car for a day and a half when the check engine light came on. Had it checked out immediately and came to find out it needed a motor. Ford garage told him that, a $12k fix. MGM told him to take it there. This was a month ago and the car has been parked since. Luckily he has a motorcycle he could use to get back and forth to work, although the weather has not been kind to him in Pensacola where he is stationed. This put him at risk on a daily basis. He did not want to drive the car until MGM advised him what to do at that point. Car is still sitting at this point. He had to get another loan to purchase an engine and get the car repaired. I don't suggest anyone doing business with this company. They have zero integrity and terrible character! There are many more details to this story that back everything I am saying. I think it is a disgrace to treat any customer (I, myself run multiple businesses) this way, let alone a service man. WARNING MGM ARE CROOKS!!!

I was looking for a car recently and stopped by MGM Auto Brokers and several other dealerships. While at MGM, Aaron George helped us. Out of all of the salespeople I dealt with during my car search, Aaron was easily the nicest and most low-pressure salesman of all of them. I would highly recommend stopping by MGM and letting Aaron help you find a car.
