I drove my 2014 Mini Cooper S to Meineke and had my Chrysler Crossfire towed there. I met the manger and he was amazing. The new crew that Meineke have are professional, friendly, and educated me on their services as well as both of my cars. The manger walked me threw every step of the way on both cars. He even took his time to help me locate parts to ensure I ordered the correct parts. I appreciate there honesty, patience, and making sure I had Brakes and sensors on my Mini, and that my crossfire got a new serpentine belt, and alternator. Because of his professionalism, I plan on bring my cars BACK. Thank Sir!

Exceptional customer service and honest people. While traveling thru Montgomery my water pump began leaking. These guys went above and beyond to quick turn my vehicle finishing it 3 hrs sooner and cheaper than the shop next door. I had my car towed to this location because it was shaking and the check engine light came on. A mechanic friend advised me not to drive it because it could mess up the catalytic converter. Once at the shop, I received a call stating the diagnostic would be $69.99 but if I chose to move forward with any repairs from the diagnostic, the $69.99 would be put towards those costs. I agreed to move forward. After the diagnostic, I was told that there was a misfire with my fourth Ignition coil. I was quoted $43.20. I already knew an ignition coil was $70 (normally), and since I was under the impression that the diagnostic cost was going towards the repairs, I figured the $43.20 was labor and taxes. I knew it was a very simple thing to swap. Made sense. I arrive to pick up my car and the guy at the front desk says that my total is 243.20! I immediately said you quoted me $43.20 on the phone! He said he didn't. I said that that was ridiculous, because I wouldn't have moved forward with getting the work done at that price for a $70 part that would have taken me 5 minutes to change out myself. I paid and left, and looked at my receipt. I was charged $25 for labor, $185 for an Ignition coil, the diagnostic was $0, instead of being applied to the cost, as I was told, and there was an extra mystery $12 fee that wasn't part of parts, labor, or tax, that had no explanation. I was severely taken advantage of, severely overcharged, lied to about the diagnostic going toward my repairs, and lied to about the final cost on the phone. I had already had one coil changed recently and I could have done the other 3 myself for that price. Ridiculous. I highly recommend that if you do business here, you get every quote written out and anything they say put on paper before you agree.

Service not satisfactory. Also the behavior of their employees are not warming. I usually take service from others and decided this time to go to meineke because it s near to my home but now decided that i am never going there anymore.

If you're looking for a vehicle inspection this is the best place to go, as I drive for Uber and it was very easy to use Meineke

Of course I didn t expect Chik Fil A treatment at a mechanic shop, but the gentleman working the front desk did not want to be there. I scheduled an oil change and when I arrived I was told that he would not be able to do my oil change because he did not want to bother calling the company the company that would cover the cost & expenses. He attempted to reschedule me for a later date, but never explained his reasoning for not wanting to do my oil change. Grant it, there was no one present inside the shop at the time.

I came in for my annual Uber vehicle safety inspection. They are $15 cheaper than Pep Boys 2 doors down. As I walked in I was hit in the face with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I was greeted and was helped by a very nice middle aged man. He was very professional. I gave him my keys. I went and sat in the guest waiting area. I don't think the floors, walls or windows have seen soap and water in decades. It was filthy!!! But, thankfully, the inspection was done very quickly. That was a nice surprise!!. I'll come back, but I think I'll wait outside next time.

I enjoy getting my car serviced there. Mr. Darryl is very friendly as well as informative. He listens to the issue. And is honest if he can or can't resolve it. I am very comfortable putting my vehicle in his care. His workers are pleasant and helpful as well. Mr. D the receptionist and Mr Steve did an amazing job on my 2012 tahoe, Mr Steve didnt stop even though he had other cars until he had found the problem an fixed it, i was having a problem.with my headlight, an electrical wiring problem an i was not gonna keep riding, youll get pulled over an i didnt want that issue on my CDL's tickets. So thanks guys, an they arent high in the pricing...its looks to be computerized pricing, not really sure.

Good for oil changes but not any other car repair. I went in to get brakes done because they were making a screeching sound. Meineke claimed to have replaced the brakes, rotors, and pads, but my car started making a completely new, even worse sound after their service. I went back a 2nd time & they redid the service but car was still making the same noise. Went back a 3rd time and was told the noise was just coming from me needing to brake in my breaks (makes zero sense). Nearly 2 months later, brakes are still making the same noise. Now I m out more than $600 & I will have to go to someone else and pay more money to figure out what meineke did wrong.

Really love the amazing work this staff does. Never had any issues with customer service or any car issues after service.
