Was provided great service at a very fair price. Dropped my car off at closing on Wednesday and it was diagnosed, repaired and back to me by end of day on Friday. Service like this is hard to find these days!

Keith, Kevin and the Crew are Outstanding!! Competent, Professional and Honest. I will only take my vehicles to McGriff's. They know what they are doing. They don't take advantage of their customers and they don't overcharge. Amazingly professional and family centered. We brought our van in for starter repair. It was handled beautifully same day, in time for us to pick up the kids from school. Fair pricing, and a kind owner. All of our automotive needs will be handled here, can't give this place enough stars.

Fantastic service and refreshingly honest. They were patient enough to diagnose a complex issue with my 2020 Ram that Stivers could not figure out. Every member of the team that I interacted with was professional and courteous. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Our 2012 Prius broke down on our way to New Orleans. McGriff just happened to be a few miles away so we were able to get there with a bit of coasting and several restarts (we had a hybrid system fault). They were professional, had the knowledge to diagnose the hybrid system and after replacing both water pumps, had us back on the road by the time our long weekend was over. Pricing was reasonable and so far, everything works great. Hoping to get to 300K!

My work truck was in the shop for 9 months needing a new steering column because the gear shift had broken off. After about 5 months, I went ahead and paid them, hoping it would help kickstart the repair process. It didn't matter, my truck still sat in their parking lot. We'd call and get an update at least once a month. A few times it seemed like they had found the part they were looking for, but nothing ever came of it. We finally just got tired of nothing happening with it and went and got the truck out of the shop. Unfortunately, the glass was busted out of one of the back doors and there was obvious tampering with one of the storage doors on the outside of the shell that covers the bed of the truck, but luckily they weren't able to get into it. They were very understanding, though, about our situation and reimbursed us for the payment we had already made without any issues. They gave us a jump because the battery was dead, of course, and made sure everything was okay for us to drive the truck before we drove off in it. I did hear that they've recently gone under new management within the past few weeks, and the guys that were helping us were very respectful and polite. I have family and family friends who do jobs for McGriff, so maybe in a way, that's why our truck was put on the back burner.

The work was good, but overpriced. Paid cash for the work. Tried to get a receipt over a 2 week period. Was told the owner was not in. Went back for the third time but owner said that he could not make up a receipt. Acted like he could care less. Acted like I wasn't even there. Highly recommend avoiding this auto service. Very disappointed, and very unprofessional. Sounds like this company is under new management, looks to be going down hill.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Good honest employees! They don t try to rip you off or do a lot of extra unneeded work done to make more money. It s hard to find a decent mechanic you can trust, Keith and Kevin both know pretty much everything about vehicles and do things the right way!

I took my car to McGriff Auto after my passenger side doors got hit by another car. They did an amazing job! Even touched up paint on other parts of the car that weren t caused by the wreck. Keith was wonderful. He diagnosed .my issues and fixed my problem. He made other repair suggestions and even offered to help me order parts where I could save money. He seemed to be genuine, honest, and very personsable. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Walt and his team take great care of their customers! I've used McGriff's for everything from oil changes, routine maintenance, new tires, body work and painting over the years. I won't trust anyone else with my car. Highly recommend!

I definitely wouldn't recommend them! I went into this shop and spoke to everyone no one spoke back! Stood there for another 3-5 minutes and not once did they acknowledge me while standing 3 feet away from me! Money doesn't have a color preference but seems like they do!

I was visiting Navarra Beach for my birthday and had issues with my car while I was there. For some reason my windows wouldn't roll down and my sunroof wouldn't close. I already know what your probably thinking fuses... nope kept blowing them every time. Anyways I drove from there to Montgomery Alabama and was pouring in sweat , I forgot to say my air wont turn on neither.... I call Keith tell him what's going on he tells me he's swamped but if I give him my number her will call me and have me bring it in. It's about 4:45 at this time. I tell him that I am on the road going back to Illinois and just looking for some help. He told me to swing through and he would try to help me so I could get back on the road. Moral of the story these boys went above and beyond to help me get home with some type of air flow lol, They treated me like family. Not to mention I kept them past closing time. These men are what this world needs more of ! Even though they was only able to get my windows down it was the fact they took the time to do all that they did. Thank you so much guys. I have never in my life seen so much diligence kindness thoughtful and professionalism in one place in all my life. They have been patient with me taken care of my as if I had a VIP pass (these don t exist here lol) Keith is always willing to help any problems you ve got he got an answer. These guys are the PREMIUM in AFFORDABLE! You can t go wrong coming here and every SINGLE staff member is kind and equally professional. I really am grateful to God himself for helping me find these guys. They re so cool and down to earth and they just get it. You don t pull up to a rush of movement and a sense of oh gosh these guys are busy. No come by get out your car wait patiently if they re talking to someone tell them wassup and they ll take care of you. And they source their parts for you from the best guys. And they work fast enough to get it done but slow enough to get it done right. So you won t be back with the same problem. Best auto repair shop I ve ever been to and I ve been through 4 cars on my 5th one. (They ve only ever worked on my 5th one) and it s been a BREEZE. Go to McGriff ask for Keith you ll be blessed and grateful you did. Lived in many states, seen many mechanics/shops. McGriffs is the best ever. Upfront fair pricing, work always done right the first time...and the customer service is unsurpassed. Also, if you work on base, I highly recommend - so easy to drop off outside main gate and get to/from work.

I typically do work on my own vehicle as I am so skeptical of auto shops. When I was unable to do a repair myself I brought my import here. Great people, friendly, knowledgeable, quick service AND affordable! Will come back for any future needs for sure.

They are very racist. I took my truck to them they kept my truck for 2 months. They also gave me the run around. I went back a month later my truck was still sitting in the same spot. When he did tell me what was wrong it was a month later. Then he tried to over charge me. He got mad because i asked for my keys and tried to charge me for my truck sitting on his lot for 2 months when he was supposed to be fixing it!They are horrible!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!

McGriff is the best. They found the issue quickly and offered a fair price as always. I almost spent $90 on an engine diagnostic, which would have been a total waste of money.

My car was involved in an accident these people had my car 2 weeks today my daughter and son n law picked it up my seats were wet and my carpet and seats were molded and mildewed. I called them Walt talking crazy saying the carpet was wet and molded when I dropped it off. And you expect me to believe the seats still wet 2 weeks later. Hog wash. They must think I'm a blooming idiot.

Super nice people, cheaper then going to a dealer or chane. They are not out to get you they are there to fix your car. They also do simply mantinace like oil changes, transmission fluid changes, and coolet flushes. If you need a transmission, or engine replaced they can do it for a lower price then the dealer or chane, Fully would recommend.

I've known Keith for many years over 20 and he has always been fair and never replace anything u dont need he has built several motors including race motors for me.I have nothing but kudos for him as far as im concerned he is the best mechanic ive ever known!!!
