Really pleased with my experience at McConnell Acura! I am visiting Montgomery from Virginia and had an issue with my Integra, so brought it in without making an appointment. They quickly diagnosed the issue and rather than had me wait for a part to come in, was able to swap it from another Integra on the lot so I could return home same day. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful! If one purchases a vehicle here, you will be well taken care of it seems!

I like McConnell Honda because when I first relocated to Alabama and had an issue with my Honda Accord, they took care of me. The Service Department is key to customer satisfaction and I am a satisfied customer.Since, that time, I have purchased an Acura RDX from McConnell and I still experience good customer service and it keeps me coming back. They get to know you and ensure you are satisfied with the vehicle and the service. Keep up the good work McConnell!

McConnell Acura if you haven't tried them lately it's never too late to give them a try. I gave my car to someone else to fix. When I say they tried there best, it wasn't good enough. I have a Acura RL 2006 a great running car. Even with the high miles that were on it. Even though I know the bill would have been a little pricey. At this point I needed the best. McConnell Acura saved my car. And the price to get it fixed wasn't that much. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done. The next time it has to be fixed I know where to take it McConnell Acura

I have been receiving excellent service from McConnell Acura and Honda since 2013. In that time, I have trusted them with all maintenance on all four of our Honda family vehicles, two I brought here when we moved to town and two I ve purchased at this location since. In all that time, I cannot recall receiving anything but courtesy and professionalism from everyone we ve interacted with. Just last week, I was in the building purchasing a new battery for my MDX. Long story short, Mr. Horace and his team researched my vehicle history and determined I still had warranty time on the old battery. I never thought to ask, they simply made sure I was taken care of. Thank you Horace, thank you McConnell Team!

I have had. Great experience with Chris and with Horace. Professionalism is unmatched. Chris got me the best deal on my vehicle and Horace was excellent when my vehicle needed service. They kept me in the loop in the processing of both situations (purchase and service)

I've been a loyal customer of McConnell Acura since 2003 when I bought my first Acura, a 2003 TL.. I'd had my Toyota Camry for 11 years and my husband was more than ready for me to get a new car so he could have the Camry. I was in Montgomery doing some shopping with my 15 year old daughter and stopping at McConnell was a spur of the moment diversion. The sales staff was very friendly. They were also patient and helpful with my many, many questions. Some of the questions were for my daughter's benefit so she could see some of the things you need to know or at least be familiar with when purchasing a new car. The test drive was great and I loved the vehicle's responsiveness. After getting all the details about the warranties, I was ready to buy. This was the first time I paid for a new car by pulling out my check book and paying for it in full on the spot. Maybe that's one of the reasons the Acura folks always seem pleased to see me, even the few times I've needed a favor.The service desk people are very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Amy. I will only get my car serviced at McConnell. My current Acura is a 2008 TL and my McConnell Acura experience has always been exceptional.

Bad experience. I paid them $3,000 to fix my car, and they didn't. So when I called back to tell them... The lady that did my paperwork no longer works there. She supposed to been put a note on file for me to bring my car back, but they tell me it's nothing they can do. And,let they lady know that I couldn't come right then, because my 3 month old had open heart surgery so I couldn't come right then. $3,000 for nothing. Not a good dealership

I purchased a new vehicle at McConnell Acura in December, and they were great. I went in expecting the standard car buying experience (give them your trade-in keys, wait ... wait ... get a price, make an offer, wait ... counter their offer, etc). But the time from giving them my keys to getting a great price took about 20~25 minutes. I was definitely impressed. I highly recommend them and will be back the next time I'm in the market for a new car.

I have always had a great experience at McConnell Acura. The customer service is always great! They are prompt to get you in and get your car back to you, and they always take time to explain everything that they have done to the car and what is suggested to be done in the future. Most likely, you'll talk to Amy, who is also awesome! I trust her and know she's looking out for me and my car's best interest. Not only are Acuras great cars, but McConnell Acura customer service makes the overall experience worth every penny of the car.

Let me start by saying the McConnell staff, thank you so much for making Our Acura RDX so easy to purchase. Mrs. Williams the hostess kept us entertained and made sure we had our beverages,snacks and conversation.Our Dream Team, Nigel, a great salesman, kept us informed on progress, while waiting, showed Us and demonstrated our many features on our new ACURA. Sean, moved our paperwork right along also and kept us updated. And last Chris Reynolds, who came in and made sure We were taking care of also. Thank You All so much. Excellent service. I had an unusual issue with my Acura but both Pat in service and Marlon in sales went above and beyond to assist. McConnell deserves credit for providing great service. Won't buy anywhere else

This location returned my car with more problems than it went in with!!! My driver's side headlamp needed to be replaced, which is usually better handled at the dealership.. When they returned my car, the driver's side fog lamp was not working as well as the lights on one side of my dashboard. The only response I received was that water must've gotten in my assembly and short circuited the wiring. While my car was in the shop the entire time??? The only reason I didn't pursue this further is because I wouldn't trust them to even pump gas properly.

I've purchased 4 cars from Shawn Parks over the past 10 years and have been extremely satisfied with his professional service and McConnell as a whole. Shawn and the Acura team at McConnell has made me feel like family over the years, continue success. Finally McConnell is at the pinnacle of success in the Capitol City.

Just had my Acura repaired at McConnell. My story is too long for this post but I had been told by an Acura dealer in Fort Walton Beach my car could not be repaired under warranty and left me with no hope. Casey Horne listened to my story, told me to bring the car in, and his team got it fixed. We are customers for life for McConnell Acura and cannot express how stressed we were after our experience in Florida and now it is fixed due to the professionalism of the Acura team. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts.

First I want to say that my experiences prior to today with McConnell have always been exceptional (which is why today surprised me). My family and I were in the Acura showroom today because we are in the market for a luxury SUV. We are vacillating between the BMW X5 and Acura MDX and decided to take a look at the model on the showroom floor because it was raining. In addition, because you all have such great customer service I was leaning towards just getting an Acura so I could purchase from McConnell. We were in the showroom for at least 10 minutes looking at the MDX on the showroom floor and the white gentleman in his office never acknowledged us. As a Black family we felt slighted and as we were about to leave another salesperson walked in and immediately asked if we were being helped. When we told her we were not being helped she was surprised and offered to help us. Connie was fantastic and she may be the only reason we every purchase another car from the McConnell dealership or refer friends and colleagues. We have purchased multiple new cars from the McConnell dealership and even referred friends who have purchased cars there too. That said when there are potential buyers on the showroom floor looking at one of your cars and in the market for purchasing a brand new car at the cost of $50,000+ (especially given the fact that the economy is hurting) it may be good to be sure all of your salespeople always politely acknowledge any customers on the showroom floor (particularly when they are perusing the booklets and looking inside the car). Because of my disappointment in the dealership I went online to see what other dealerships in the area sell Acuras. I see that there are Acura dealerships in Hoover and Georgia and considering that we are in the middle of a pandemic and our economy is suffering I really want to keep money in the local area and the state of Alabama. I certainly hope we dont have to take our business to the dealership in Columbus GA. Particularly, since we may actually purchase two new cars over the next year or less. We are really interested in the 2021 Acura MDX and hope to purchase one when it comes out in the next few months. It is my sincere hope that McConnell will gain our trust and confidence back enough for us to purchase a new car from the McConnell dealership by then.

Since purchasing my 2007 Acura TL, I've been taking it to McConnell to be serviced. I have only good things to say about them. Amy always tells me ahead of time what the service amount will be and if it's a big service, they allow me to take a loaner car. They've also made it so easy to just go online to get an appointment. Unlike other service centers, I've never felt pressured to buy tires, batteries, brakes, etc right then. They tell me what is needed and what will be needed soon.I should also add that Amy is such a sweetheart and knows her Acuras!

Just bought my new car from here and this has been the MOST pleasant car buying experience ever! I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions I didn't want to make, and my salesman David Kryger was 100% awesome! A part of me is going to miss talking to him everyday because he's just that cool of a guy!! :)

We bought our 2006 Acura TL from Mcconnell Acura as a pre-loved vehicle, but it was in awesome condition. When our daughter turned sixteen, we turned the car over to her. I told her that when any warning light came on, she needed to take it to Mcconnell. The great service people there have never tried to take advantage of her; they do what the service requires and don't try to sell us something we don't need. They are very kind people and always give her a chocolate muffin for the road.

Excellent , friendly atmosphere; Fantastic serviceI came in with an odd question about a car that is 18 years old. I felt ridiculous for asking, but, I could not locate the dip stick for the transmission. 2 service technicians went out of there way to help me and explained how to check the transmission fluid..

Disappointing service from a typically dependable brand. On a family road trip my A/C quit working. With temperatures in the upper 90s, my beautiful TLX became an ebony oven baking two small children, one grumpy grandma with a side of me. I called Acura expecting the brands usual efficient service only to be told they couldn't see me until a WEEK later. No options were offered, no loaner car available, no solutions just glib and careless responses of "Too bad" and "see you next week." I should be able to get Acura level service wherever they are sold, but this is not the case at McConnell Acura.

Stepped on the lot waited ten minutes and a lady came out and put our names on a list. We had to wait to see a salesperson. Waited on the lot over 30 minutes and no salesperson assisted us. Finally a the same lady came out and stated somebody will be with us, but we left. Just never stepped on a lot and I wasn't greeted by several salesman. The lady who took our names were nice though.
