The store and fuel are fine. I stop by every morning and am blown away just how little the associate seems to care about customer service. Always on the phone and hardly acknowledges my presence. Doesn't ask for my rewards card and then acts annoyed when I pull it out. I'm a manager so I realize that one employee can make people go elsewhere

I went in there a few minutes ago just to purchase something. So it came $2.71and gave her 2 dollars and I put the change on the counter the lady tells me she is not picking up the change off the counter I would have to put it in her hands. Now if I would have walked out how was she going to get the change. She was very rude and said something smart under her breath. I will be contacting corporate about this matter. Also she was paying more attention to her cell phone then the customers. The date when this happened was the 16th of January about 1:50 p.m.

It seems as if the store is always closed despite the fact that it s supposed to be open 24 hours. I can t seem to fathom how the employees are annoyed that we come there to spend our money. People will drive to the other side of town if it means that they are provided good customer service.

Just visiting here at 7:45am in 3/10/24. As I walked up to the entrance I noticed a written sign on the door that read "closed for reboot" as I entered I asked the cashier Amanda Paschal were they open. Why did I do that?! She went ballistic!! She asked me why was I being negative...she asked me did I awake on the wrong side of the bed smh I said no, but there's a sign on the door that says "closed for reboot". She said, "well ain't you in here I ain't got time for this". I'm a loyal mapco customer, even with all the issues this particular location seems to have. I visit at least 4-5 times per week because I think they have the BEST COFFEE IN TOWN!! She refused to serve me & proceeded to CALL THE POLICE!!! I left. And I will not be returning until she's no longer there. I was completely embarrassed. I thought this location was trying to right itself. I thought wrong.

Always good to go here because I get 3 cents off per gallon with my Mapco card normally, but sometimes Mapco emails me deals and I end up getting up to 15 cents off per gallon. Mapco was already cheaper than most other gas stations to begin with, but this just makes it better overall.

This Mapco on Atlanta hwy is by far the worst in all the Mapco's. Long waits, no ice, old deli food, and staff acts like they came from jail. Goodluck if you use this mapco

I give the store a good review because the people are always kind. The service is always great. The only problem I have with it is that we get accosted by enough homeless people in this town then you have to deal with the homeless person in a wheelchair blocking the door. He's a very nice person but the last thing I want to do is be big for money as I go into a store. Seems as if the clerks I know him and seem to engage with him, just not something I want to deal with when I enter someone's business. I would just rather drive to another mapco.

Excellent! Just gassed up at the pump, but everything worked great. They have tons of cameras which helps to protect the property and their customers. Went here after Speedway requires you pay inside.

Gas is cheaper. Prices in store are fair. Has anyone gone inside? Customer service is awful.

Used to love going to this store but it has gotten to the point some of them are very rude. I stopped there July 3 on my way to work the one that was there was the one with the orange hair she is very rude. I was at the register for at least 5 minutes she was sitting in the corner on her phone never paid me any attention so I finally said hello she looked up like she had a attitude like she didn't want to be bothered. She always have a attitude. Hope she's not a manager or anything

The men's bathroom was pretty bad...I stopped here at around late 7 am almost 8 am on Friday March 18th to use the bathroom. The mens bathroom stinks, the toilet seat is very loose, the seat had urine on it, the toilet paper holder cover was off of the holder (I was able to get that back on), the soap dispenser had an empty cartridge and the cover was off. I could not get the cover of that to go back on. Theres a sign on the bathroom store basicly saying they are commited to keeping the bathroom clean and stocked...well it wasm't clean and there was an empty soap cartridge in the soap holder. There is also a roll of paper towels just sitting on top of the creamer dispenser instead of being in a dispenser. 2 out of five stars, would not stop here again to use the bathroom.The "Mapco Cares" sign seems to not be true for the bathroom...

Decent store, never tried any of the food there, I only get gas. It's usually extremely crowed when I go..EDIT!!The last couple times I've been I've had issues at the pumps where it won't lock down to just let it pump your gas and it keeps clicking. It's a pain when you're pumping $40+.. also I think I've gotten bad gas from here too. Had some issues starting up my car and then it cut off a couple times in traffic and my car is pretty well maintained, so it had to be the gas.... beware.

Every time I stop in a cashier doesn't ring something up right. Then went you tell them this is what it says there's an slight attitude. Just yesterday I was over charged for 2 wasters that were supposed to be 2 for 3 with a .10 bonus. I acknowledged I picked up the wrong waters but when I went back to get the right ones she still over charged me when it should have b en an even exchange. I don't think the .3 is worth it. Just like I've noticed they don't give the .5 on the fountain drinks.

May 8, 2019 (Edit: just saw score of 3.3 rating... tis tis tis NOT good folks)Disappointed twice now in both of the MAPCO stores on Atlanta Hwy. Attendant at 36109 store & now the gas pump. Was extremely slow & it's late so it's not cause of too many things being used here. Finally got my # & card in on 3rd attempt & then it didn't drop my gas 10cents & yes I did it on my email hours ago. It's too much trouble to cancel again and walk in when I had planned on filling up... but I don't know how much it will take to prepay. Arugh... its aggravating & disappointing cause up until last month I've loved doing business with them. I hope they will keep these stores UP to their standards & not standards of way too many folks here in town who just don't care.

I ve only been to this particular gas station a few times, but I must say that Shavon Sykes is a great cashier! She has a very welcoming spirit and she s very enthusiastic about her work! I will definitely come to Mapco again!

LITERALLY the worst customer service. The woman who is always behind the counter is the most RUDEST woman I have ever had to deal with. I have tried four times now to see if maybe she was just having a bad day or maybe i did something wrong but no!! The first day i asked her to make me a wrap she said sure but it will take 20 mins!! There was no one in the store!! I always order my food at the counter to insure its freshness. Guess that is too much for her because now when she sees me walking up to the counter she seriously just walks off and refuses to come back right in front of my face! Always mumbles things under her breathe when I finally get her at the counter and she realizes it me. Also anytime i ask for condiments she puts one dot on the food. I have pictures. Just all around rude and I have heard nothing but terrible things about her. DO BETTER MAPCO. I work right down the road at a dealership and you have lost so much business from us because of how rude she has been to all of us. I drive all the way to Taylor road now bc i refuse to go to you guys. Ridiculous.

I went in for a mapco feel good refill. I was informed they no longer honor those even though the mapco right down the road honors them and this store honored them yesterday. When I asked to speak to the manager, she would not come out to talk to me. Employee would not give me the managers name either.

I have decided NOT to go to MAPCO at night if looking for ok or good customer service, because you will NOT get it. I went there to get their banana pudding; which is Delicious and if you're like me allergic to bananas can eat, because it does NOT have any it's all pudding ($1.69).

Let me tell y all Everytime I go into mapco I m greeted ! The atmosphere is so nice ! My favorite employee is shavon she s always so nice and helpful I was looking for the Gatorade one night and I wasn t feeling well and she was so sweet and showed me where it was ! My son wanted to know where the candy was and she politely directed him to where they were he s (3 btw) she was so sweet Everytime I come in she s very welcoming and seems like such an outstanding hardworker ! Great SERVICE !

Check the dates on your drink and snack purchases. Today is March 2, 2021 and the Good Living Iced Latte in the glass jar we purchased expired on OCTOBER 01, 2020 so check the dates because they clearly dont.

For some reason i make it to mapco after i pass several gas stations because i am suppose to get 10cents off a gallon on thirs and sun. Well maybe mapco has sometging against me because i always get tgat 3cents even when i give my number and by the way i clicked tge link and it says its in my account. I pay for gas and to no surprise i drove all the way here for to save some change meanwhile passing others that have gas for 2 cents cheaper than the 3cents i got off at mapco. This has happened numerous times sleak with someone and they FIXED THE PROBLEM. NOT. sincerely a very unhappy customer

Mapco is my go-to gas station where they have all you need and more and the staff is amazing Shavon Sykes is a worker i will never forget leaving a great impression everytime showing she really loves her job. And Gas is always affordable.

I told the clerk someone was blocking the pumps she didn't even come out to make the person move she just stayed in the store and all the Other pumps were full

Don't use the air pump. There's a crack in the hose and will take air out of your tire. I called and told the worker, but they hung up on me.

they say 24 hours. but they would not let me get black and milds filter tips had to wait for 40 minutes
