Great experience. Keith was so kind. Patiently answering all of my questions. And, he never got annoyed at the many times I changed my mind. My 2009 truck looks beautiful. Can't even tell that it's been painted. And, it only took one week. Thanks so much guys!

Great experience. My 2008 Nissan Titan had dead paint and preliminary rust on the hood and roof. I chose the middle plan using the urethane plus package. Rest of truck body was in good shape. I was thrilled with the final result after the whole truck was prepped and repainted. My local body shop recommended Maaco since it would have cost much more to just do the hood and roof and probably not match. Would highly recommend Maaco. Will wash truck after 2 weeks and wax after 3-4 months like recommendation by Maaco. Mike McGill Lake Martin Alabsma

If you did the body work and painting yourself, you could not do any worse than the shoddy work performed at this Maaco! Work was subpar and the lack of professionalism of the counterman really made the whole experience worse. Whatever body damage you have - better NOT call Marco!!

On 2-14-2017 I got an estimate from Keith Moxley at Maaco in Montgomery, Al. on my 1988 GMC Suburban. It was for a total of 978.00 and it would take a week. I told him I would bring it back before the 90 day quote is over. On 3-6-2017 I called to like him know I would bring it in on 3-13-2017 and I did. I drove by that next day to see if they had started on it but it was in the back yard so I drove by that Thursday and it was still untouched in the back yard. I did notice on 3-18-2017 on a Saturday some sanding on the side and the top of the vehicle had been done and it was still in the back yard. I got a call from Keith on 3-23-2017 to tell me that my vehicle was still in his shop and that it had extensive repairs on it. So I asked him when will he have it ready and he said he don t know, it should be about a week and a half more so I said it need to stay at that quote that I got from him, and his reply was I m going to try.On 3-28-2017 I got a call from Maaco saying that my truck was ready, so I went to get it and noticed that the rust in the front below the light was just painted over and not removed first. The tech said that Keith was not there because his wife was in a car accident and he would be in tomorrow. I told him I can t take the truck looking like that and for him to have Keith call me in the morning. The next day I had to call Keith and he said he didn t put that in the quote so I reminded him that he did see it and then he said he would fix it at his cost but it would be another five days and he would try to have it ready on Monday 4-3-2017.Finally, I called back on Thursday, 04-6-2017 and Keith said he would go look at it and call me back, and he did, saying that it was ready. When I picked up my truck, I was seriously disappointed, AGAIN. Spray dust was all over on the inside of the vehicle, under the hood, my new engine was totally covered with spray dust and on the outside of the car was the same, DUST EVERYWHERE, and paint in places it should not have been. There was also spray dust in the paint on the hood. I had to go home and clean up my vehicle, inside and out, something no one should have to do after having a professional company paint it and after paying the money that I did. I am a repeated customer, having 4 vehicles (this being the 4th time) being painted by Maaco and I ve had GREAT experiences, but this was by far the worst experience I ve had at this franchise, mainly because of management (Keith Moxley), who was unprofessional and non-caring.

I have had 2 of my trucks painted at the Maaco in Montgomery Alabama. Willie Pedrick and his Team really done a great job and I have several folks tell me how well the paint job looks. I would recommend them HIGHLY to anyone in Central AlabamaService: PaintingService: Painting

Terrible experience. My girlfriend paid for one of the top trim packages. I removed all the trim and headlights/taillights for a better finish. They painted the condenser and radiator and all under the hood. Lazy. Not to mention it was painted a random white color that doesn't match the door sills. Never again

I had a nice experience with the staff. They are very pleasant and quick at providing quotes. My job was expected to be completed in two weeks but they got the job done in one week. I was thankful for that. I had my bumpers on my vehicle painted. The color is a perfect match. However, if you look closely the paint job does not have a smooth factory finish.Service: Body & Trim

I took my slightly rusted, faded and seriously peeling 2000 Camry to Maaco, not knowing what to expect. When I picked up the car, I noticed immediately how perfectly the color matched the original. I loved the color, and the shine was amazing. No overspray, no missed areas. It looked so much better even than I d hoped. I paid a bit more to get the urethane paint, but it was worth it. The vehicle was dropped off for a 7 day estimate which turned into an entire month! Everyday there was an excuse as to why the vehicle was not ready. The vehicle is currently still there, they are saying it just needs to be painted at this point, but over the past few weeks they have constantly said it should be ready today or by tomorrow & the vehicle has yet to be returned.. this is unacceptable & very unprofessional & I would not recommend this company!

This was by far the best paint job I ve ever seen Done on any of my cars, they were so knowledgeable, awesome customer service, price reasonable, friendly staff & hard workers, and also finish on time! I was skeptical at first about the paint service because I read a couple of online reviews. I visited the establishment on two occasions to inquire about their paint technique. I asked Keirra, one of the customer representatives, to show me some of their finished products. During my visits, I received estimates and she explained the paint process would take about one week and two days. I eventually decided to let them paint my vehicle and I am very pleased with their service. I did not give them five stars because the paint service is only about 9 days old.Service: Painting

Was beyond surprised at the fantastic customer service I experienced at Maaco Montgomery. (I am STILL waiting on a call back to a message I left at a local GM dealer more than two weeks prior to getting an estimate from Maaco!) My driver's door handle literally sheared off in my hand during our cold/rainy snap. During a fill up, a compassion gentlemen who recognized the difficulties of crawling into the driver's seat from the passenger side recommended I check with Maaco; he stated they would be fair with the cost and complete the job in reasonable time. I stopped the next day and spoke with Trey. He quickly determined the part required, advised me of the replacement/color match cost, and placed the order with my permission. He recommended that since he couldn't be exactly sure of the day the part would arrive (2-3 days), that he call me AFTER they had totally prepared the part for installation; thereby, preventing me from having to bring my car back in UNTIL the part was ready...WOW, how refreshing. He called me (two days later) and advised that the part was in, painted, and ready to install. He then had the install complete in half the time estimated!! I am beyond thrilled with their work ethics and customer service. New owner, Willie, was overhead to be advising customers that he stands behind ALL work done at his shop. Nice to know that true customer service agencies still exist!! BTW, I STILL haven't heard back from the Cadillac dealer...

I had a great experience with the guys @ Maaco. A lot of people don't go there because of the inexpensive paint jobs but it's all about the paint and body technicians that care about their work. They did a fantastic job. Thanks and I'm glad that I didn't listen to the naysayers.

Brought in and had a 2011 Cadillac DTS completely painted and had some front bumper damage repaired. The two gentlemen I spoke with about my car were personable and professional. They told me the car would be ready in 2 weeks and it actually was finished for pickup in a little over 1 week.I don t know what was going on in Montgomery, but the four other businesses (one which had been open for 40yrs and was told they were closing their doors for good) I had called about painting the entire car would not accept the job and told me they only repaired & painted just damaged panels and no longer an entire car.That just seemed frustrating & ridiculous for a town the size of Montgomery. One of them actually directed me to try Facebook Marketplace to find an individual who paints cars. Risky to say least!Maaco has been in business for a long time in Montgomery and I knew my car would be treated professionally. I told the manager I actually had my very first car I had drove around in high school (Go Lanier Poets!) painted here in the mid 80s. Said it would be finished in two to three weeks, took two and a half months. Poor paint job and they had to repaint parts of it and still not right, pair was still on bumpers, crome trim and windows. Who ever sanded it allowed it to scar up windows. Had used them years ago and did great job and was going to have them paint my mothers car, not now. They should be better than this.Service: Painting

I took my car to Maaco as I am giving it to my Grandson for his 16th birthday. Maaco repaired some dings, painted it and put a clear coat on it. Absolutely enjoyed my experience with Maaco!!I came in LAST minute for a paint job for my nephews sweet 16 car, and Corey made sure my vehicle was all together prior to that day. The customer service was amazing and I can t thank the team at Maaco enough for making sure he had his car on his big day!! Highly recommend this place!!!
