We did go to Lexus of Montgomery with the intention to purchase an SUV. I was interested in looking at the Lexus RX and the new 2024 TX. I was excited to find that they had the vehicle I saw online in the exterior and interior colors I wanted. They also had the luxury package and I was sold after the test drive. Angelo was very helpful in showing me the benefits of the features this vehicle has available. It has dozens of safety features and a large beautiful display for the GPS. The trunk space will be great for traveling, one of the big reasons we opted for the TX over the RX. Thank you Angelo.

Wonderful place to deal with! I am from out of town and noticed a 2021 Lexus ES300h for sale at a reasonable price. So I contacted the dealership and was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal call from the sales manager, assistant manager, internet representative and salesman Marcus. Everyone was eager to assist my buying experience. They sent pictures and history of this car, not knowing if I was a real buyer or a scammer. I felt so good about the pre-assistance demonstrated, that my wife and I drove seven and one half hours to purchase the car. Salesman Marcus was very low pressure and accommodating. He is my go-to guy for my next purchase. Oh' the finance manager was easy-going and explained several good reasons to buying a CPO car. I have purchased more than twenty-five new and used cars in the past and find this dealership to be one of the best. I would highly recommend them for new or used car sales

Buying a new car can be intimidating but Mike Dean, Sales & Leasing, made the purchase easy. He was patient and carefully explained the wonderful features of the different cars. I drove three cars and when I drove the 2022 Lexus Certified RX 350L I knew it was the perfect fit for me. Mike and Ramona, Financial Manager, explained the paperwork and it did not take long before I was driving home in my luxurious Lexas, a quiet and a very smooth ride!Thank you for the kind and courteous experience. The best experience I've ever had buying an automobile. Anthony Gibson is professional and knowledgeable about Lexus and its various models. I found a 2021 Infiniti QX50 Sensory online with Lexus of Montgomery about 2.5 weeks ago. I promptly made an appointment to test drive it. I knew it was the car for me. However, I wasn t ready to purchase. I figured the car would be gone when I was ready. Well, the stars aligned with this vehicle and Lexus of Montgomery along with my credit union helped me make the QX50 my next car. Thank you Lexus of Montgomery and Donni Crozier for making our purchasing process smooth, quick and hassle free. Communication between us and the dealership was prompt and clear. We want to send a special Thank you to Mr. Angelo Mellos! He was so pleasant, attentive and kind. We could tell that he loved making his customers feel appreciated. He was so knowledgeable about all of the bells and whistles on the car and gave thorough explanations and demonstrations of numerous features on the vehicle. He gave us his business card and instructed us call if we had any questions. Additionally, he took the time to call us the next day to inquire about our ride home in the vehicle and reminded us again that he was only a phone call away. Now, this is EXCELLENT customer service. Mr.Phillips was very professional and accommodating. He and Mr. Collins help make this experience easier than usual! We have purchased many vehicles. Buying or trading every 2 years for many years. I loved my RX. But Jullian was able to help me feel less loss with NX. At 70 it's hard to do the deal. I enjoyed the experience and felt they wanted me to have what I wanted. Davion is fairly new to sales and I could tell he was a bit nervous lol... but he was honest and kind. He did his best to answer all my questions and when he did not know the answer he went to seek guidance rather than giving me any answer. I admired him for that. I don t want to say anything to get people in trouble but I am going to tell you what I felt driving into the service area.1. I was about to say I was greeted but that would not be correct. I was approached by a young man , hands in both pockets , without any expression what so ever . Maybe he was scared, or maybe it was his first day, if not he needs some coaching .He never said welcome to Lexus, or asked what I was doing there !2. I always have enjoyed coming in the building in the past. I drive from Auburn, I could go to Columbus but I have enjoyed this store. When I walked into service entrance the person at the desk had their head in their computer screen and had a mask on that covered everything but her eyes ! Looked like something you would rob a bank with ! IT WAS QUIET with nobody saying anything. My service rep came out and asked me in, never asked me how I was , was nice enough, when I asked how much the service was he told 138.00, I told him I called two days before and was told it would be 98.00. It didn t say much as I recall but put down the charge of 98.00 ! I know he was new and trying to do a good job, have no doubt he is a good person. He was not very personable and seemed unsure of himself. Maybe it has to do with the QUALITY of training he has received !3. My wife whose car was serviced was a principle in an elementary school and we often talked about the culture of the school. Was it friendly, inviting and trusting. As a dentist trying to create positive culture in my office I once read a study that showed that if guest sensed a warm friendly relationship between the dentist and staff they read that as TRUST ! If they read the relationship between the dentist and staff as arms length they read that as NOT TRUSTING ! I think the person in charge walked by me twice, he never nodded his head, never said Good Morning , the second time time I saw him he looked down at the floor when he passed by ! Truth be known someone upstairs probably had a boot up his, so I don t blame him, the person responsible is the person at the top ! Everyone I talked to , and I have talked to the old ones a number of times as we are on our third car, they appear afraid , not comfortable for some reason.4. I realize someone new has bought the company and they are trying to recoup their investment! I get that . Quality staff is not an expense, it s an investment that makes things work in a LexusWay ! I used watch the staff read the Lexus Pledge on the wall in the morning when I was there early ! You should go back to that . Maybe send the new owners to some 5Star training on how to create a positive culture in their building they have paid millions for ! Doesn t make any sense not to !5. Lastly ,I would recommend who ever owns this place get a copy of Good to Great by Sam Collins and read it a couple times and then have everyone in organization read it !Thank you for reading my comments, hope some the comments will help change the culture ! He knows exactly what he's doing, answers all of your questions, easy to talk to and will always help you find the car that's perfect for you! His professionalism, follow through and follow up are top notch! Donnie, General Manager, will make sure he takes the time to answer all of your questions and goes the extra mile to close the deal. The Service Department is efficient, thorough, helpful, always pleasant and when our vehicle is done in Service it always comes out looking spotless. We highly recommend Lexus Montgomery.

Nothing but great things to say about my experience at Lexus of Montgomery! I live closer to the Birmingham dealership but chose to shop at the Montgomery Lexus location based on past experiences and reviews. Norman was our sales person and he was FANTASTIC! Carrie, and Mr. Donnie, made our experience buying our new Lexus, very pleasant. We drove 200 miles to purchase our car. Unfortunately we got stopped for hours on the interstate, when we told them our situation and said we could get a room and come the next day, they insisted they would wait for us. I had an amazing experience with Carrie and the financial officer, Mr. Corneil at Lexus. Upon arriving, I noticed that Carrie was outside, waiting to render service to me. She was very thorough, honest and patient. She did not mind staying late, even if I didn t purchase a vehicle. It wasn t just about a sale for her. She tried her best to get me the best deal, and Mr. Cornell was amazing, as well. He thoroughly explained everything to me regarding finances and payment options. He respected my situation and treated me fairly. I would recommend Lexus to everyone.

I had an appointment at 9:30. It was going to take several hours so I got renter car. I live hour away and told them if it was after four I would pick my car up the next morning. Scott said he would give me a call that afternoon. At ten the next morning no word from Lexus people. I call and they would have someone give me a call back. At twelve still no call. I call and same thing. They would have someone call me. So at 3:30 still no call so I call them back. Finally someone said my car wasn t ready and I had sent my husband to get the car. I told them he was on his way. They said it may not be ready when he get here. Mind you my car was suppose to be ready the day before. After he got - a hour went by. They didn t do all the things they were suppose to do. This is the second time they didn t do fix my car in the time frame they were suppose to. Since Lexus car dealership got brought out by someone else service has been terrible. And you want me to give you a good rating. Treat your customers right. Needlessly to say I will take my car to another dealership that cares about their customers.
