My husband's truck had been hit from the back. They not only fixed it but corrected an issue with the hood. Very prompt and very courteous and professional. Now the receptionist is a whole other review I choose not to post about, but the courteousness of the ones who fixed his truck made the experience worthy of five stars

Overly expensive!! They took almost 3 weeks to fix 2 scratches and a partial dent on a 2022 Dodge truck we had. We had to continually check in due to no updates being willingly provided. Also, we weren't informed that one of the scratches on the truck wouldn't be covered by our insurance until we got there to pick up the truck! Someone should've called and told us prior in case we wanted to pay out of pocket smh.

They repainted the hood of my truck and it looks perfect! Good as new! Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience here. The lady who greeted me and assisted me in this process was great. The repair team was great. The manager was great. And the service was great. Overall, this is one of the best professional experiences I've had in Alabama. I received text messages indicating the stage in the process that the team was with my vehicle, which was very convenient. I hope I don't ever need to come back, but if I do I know I'll get excellent work and professional service.

Hi there jus wanted to say I was very pleased with my vehicle at the wares ferry location.The detailer there did an outstanding job I haven't had my car detailed in a while and to be honest it was quite stunning.I think the detailer name is Mr Tim and I jus wanted to let him know thank you.Joe hudson need to give you a raise young man that really made my day.I didn't find not a smear not anything towards my vehicle thank you guys

Had to take my car back multiple times after the repairs were supposed to be done. That took too much of my personal time, and that in itself was disappointing.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The process of checking my truck in and out was vary fast. I am very pleased with the repairs done on my 2006 Ford Explorer. They were able to match the paint up perfect!! If I need repairs in the future I will be sure to give you guys a call. Over all experience was excellent. One of the best things was they kept me posted each step of the way. I knew when repairs started and when they were finished. I received my truck back on the date they said I would. The rental service there was also very very nice and it was nice to get repairs and rental all in one place.

If I could give Joe Hudson's Collision Center on Wares Ferry Rd. zero stars I would have! Pat is the rudest manager I've ever ran across. I brought in my Truck to have the rear bumper replaced, which took an entire month. I had to pay the rental out of pocket 1 additional week because Pat was on vacation LOL. Upon picking my vehicle up, I got pulled over the next day for my taillights being out. I called Joe Hudson and the receptionist Gwen was pretty nice about it & told me to bring my vehicle in. There was no indication of my taillight being out on the paper work but if the entire bumper has to be replaced then i would assume it's your duty to ensure they are working. Pat indeed said it was NOT his duty to communicate those things to me nor to fix them. LOL. Please don't bring your vehicle here ! Pat did not provide a quality repair experience as stated on the centers warranty! Pat walked around his office in his blue shirt tucked in super tight inside his khaki shorts with a smirk on his face & told me to have a good weekend!Service: Auto body & trim repair

PAT BALLARD is the worst manager I ve ever ran across. I brought my truck here to get my bumper repaired and in the midst of them keeping my vehicle for 35 days they refused to reconnect the wiring in my foreign vehicle so that my tail lights and other features in my vehicle would work. I ended up taking my vehicle to a mechanic that fixed the issue in 20 mins. It was a simple wiring issue that Pat s team at joe Hudson could have checked when I brought my vehicle back but Pat Ballard refused to do so. Poor customer service and definitely not a quality repair experience. BLM!!!! Do not bring your vehicle here.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Dropped my car off on Wednesday and was told it should be done by Friday. It actually wasn't finished till Tuesday, but I understand there are other cars that need to be repaired and things like this take time so I'm not concerned. I'd rather them take their time to do their best work than be in a hurry. Overall I'm very impressed with the work they did; made my car look brand new all over again. They were very friendly and kept me updated very often. I will definitely take my car back if necessary in the future. Great job!

Excellent! Joe Hudson Collision Center served me with the spirit of excellence from the moment I first entered the building. I was greeted with a smile and some southern hospitality. Everyone I encountered had a pleasant and welcoming altitude.My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. I was quite pleased. It was nice and cleaned. I was expressed with the service. A plus Joe Hudson Collision!

The customer service at the Ware's Ferry Road branch was outstanding. Everyone seemed to know their job and was proud to help. I got my truck back in just 2 days. After I left the first day I received automatic texts keeping me updated on each step of the repairs. Awesome place if you have to have this type of service on your vehicle.

Had to bring my car here twice in our four-year stay in Montgomery. Joe Hudson's Collision Center always treated us with courtesy and professionalism. Received a prompt call for pick up each time and my car was always repaired to factory settings. I would recommend this place to any of my friends - though for my friends' sake, I hope I never need to.

This is my second visit with Joe Hudson's Collision Center and I have not been disappointed! They have a systematic approach to ensuring that customers are updated regularly on their vehicle repairs so you're never left wondering. However, the most important takeaway is their high level of customer service and attention to detail to ascertain you vehicle looks like new. Great business!

This was my first accident and it was at no fault of mine. The staff at Joe Hudson contacted me as soon as they knew my car was being towed there. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me an estimate my car was ready fairy quickly. I recieved calls daily updating me on the stage my car was in along with emails. Please use them if you ever need work done on your car. Mine came out great!

Very pleased with the overall experience with Joe Hudson (Wares Ferry) Collision Center. Professional & friendly, with quality work. We were updated throughout the process, so we knew what was happening when. In order to ensure a quality product, they were a little tardy getting the vehicle through the detail shop. They did deliver the day promised.Again , we are very pleased. Thank you Joe Hudson team!

I had to take my truck back to get repaired from an accident that occurred in Florida. The repair shop in Tampa didn't do a good job, but Joe Hudsons got me driving smooth. Great customer service and Ms. Jean is so friendly and she called me to make sure my truck was OK and I was satisfied with the service.. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GREAT REPAIR WORK !!!

So impressed. Quality of work is amazing. Couldn't have asked for better and they guarantee their work with a life-time warranty. The courteous, friendly, thoughtful staff deserves so much praise. Constant updates on the stages of the repairs by text or e-mail and they put me in a rental while they did their work. I just can't stop reliving it and smiling about my experience. Thank you Joe Hudson Collison. Joe Hudson Collision kept me informed where and what phase of the repair my truck was in by text,email and phone calls. They completed the repairs on time with the highest quality standards. I was 100% satisfied with both their quality of workmanship and most importantly their highest standard of Customer Service. Both of these factors considered, I would give the entire staff at Joe Hudson Collision the highest satisfaction rating I could possible give them and recommend everyone to consider utilizing them for your automobile repairs if you are in an accident in the future.

I would recommend anyone and anyone whom I've never met to send their car to Joe Hudson Collision Center. I have used Joe Hudson Collision twice and each time I was very satisfied my vehicle looked like it just came off the show case floor. Once you pick it up everything is at your fingertips my rental car was even there with no hassle at all . They are customer friendly. They made me feel very welcome. I would like to say thanks to "Pat and his crew" as well as my insurance carrier Geico and special thanks to "Cory Lee." Every time something is done on the car you get an update email letting you know the status of the vehicle.

I was able to drop my car off and get my rental from the same location saved a lot of time. I was updated every step of the way, which I enjoyed. I would suggest checking to make sure the appointments report are updated every morning or often, as I made the appointment online for the time they had available and they had no record of it. I would definitely recommend others here.

They did a good job repairing my vehicle. One thing I liked over other olaces was that they had many ways of communicating with you. Repair status is available on their website, texting, email, etc. The staff was professional, efficient, and helpful.

This shop would of been ok but the greeting you get here was very different than the one on 231. 231 was great. The receptionist at this place let me just say rude. If she hates her job then go somewhere else, thank you.

Service was faster than expected, car looked as if nothing ever happened to it! They kept me informed every step of the way, and the rental vehicle was outstanding as well! Would very highly recommend Joe Hudson to anyone who needs body work or repair!

I thought and consider the business to be very helpful, courteous, and professional. Always, they would contact and communicate what changes were being made and you were given updates by telephone or email constantly. It was a great experience! And a good job on parts and paint. A very experienced company!

Had my car repaired and everything went very smooth. The text and email messages kept me up to date and the staff was awesome in their caring attitude. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of repairs for your automobile.
