I will never return nor recommend this company to any friends, family, nor any my followers on social media. I had to return the same day because my door wasn't closely property and nothing was wrong with my door when I took it in. Also my headlight and fender wasn't push up like it suppose to. Also a bot to fenders wasn't tight enough. I advised Paige or Payton I think was her name about the paint on my bumper was like a hump it was mess up and she never addressed it or advised me they would fit it. They fix everything expect paint issue on my bumper at the bottom, and I been without my car for 2 weeks. For an $8,000 job it wasn't done right. They only contacted one time and advised me my car were done getting painted, and was headed to mechanic shop. I had to call or had my insurance company to call them for updates afterward and had me taking my rental back early due to they didn't contact my insurance company. My vehicle was later then expected and wasn't ready. Mrs Debra at front desk was the only one that was respectful or nice. One of the guys when I called for an update actually told me they wasn't calling me later that day since I already called and I asked him to call me and update lately that day. My car had drink bottles, it were dirty in side and out, it wasn't wash nor detailed as promise. My car was so dirty I could see the workers hand prints on the hood and the windows.

I had a phenomenal experience with these guys! They made the process of getting my car fixed/working thru insurance so easy. They outlined everything for me! Employees are fun and great personalities. Couldn t recommend more!

They did a great job fixing my Ford Explorer after I was rear ended by another driver. They were very polite, kept me updated several times a week during the repair process, finished early, and handled billing perfectly and efficiently.

You're Bus Driver 4 U.Well folks how many of you have had concerns about taking your car to the auto body repair shop and wondering how it's going to come out you know it's not like something you do everyday.Let me tell you tell you fellas from the moment I walked in there the receptionist was warm friendly kind attentive to my concerns about having a this company repair my car the way I wanted to be repaired with the original part and they just melted my heart the way they treated me listen to my concerns and that's what made me feel good now.Now the best part is when the gentleman came out and did the evaluation on my car a very friendly warm person made me feel comfortable I told him what happened to my car how it happened he did a thorough examination of my car so they wouldn't miss anything from the initial stage and anything that we couldn't see at that point he said he would address you know it just made you feel good like your car was going to get fixed right he was fantastic the people he works with everyone here at Hudson Auto Body treated me warm and professional and I had my car I must say fixed there before and they did an outstanding job nothing falling off everything's looking original my car looked brand new and it made me feel good proud to drive it again so if you are looking for a really good body repair shop you got to check out Joe Hudson's auto body and Montgomery Alabama they do a fantastic job seems like they have more than one location and they will treat you right the way that they have treated me right this is my second time coming back to get my car repair so looking forward for another fine job from them thanks for the good work guys keep up the good work.SincerelyLance Poston

Left a vehicle that was immaculate, for a fender replacement. There are 4 massive (and obvious at night) scratches that were not present before the fender replacement. When I originally came in for the estimate, the estimator even commented on how clean, with zero swirl marks, this black vehicle was. Extremely frustrated with how poor the workmanship and quality was. I m a car guy, and I expect excellent work. This was the worst quality I have ever seen out of a body shop, and even more disgusted that they were ok with giving it back to me this way. I will be leaving it until resolved.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great repairs. Needed a whole new door and they blended the paint so well you can't tell repairs were ever done. Missing one star for not checking in with me on the status of repairs and then calling the wrong number when my car was actually ready for pickup. It also took 3 weeks when it was estimated at 1 but it was around the holidays so I understand.The customer service is overall really great and the repairs are perfect.

Good and recommended place. My Bluefireinsurance can coordinate well with them. Even I a foreigner feel easy on coordinating with the staff. I will give 5 starts if the repair could done faster.

Fantastic service, amazing communication. I was very impressed! I thought it was going to take forever and continually have to worry about when I would get my truck back, but they stayed in constant communication with me every day, letting me know the process and returned my truck way sooner than I expected.

Joe Hudson's is the very best at what they do!! I could not be happier. They kept me informed of my repair progress every step of the way during the repair process. The staff is fantastic!! They make you feel truly appreciated, and not like they are doing you a favor. They truly care about you and your vehicle. All that aside, there work is second to none, and there workmanship is 100% guaranteed.I use the Montgomery Taylor Rd. office for all of my vehicles, and I will trust Stiles and the whole staff to always do a great job!!Service: Body & Trim

I got my bumper painted and grille replaced at this establishment. Not even two days after getting it back, it is already chipping off. I spoke with the manager and he was very arrogant when I told him it was painted wrong. There were also another part missing that the manager tried to blame on my behalf even though all of this was supposed to be replaced. My son who is a painter was able to identify that plastic pins were missing from under the hood (which wasn't a problem because my son replaced them) but the manager stated "we didn't have to open the hood to replace the grill." It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that to replace a car grille, you would have to open the hood of the car. I would have had my son paint my car, but I went through my insurance company and was recommended to this shabby place. This is very unprofessional especially since the manager wanted to be so arrogant and blame me for their incompetent staff and shabby work. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I will be following up with my lawyer about this matter.Service: Painting

From the time that I initiallywalked into the office to the time that I picked up my automobile the service was of utmost professionalism and satisfaction. Customer service representative was above and beyond expectations. Very friendly and respectful, helpful and efficient staff. Daily update auto status information. The automobile was delivered as promised and the work completed as outstanding. The best experience I ever had in a collision service center. I highly recommend Joe Hudson Collision Center to everyone that needs his/her auto repaired professionally and delivered as promised.

Great experience with Joe Hudson Collision Center. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all stages of scheduling my repair. They had a very effective and thorough process for keeping me updated throughout every stage of the process, and my car was even ready earlier than promised. This is the second time I've worked with them, and they are my first choice.

This is an A+++ collision repair shop. Everytime I come in I am greeted with a smile and welcoming faces. Joe Hudson's was very patient with me and my insurance with handling the claim. I have used the Auburn lpcation on S College St to repair a Mercury Milan which was an expedient procedure. I feel like the Camry repair this time at the Taylor Rd location will be the same. I would recommend Joe Hudson's to anyone anywhere in the Montgomery, Macon, Elmore and Lee County areas.

I will always take my vehicles here to be repaired if the need ever arises. The office staff are so kind and wonderful. I was called every other day by Rebecka and I loved my updates! I even was updated through text. Deborah is so pleasant and greeted us when we walked in the door. I m so glad to have my car back, and the way it was before the accidentService: Body & Trim

Nov. 5, 2020 I got into an accident where the right lift gate and back fender on my 2019 Jeep Compass was damaged. Once I chose them to repair my vehicle they got me right on in the following week & got started on all my repairs. They kept me informed every step of the way (even through the Thanksgiving Holidays) & called every other day to give updates on how the work was going which I appreciated. They even had someone to help take me to & from the car rental place. I give them a 10/10 on every aspect, the staff was great & the finished product was as good as new. My insurance recommended Joe Hudson's after my car was rear-ended. While it took longer to fix than originally anticipated, the company kept me regularly updated via text and email. They also periodically called me with updates. Everyone I spoke with was highly professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place for auto repairs.

Joe Hudson Collision took wonderful care of my car. When finished it looks absolutely beautiful. I got an update often on the progress of fixing my car. They were courteous and professional. Everything was explained clearly. The work was finished on time. Joe Hudson's is the very BEST.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Joe Hudson. They were friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process of getting my car repaired. They kept me informed every step of the way. The repair looks fabulous and actually came in under their initial estimate. Hope to not need them again but if I do, I would definitely use them again.

Horrible experience here. Our insurance company sent us here after our vehicle was hit while being parked in a parking lot. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks to get the parts needed which was fine. Parts came in wnd we scheduled the repair. We were told repair would take 4 days and that the damaged part (a plastic part of the front bumper area) would be completely replaced as it was cracked. We got our rental car (mind you the car has 1/4 tank of gas and us thinking we would have it for at least 4 days, filled up the tank) and dropped the car off on a Monday morning. Got a call less than 4 hours later that the repair was complete. Went up to see the car only to see that the cracked piece had simply been cleaned and buffed but the crack was still there and visible. We said this was not acceptable and we re told we would have to wait for the part to be ordered... the part that they originally made us wait over 2 weeks? We had to take the car with us and had to return the rental now with a full tank of gas. We got a call the very next day saying oh the part is in now! Nothing could have been delivered that quickly. Especially a part that is specific to that make and model and year. Which makes us think that they had the part sitting there and were hoping to return it and pocket the money from the insurance company. So we then had to take the car back up there to have that part replaced and luckily they only took a couple of hours. I have no idea where the 4 day estimate came from. Had they said the repair was this fast we would not have had to bothered with a rental. We have reported all of this back to our insurance company and will not be using Joe Hudson again for anything. Shady shady practice.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a minor fender bender in my van, and Joe Hudson Collision on Taylor Road got me in next day for a quote, and had it repaired quickly and efficiently. They did a really great job, the van looks brand new again, like nothing ever happened. The staff is super courteous and was always willing to answer questions or help. Definitely recommend this location.

Did a phenomenal job. Really helped navigate with our insurance company, gave us a lot of good advice, and did quality work on our Jeep. Customer Service was great. Called and let us know where they were in the repair process the entire time. Highly recommend Joe Hudson.

Mr. Ronnie and the staff at Joe Hudson's were awesome in handling my repairs for my vehicle. The customer service was outstanding. I was treated well from the beginning til the end. From the moment I requested an estimate for repairs, Joe Hudson Collision Center on Taylor Road in Montgomery, AL provided phenomenal customer service. It was awesome to receive daily updates on the status my vehicle by text, email, and even phone calls. The vehicle was ready when promised and looks just like it did when I purchased it new. There was some additional damage the insurance adjuster did not initially see, but Joe Hudson Collision Center had taken care of all those details with the insurance company. I am so thankful I brought my vehicle to Joe Hudson's for repairs. I will be telling all of my family and friends that this is the place to go if they need collision services.
