We had a great experience at Jack Ingram. We used to go Columbus but decided to give Jack Ingram a try while picking out a car for my daughter. It is really nice to not feel held to one particular make or model. We test drove Mercedes and Volvo vehicles and found the perfect car for her! Thank you Jack Ingram. I will be back for my Porsche!

Incredible experience from start to finish. Robbie was professional and responsive throughout every step of the way. I appreciate the fact that they were honest and upfront about the vehicle and purchase price and no attempt was made to upsell me on anything. Highly recommended!

Longtime Volvo owner here; I had recently found a V60 through Volvo's nationwide CPO search tool and reached out to Jack Ingram via their online form. Lashondra in online sales was very responsive and helpful before referring me on to Robbie Poole.Robbie was not responsive on the vehicle despite multiple follow ups. He was never able to answer all of my questions, including completing a video walk around and sending the CPO certification checklist. I tried contacting the dealer in efforts to find another salesperson to assist, but was told Robbie had initially started the sale process and I would have to work with him only.The whole experience was odd, unprofessional, and disappointing considering the many positive reviews of Jack Ingram. I have never been in a position before where I was ghosted by a salesperson and dealership staff while actively trying to purchase a vehicle.Additionally, it was my understanding from the Carfax that that particular V60 had been sitting on the lot for months unsold. No wonder given how I was treated.Update - Response to Dealer: My last offer during negotiations was for the asking price. I was still ghosted by Robbie and another salesperson I spoke to. If Jack Ingram did not want to do business with my full offer, it would not been so difficult to reply back and say so.

From atlanta on business, looking to possibly spend close to 100K on a Volvo XC90 Inscription. 2 sales staff sitting behind glass doors greatly affixed to their computers. Walked around a bit hoping to be noticed or acknowledged in some manner after walking in. Sat back down, waited another 5 minutes. Oh, yes they KNEW I was there for sure. They never acknowledged my presence, asked if I could be helped, NOTHING. A male and a female sitting there. Whatever they were doing on the computer must have been worth more than the 100K I was potentially going to spend. Sales manager office was unoccupied but I hope he/she sees this review. Don t worry anyone, I WILL NEVER WALK INTO THE SALES LOBBY AGAIN IN MY LIFE. I m a sales person and this behavior is quite egregious and idiotic.

I had the best experience buying my new Volvo XC90 B6 Plus from Jack Ingram Volvo. I was treated with the utmost respect. My salesperson, Okia Thomas, was so patient working with my husband and me. She was so kind and considerate. My overall experience was well over five stars!

I was scheduled twice for the 30000 service. The first was canceled because the technician was busy. After I drove from Auburn for the second I was informed after arriving that my 30000 service was previouslyaccomplished that I had no more free service. My onboard computer still is alerting me of a required service. Never mind the inconvenience of driving from Auburn, it seems that Ingram Volvo is having a serious problem with quality service. I will find a different dealer for any future required service. My son has purchased 37 cars from Jack Ingram but his opinion is the same as mine regarding the quality experience at Ingram s. In the past I always thought your dealership was number one.Regards, Robert Collins

Although the staff were friendly they were not terribly accommodating and I had to call and leave a message to get an appointment 3xs before finally getting someone on the phone. At which point I was told to just come in as early as I could the next day. I went in and was at the door the moment they opened. The Volvo side was not yet open so I went to the Jaguar side of the business where I was told that just showing up was NOT an option and that I had to have an appointment. I let them know I was told otherwise on the phone so they called the Volvo side and the guy denied ever telling me that but did allow me to make an appointment however they could not get me in before my warranty was going to be up which was fine, I just asked that they would honor anything that WOULD have been under warranty considering it took so long to a) get an appointment and then b) actually have time for the appointment. They assured me that would be fine but then tried to tell me it wouldn't be okay. I had to go back and forth with them for a bit before they finally agreed to honor their word. I also had an issue with my car not being registered with Volvo (not their fault) but instead of taking care of it they gave me a number to call. I tried calling and told them I couldn't get through so they said they'd take care of it and never was taken care of. Again, the staff was friendly enough but lazy. - My apologies it was not the Jaguar side it was the Porsche. This occurred last year :) still remember it and was reminded of it when I went the Volvo dealership in Cary, NC because their service was so wonderful.

Excellent service at Jack Ingram Volvo. Daughter s 2006 XC-70 stranded her in Montgomery on a trip from Auburn to Fort Worth. Fuel pump replaced. Excellent advice and communication with Dad in Virginia from service manager Tom. Highly recommended.

This is our fifth purchase from Jack Ingram. As alway a pleasure ! With our most recent certified pre owned purchase last week. We received a six year unlimited mileage warranty exclusive of glass and tires. One heck of a deal on top of that. Customer service will always show through.Bob

Heading to the beach and our car broke down on I-65 near Montgomery. Not a great start to vacation but thank goodness we ended up at Jack Ingram Motors!The service manager Tom was amazing and even drove us to our hotel and arranged for pickup the next morning. The mechanic stayed late and came in early to get us back on the road. Truly excellent customer service!

It was time for our scheduled maintenance. Booked our date and Tom arranged to have me a car to use. Everything was described before leaving. No unanticipated issues. Final billing was just as we were told it would be. Our car came rolling out all nice and cleanThat was especially nice since we had just returned from two weeks on the road with plenty of road dust. Great place to do business because of the people we're in contact with. Thanks Tom!!!This time is very much like the last. Scheduled maintenance was done in a reasonable time frame. Borrowed a car-again-as we were about to leave town and had a few last minute errands. If/when Tom retires, I'll be a sad customer. He is just the best!!!

I was so impressed with Mario and Jack Ingram Volvo. I love the all green Volvo showroom! Very high tech! I was using Volvo in another city with my previous car, which had not been updated. I can t wait to use the Volvo service center here.

The representative( Ms Rita) that I spoke too was very knowledgeable and kind.....I've been a prior customer of Jack Ingram to have work done on my car and Mr Tom in servicing is amazing. You trust him, and he want do anything more to your vehicle than it needs. I really appreciate that when it comes to saving extra money..

I think that Mrs. Rita was awesome. She took the time to listen to me and made sure that I understood the process of what was happening.She wanted me to understand that whatever my issue was that they would do all that they could to resolve it.Tom whose the service manager doesn't speak very much and he has a stern look on his face but don't be fooled by it. He is a Teddy bear in a grizzly bears body.Initially I thought that they didn't want my because of all of the what seem like curve balls of what I was asking. But they really, really just wanted to make sure that I didn't waste money.Not only did they help me resolve or come to a conclusion of my issue they checked on me, gave me reassurance and charged me less than the quoted price. I would definitely come back to visit Mrs. Rita and ole grizzly Tom.

I was taken care of at Jack Ingram Volvo. One the best is Tom the service writer. He really made things happen regarding getting me a new starter. He's supported by a wonderful lady Rita too. Then the mechanic Sergio is top notch and very efficient and knowledgeable. This is the place to come for your Volvo. I appreciate everyone's help. Keep up the great service...

I had an A/C issue and all other dealers close by couldn t get me in for 1 month. Jack Ingram had an appointment the next day when I checked. They had the part in stock and all was completed in the same day. I d definitely use them again and drive the 2 hours because it s worth it!

Robbie worked with us and went above and beyond to make our car buying experience the best we have ever had. We drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Robbie did a lot prep before we arrived to make our visit as efficient and smooth as possible. Top notch!

I had to drive 3 hours because Jack Ingram was the ONLY Volvo dealership that was responsive. There are 2 others within 2 hours but I didnt get a response from my online contact or from phone calls. Service entrance was convenient and effective. Service Staff was knowledgeable.

I took my car for a recall service--one I had been delaying because the recall letter said it would take 4 or 5 hours to complete. I made an appointment for 7 AM, online, and mine was the first car in. The waiting area was spacious and spotless; with comfortable chairs, a sofa, high tables, and free WiFi. I settled in to read the book I'd brought, but 2 hours later Mr. Lenox came to tell me my car was ready to go. Great experience!

Tom and Rita over in the service dept have been outstanding to work with. They were very accommodating, took time to explain all of my options, and even taught me a few new things about my Volvo! I will continue to use this service department specifically because of the customer service Tom and Rita provided.

First time customer,. Went in for scheduled maintenance. We purchased our Volvo XC90 through an online dealer (Vroom). Jack Ingram is now our preferred service dealer. Mr. Tom was very helpful, before (I called with a question, he returned my call), during and after the service (got us part information as requested) . Never pushed any additional services or anything. I received a courtesy follow-up call. I m happy we found a service home. Oh yeah, The lobby waiting area is really sleek and clean.

Service performed 3/23/21 on my 2011 Volvo V50 T5 (Timing and drive belt changes); can t say enough good things about the great customer service and excellent mechanical work performed. Car is running like a top and the attentiveness and service given by Tom, the service mgr, was more than we could have asked for. Tom, per his mechanic, made sure to let us know of any additional parts needing replacing before the work was done (motor mount, coolant tank) and allowed me to inspect the old timing belt at my request, no problem at all. All 5 star service in my opinion.. Thank you!

Jack Ingram Volvo is a straight forward, earn your business kind of dealership. Robbie Poole is the best salesperson I ve ever worked with taking care of the dealership and the buyer at the same time. I ve bought two cars from him and my wife and I have totally enjoyed the buying experience each time. After the sale, Robbie takes care of his clients which solidifies the decision that you ll buy the next car from him when the time comes. I live in the Birmingham area but only deal with Jack Ingram in Montgomery. The difference is worth the distance. Let me save you the trouble, go to Jack Ingram in Montgomery and ask for Robbie Poole. You ll thank me later.
