Well, it started off with a great experience!! They helped me get in my vehicle of choice but the next day it (my new car started skippingI called them the next day to let them knowThe following week I took it back and they had it for going on 3 weeks. When they called me back not only could they tell me what was wrong with my car, they put me in a totally different ride (that I did not like nor did I have a say so in )Plus, I ve had nothing but trouble out of this suv since it was forced on me.If I m gonna drive something such as this I d go to a buy here pay here!!I will NEVER go backBe careful going there!!!

I bought a new transmission and radiator September 2022 for my 2012 Nissan Rogue SV. The warranty expired and so did the transmission and radiator August 2023 that's less than a year....how does that happen. My neighbor is a certified mechanic and I had a discussion about this issue so he checked my transmission fluid it was just enough to show on thedip stick....WHY...WHY???? I am a regular maintenance customer. Mr. Rickey Trammell....WHY?

Such a great buying experience! The manager, Tim, helped me out so much with buying my son his first vehicle. Process didn t take long at all and made me feel completely at ease. The business manager, Randy, had everything ready for me to come in and sign so the process was pretty seamless. Definitely a 5 out of 5 star process. Will be purchasing again. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience thanks to my salesman Ryan Gholston. I purchased a car for my oldest daughter and ended up going back only a few months later to purchase a car for my youngest daughter as well. I contacted Ryan and told him what I wanted and what I could afford and he handled the rest. He didn t judge me or my past circumstances. He worked with me and kept me well informed about everything. He didn t just try to put me in a car that wouldn t work for me financially but he actually listened and cared about my needs and my concerns. During both experiences he was very professional and knowledgeable about the car buying process. Although, my daughters didn t get exactly what they wanted they got nice dependable cars that they can afford and love. Should I ever need another car, I will definitely go back there. All of the Staff I encountered was friendly but I definitely have to recommend Ryan Gholston he s the best.

Sold my grandmother a car with damaged (cracked) bumper and fender. There was definitely an unreported incident that took place with this vehicle. My grandmother is 76 years old and travels to care for her siblings and mother. They also gave us the car with worn bearings only fixed one side and a month later the other side went bad. We attempted to have these preexisting repairs tended to at a similar lot of same manufacture which turned out to be non-negotiable. I trusted that my grandmother would be handled with care throughout her transaction, but this has been an awful experience with Jack Ingram Value Lot. I feel used in so many ways.

My experience was great Latiera was really nice. She was looking for my vehicle in the rain. She worked with me 3 days patiently til I was able to get there to get the vehicle. The other staff also was nice . I will definitely refer my family and friends to Jack Ingram.

The salesman was cool. I liked him a lot! He got me what I wanted with the payments I needed to be at. The entire process was very very long several hours and my car was not cleaned up when I left but overall I am very satisfied!! I will definitely recommend and go there for future needs

Craig Howell was amazing got me in and out in a reliable beautiful car. He was sooo nice and funny it made my experience with Jack Ingram memorable in the best way. Can t wait to do continued business with them, btw the office staff are good wholesome people, and they dress very nice. I m extremely happy I made the decision to go with them.

Craig greeted us quickly and identified our needs. He is no pressure and explored many different options for us. Craig allowed us to test-drive what became a keeper right away. He made us an offer that was reasonable with payments that we could afford. The entire car buying process was simple and easy. Even the financing went quickly. For all these reasons and more we definitely recommend Jack Ingram Value Cars if you are looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle. This is why we have given them a 5-star rating.

Major mechanical issues 3 1/2 weeks after purchase the car is parked cant seem to speak with the manager the sales person wasn t helpful I guess you should be careful disappointed

Craig Howell at Jack Ingrams Value Cars took his time with me and never did I feel overwhelmed by the buying experience. I told him why I was shopping for a car and he knew his inventory and immediately showed me cars to meet my criteria. I was glad he didn t try to up sell me. Stayed within my budget I gave him and I purchased the car that fit my needs. Will definitely return when it s time to shop again for a vehicle. Treated me like a friend not a number.

Wow, is all that I can say! On Wednesday, July 21st was my first time purchasing a car and the experience was so professional and easy. Latiera Nelson put me in a car that met my needs and it took less than two hours. Mr. Randy was also helpful and answered all my questions about this purchase. I would tell anyone to go to Jack Ingram Value Cars to purchase a car. The prices are reasonable and the staff is exceptional.

I was a very difficult customer but the finance manager Julie and office managers worked with me above and beyond expectations! They helped me get the car I wanted and handled any issues I had with it. I would definitely send anyone I know looking for a good value to Jack Ingram value lot. I only did 4 stars because my car was supposed to be detailed and definitely wasn't. But I didn't speak up about it either. I was just happy to have my car!

Rod was my salesman, he was very nice and honest and talked me through the whole process. It was my first time buying a car so I did have alot of questions! 10/10 recommend Rod at Nissan!!!

My mom and I had a awesome experience with the salesman Craig. He was a breath of fresh air. He got the process rolling without any mistakes. We found the Honda CR-V we were looking for and Craig got us in it. Thank you for a job well done Craig!

I was actually wanting to get a quote on a vehicle because it was time for another one. I contacted Jennifer Powell, who was very nice and helpful. Long story short I ended up purchasing a car!! I so Love her customer service. She made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I would recommend this company to everyone. There is not enough words to say how thankful I am for Jack Ingram and the whole staff!!

I can not say enough about the customer service I received at Jack Ingram Value Lot. Their customer service is by far the best I have ever received from a car dealership. The car I originally wanted was sold by accident, but Sean Gilbert and the manager Shane Clark did everything they could to rectify the situation. They were very patient with me and never at any given time showed any annoyance about the situation in which I greatly appreciated. They found a car similar with the same specs of the previous car and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The car was nice inside and out with very low mileage, and a very reasonable price. They did not just try to stick me into any car they just wanted to get rid of off their lot or try to talk me into something else. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. If I ever want another vehicle I will definitely return to Jack Ingram to make my purchase. They just made a life long future customer.

Jack Ingram Motors was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. All of the staff were friendly and helpful but our salesman, Sean Gilbert, was AMAZING!!! Very professional and courteous in answering all questions which was a tremendous help being 4 hours from the dealership. The transition of the sale was so smooth which was perfect after driving 4 hours. Would definitely make the trip again for any future purchases!!

I ve never done business here before but the customer service made it worth my while. Sean Gilbert was the best!!!! He has an awesome personality, is funny, has the no pressure attitude, & makes one feel extremely comfortable. He was able to answer all our questions regarding the car and paperwork. We found the car online that I was interested in for my nephew, his mother test drove it, and we did the paperwork to make it ours (I was even able to negotiate the price). I would definitely recommend them especially Sean Gilbert to anyone looking for a good new used car!!! And by the way my nephew loves his baby !!!!

If you have good credit, there is absolutely no problem with getting a vehicle. However, car dealers ethical professionalism is questionable. I bought a car the same day that I went looking for transportationI wasn't looking for myself. I was looking for my son. His credit was not good at all. So, I ended up buying a new vehicle for myself and I gave him my car. Unfortunately, the person that sold me my automobile was family. They sold me a 2016 white Nissan Maxima. A sporty vehicle, but the windshield was Crack. They fixed it, however, the piece that sits inside the windshield on the passenger side flew off the next day after they fixed it. I got the runaround about the part that was no fought of my own. All my they wanted was a sale, and my family member a commission from that sell. Two weeks went by for a piece of plastic. No she has no care in the world about my car, and I only had the car two weeks.

I really enjoyed my experience purchasing my new SUV from Jack Ingram. The sales rep, Jessie, went beyond my expectations and got me the ideal car that I wanted. We worked hand in hand until the deal was closed and he made sure that I was content with my purchase. I am truly loving what I am now driving !

I Really Regret Allowing Anyone To Help Me At This Lot I Was Straight Forward About My Whole Situation And Yet Once He Got Me To Apply, He Pulled My Credit Twice(It Took A Hit) & Now He s Giving Me The Run Around When I Call, No Information, Not A Yes Or No And Hasn t Reached Out At All About What The Application Came To! I Guess I Was Just A Person To Manipulate For A Credit Run! I Blame My Self Because I Should Have Saw The Red Flags!

Everyone I encountered at Jack Ingram Value Cars was so nice and professional. Love the way someone is there to help as soon as you step on the lot . Great people. Jennifer Powell was the first one I spoke with and she was awesome. She helped me through out the entire process and made me feel very comfortable on the choice of my new car. I had a great experience with jack Ingram Nissan value lot . I just purchased a 2014 Nissan Sentra and it s treating me just fine. I do recommend going. Ask for Matthew Price, he was such a great help and will go out the way for you. He is an honest car salesman you will not be disappointed. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealership
