Body shop did an amazing job with the repairs to my car. I am pleased!! On the other hand the lady sitting inside was very racist. After finishing the car they accused me of receiving the payment from insurance which I didn t. That could have been avoided if they reached out to insurance to verify that my vehicle was in their possession. Communication skills are awful. They provided me a loner car that was extremely dirty but stated if the car wasn t detailed when returned I would be charged 75 dollars. The battery died as soon as I made it home. The job was way longer than they anticipated. I won t return for anything and I don t recommend based on the way I was treated during the process of everything.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience. Another local body shop told me they couldn't even start repairs for 6 mos. Jack Ingram was finished in less than one month. Jennifer and Lance were a pleasure to work with. Lance was even kind enough to pick me up when I returned my rental on the way to pick up my repaired car. Highly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They gave me an appointment to bring my car in for repairs. I thought it would take them a couple of weeks, but they had it to me in a weeks time. My truck got hit in April 29th 2022 . Finally got a call from Jack Ingram to come bring my truck in October 2022 Almost an hour after dropping my truck off I was then called back to pick my truck back up Because the part jack Ingram ordered was damaged. I then waited, i was told the part was on international back order and had no ETA. I got a call in January to come back in March of 2023 they kept my truck A month I actually had to call them to see if my truck was ready I was told it was ready a few days prior. I received NO phone call.Someone stole my interior cleaner out my trunk . It looked as if truck had been rambled through. I should have given them 1 star but the man and woman in the body shop office were very polite.Service: Body & Trim

Superficial / minor repair which was originally estimated to be $1500 and 5-8 days. But, they had my car for over 3 weeks.Poor / communication about delays (they never called me to alert about any issue- I always was the one calling to check on the car.) A missing replacement part wasn t noticed until 14+ days into the repair, causing yet another delay.Cost ended up with additional >$1000 chargesI thought utilizing the OEM dealership was a wise choice - will not use them again.Service: Body & Trim

Had a Car accident and Mercedes towed me here. The folks at the dealership welcomed me and were great. Body shop guys seemed nice but took nearly three months to call car totaled. I called for updates on four occasions and each time told they would reach out following week when they knew more but never did. More urgency and better communication would be the recco

It took a very long time to get my car repaired due to the global shortage of parts, however; the team understood my need for transportation and after my insurance rental expired, they provided me with a vehicle! I gave 2 stars because my key was not returned to me! I dropped my car off at the Body Shop on 12/1/21! On 12/10 I had not heard anything about my car, I called and left a message with Jennifer, I never heard anything back. I called on 12/14 and was told that my car had been taken to Jack Ingram on 12/10! No one had called me! On 12/16, I went to get my car. I was told that I had to show ID, why I do not know! I didn t show ID when I dropped it off and I didn t take it to the dealership, period!! I could see my key but it was not given to me. If I had been told my car was completed, I would have given one more stars and a decent rating but because I did not receive my key back and was profiled, I have nothing good to say. As far as the work done, my car was scratched in the area behind the area where the work was done. I just don t want to take it back and not treated right! Janet HicksService: Body & Trim

It took 6 weeks to get an appointment for body work. They were also to have oil changed, car detailed, and recall fixed on my Q7. They kept the car one day short of 5 weeks and did not have oil changed, recall fixed nor was it detailed. I had to call them each week for updates. It was damaged the 1st week no in November 2020 They finally took the car early February, and I received it last weekend. The tires were not rotated as promised so it will have to go back again.Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

I found that Jack Ingram is not on par with other luxury car companies like Mercedes of Birmingham! While there are great workers there, the company needs to improve its supports and amenities to customers.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Good work done on my car's bumper; dents removed and perfect color match. Lack of masks in a small office area and lack of a phone call for 2 weeks after additional parts came in (car was drivable & fixed this whole time) is what keeps it from a 5* experience. From the time I arrived at the business I was very happy with the experience. Mr Williams was professional from the moment I met him, extremely pleasant and friendly, willing to talk with me and take the time to listen to me. The repair was done in a timely manner, and made my car look almost new.

This place sucks! The customer service is horrible and they take their sweet time on your vehicle. The quality of work is not that good. I took my car there for a simple fix and i didn t receive it back until after a month later not to mention it took me a month to book an appointment . I had to call several people just to get my car back in a decent time. The guy Kerry avoid at all cost. I will not be going back to Jack Ingram and of their dealerships. I don t advise their establishments to anyone.

Very satisfied with the office personnel and their personable atmosphere. I dealt with Jennifer, John and Mickey. They made me feel like family while they were taking care of my "baby". Thank you for turning a harrowing accident into a great experience.

I've used this collision center twice after accidents; they have restored by vehicle to like-new condition both times. 4 stars for the most recent deer accident because it took 2 months to get my vehicle, really no fought of theirs, it's just that parts are really slow being shipped in since the pandemic. Took my 2014 Mercedes C250 in for paint repair - Mercedes Mars Red Paint is know for the clear bubbling up and away from the color. The workers in the office kept me informed on where they were along the way in the getting the paint repair done. Unfortunately I ll prob have to be back up there again unless Mercedes does a complete recall on the issue. I would highly recommend Jack Ingram body shop as your place to go!Service: Painting

Personally, they are unprofessional. They kept my car for a month, relaid incorrect information to me and my mom, and said the car wasnt fixed on time b/c it wasnt set by appt but i was in a hit and run, make it make sense! it doesnt. When i called they seemed like i was an inconvenience to them everytime. Mr. Jon attempted to correct the mistakes but in the end i was not 100% satisfied with their customer service. They are extremely talented with their craft and care of the vehicles. These gentleman truly took care of my car and restoration looks as if nothing ever happened. I take pride in my care of the few things that I possess and I feel as if I had completed my car myself. I hope that they continue to blow the minds of their customers as they have mine. Thank you Bodyshop and a special thanks goes to David. David goes above and beyond.

I dropped my car off around April 3rd for repairs and it has been nearly 30 full days and my vehicle has not been fixed. The guy I'm dealing with is hardly in and when I drop in, he's blaming the delay on the insurance company/appraiser. The insurance company says that the dealership can determine if damage has been done and paint the hood of my suv which is clearly evident. This is all unacceptable, unprofessional and simple laziness. I only came to Jack Ingram because in the past, the reputation was one of quality and treating customers fair but when you hire and have people who don't care about the business or the customer, that's what you get. Once I get my vehicle back, I will NEVER visit Jack Ingram business again. I'd rather travel to Atlanta where I know the customer services and employees care about the customer and work they do and work is done with quality and in a timely manner.

We have broke down on the side of the road and called your dealership and was treated very poorly by the lady who answers phone this morning. She clearly stated the service department was closed and never once asked if there was any way you all could help. My husband has been a Mercedes Benz technician in Nashville for 20 years. You would think that at a Mercedes dealership you would be treated with some respect, not like you are a complete nobody who s NOT in a broke down Mercedes in the middle of nowhere and this dealership is the closest! We will be taking our business else far out of the way. Hands down the worst customer service EVER

If you buy a vehicle from one of Jack Ingram s many dealerships, do not set your hopes up to have it repaired at Jack Ingram s body shop. You would think a body shop would have a sufficient flash light to assess and take pictures of scratches and other damage. Not the case here. Bring your own flash light. And it seems as if Casey doesn t want to be bothered by what he considers to be minor jobs that have to be filed through insurance. Maybe you will get a better experience if you pay out of pocket.
