Well, my initial review was somewhat okay. But if you want to spend your money and get disrespected by the staff then this is the place for you. I got into a heated argument with the front desk clerk who is VERY RUDE and sassy. He took my money and told me that the manager would be there at the hotel to and I quote "Put me and my kids out on the streets"his words not mine. He claimed that the manager Jennifer would be knocking on the room door I was staying at the next day to put me out after he took my money when I told him to give it back. He had not made the room keys or given me my receipt before I told him to give me my money back and I would just leave that day. Then he proceeded to tell me that I had to pay a $30 late fee for paying after 1 pm. I was NEVER told by anyone that the hotel was under new management nor informed about the so-called late fee that he was charging me all of a sudden when I paid after 1 o'clock pm the prior week. Then he had the audacity to tell me while we were arguing that he got the extra $30 fee and that I needed to stay at the hotel because I had nowhere else to go and that I would be on the streets if I didn't get right and pay him the late fee and stop talking. I also let him know that I was the customer and he was not supposed to treat the customers that way. He didn't care either way because the manager is his friend. So they think that they can treat people terribly and expect people to stay there because they think that the people who are willing to spend their money there HAVE to stay there because otherwise, they would be out on the streets. So I'd you want to have this type of experience then be my guest....Safety: Not a great place to stay if you're looking for safety. My vehicle was broken into and people just stood around watched and laughed like it was funny.Walkability: Walmart is right down the road if one wants to take the risk and walk there.Noteworthy details: This is not the place to stay even for 1 night. I made the mistake of staying a few months because I didn't feel like moving again. So I just stayed there because of the convenience it offered me. It wasn't totally bad but dealing with certain people and situations made the experience bad overall.

The facility is newly remodeled, however they have strange policies which includes an unusually large deposit and... they number the liner bags for the garbage can. Numbered as according to the room you are assigned. Now strange as that may be perhaps there's a very responsible explanation that doesn't involve the invasion of your privacy and or misuse of bodily fluids and any other dna biological wastes that are collected from these rooms. Giving InTowne Suites a jolt of 2024 optimism, in the spirit of the ole saying "One man's trash is another man's treasure," I can only guess!

I stayed in a premium suite. It was worth the value. Clean and updated decor and fixtures. I had a little difficulty with the WiFi connection , however, tech support got me back on track in no time. I recommend this suite for extended stay. Jennifer at the front desk was most helpful, and permitted me to view the suite before committing. Above and beyond service .

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ROOM IS WAY SMALLER THAN PICTURE ANGLES. THERE WAS A SMELL THAT WOULD NOT GO AWAY. ROACHES IN BATHROOM SINK. JENNIFER ( the Manager ) IS HORRIBLE AT TROUBLE SHOOTING ISSUES. THEY HAVE 2 ROOMS DIRECTLY OVER THE OFFICE IN WHICH THEY USE AN EMPLOYEE DOOR THAT SLAMS EVERY TIME IT OPENS FROM 7am TO 7pm, SO YOUR NOT GETTING ANY REST IN THE DAY IF YOU WORK NIGHTS. PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE. YOUR WAY BETTER OFF AT ESA SUITES. Thank me later. Respectfully!Rooms: SMALLER THAN PICTURES ADVERTISED AND THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE SMELL AND ROACHES

I had one of the renovated rooms. It was very clean. They service the rooms once a week. I was there for business as a night shift worker. It was quiet during the day. My husband came over a couple times and said he didn't like me being there by myself. But I wasn't there at night to see what was going on. I had several people from the city tell me it was a bad location and to be careful since I was there alone, but I was only there during the day to sleep. It was very close to the police and fire stations. Walmart is across the street, so it was convenient to stop and grab groceries on my way back from work. I had a pleasant stay. The staff was very nice. Others have reported extremely different experiences, but I didn't have a single problem while I was there.Rooms: The room was renovated and very clean. I stayed for three months and didn't have a single issue with the room.Walkability: Walmart is across the street. I noted that several people walked to grab what they needed. Otherwise, I would not attempt to walk anywhere. It is close to the intersection of two major roads.

I just recently left after a 2 month stay. It was like a home away from home. My double suite was very nice, newly renovated, hot shower, and comfortable bed. Brittany the general manager at the Montgomery location is awesome and sweet. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I felt safe my entire time there and I m very picky about where I sleep. You also have Walmart and other restaurants in walking distance.

It's newly renovated and it looks nice. Although I have seen 1 or 2 roaches roaming around the room I have. The place also doesn't provide customers with towels or tissue. You have 6 toiletries yourself.Rooms: The rooms do have kitchenettes. They also have a large refrigerator. They are newly renovated and the beds are comfortable.Noteworthy details: I don't like the fact that I have seen 1 or 2 roaches in the room. But so far it's been a great place to stay.

Forget what I said before, this place SUCKS!!! If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is NOT the place for you!!!For starters, the front desk staff (mostly Jennifer) is COMPLETELY incompetent and unprofessional!! The rooms look decent but the walls are paper thin and you can hear every move the person next to, and or above you, makes. It's impossible to sleep well when you hear CONSTANT banging next to and above you. Lastly, there was a major shootout out here my third week here which is also going to be my last.Do yourself a favor and just find another place to stay. You'll be glad you did. TRUST ME!! Safety: NOT SAFE!!!

Please dont stay here!!!Disliked The area was bad. There were people lingering in the parking lot and watching which room you were going to and then they would call your room. I felt extremely unsafe. The office closes at 7 and there is no one or (working) camera'saround for surveillance of the property. Also the police were called twice during my three day stay to address some physical alterations. I paid in advance for a week but checked out after 3 days. Management stated that they had a no refund policy, were sorry for my experience and walked away.

I was in a travel assignment and at least three separate times I was locked out of my room with no one answering the after hours line. After the first time of this happening where I had to go to another hotel for the night cuz I couldn t get in my room the onsite manager did help but when she was out on maternity leave the stand in property manager was not willing to help in any way and was actually very rude. I attempted to call up the chain of command but there s no way of contacting anyone up the chain of command and there s no one to help if something like this happens at night. There needs to be a better way!! It s dangerous and very bad business!

Your bus driver4U.Well folks let me tell you about this hotel .When you go online and you look at the rooms of a hotel you would think that when you get there it's going to be a pleasant experience.Well that was not the case.1) got there at 3:30 ask for toilet paper and was told that they didn't have any first thing .2) Needed fresh towels had to wait till 8:00 in the night to get fresh towels.3) went to use the bathroom the toilet and found a bug crawling and found roaches at roach crawling in the shower inside the toilet , and to top it all off when I moved the hotel phone a road came out from under there I was done. This was the worst hotel I stayed at. I would never say it this hotel again.

I had a reservation here and I was pleased with the advertising I saw online. However, when I got there I was taken back. There were men hanging out front. On the side was a group people hanging out yelling and going on. If was like I was at an apartment complex visiting friends or something. I was immediately uncomfortable. I walked into the office and the smell of mildew hit me hard. I'm thinking to myself this is not what is advertised. The office was on its last leg. It needs renovating badly. I asked the clerk will I be getting a renovated room like I reserved and she said no and had to see if they had any available. At that point I cancelled my reservation and left. Not only did this place made feel uncomfortable and unsafe, it did not meet my expectations but it's what's the word RATCHET.

The rooms were clean and newly renovated and absolutely beautiful! With the weekly/monthly rates being the one of the lowest rates in Montgomery, I was so pleasantly impressed with everything about my stay. Their staff is friendly and helpful and they maintain an air of safety which is very important to me. I checked in with the intension of staying just a few weeks and I enjoyed it so much and it was so affordable, I ended up staying for a year and two months! If you're looking for a place to rest your head and without a lease in Montgomery, I highly recommend staying at In Town Suites.

Can't stand my stay here, i have a big family with me staying here so most of us have to sleep on the floor. While sleeping I've encountered 12 roaches all over the floor. I couldn't even handle it, then the sheets are so dirty! Bed bugs all over the sheets. Don't even get me started on the bathroom sink, the sink is on the verge of falling. Im scared I'll have to pay for it if it do falls. Kitchen is not even clean, microwave has roaches in it and even the sink is nasty. Don't pay for a room here, horrible experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I work in prattville and unexpectedly due to circumstance I am without a place to stay for the next month. I made my reservation and when I arrived they said it didn't matter that I had a reservation they could not take me because they were full. No offer to help me find another place to sleep and no further explanations. I sat in parking lot and called the reservation line to be told sorry, we can't help you. Being upset I said so I guess I sleep in my truck tonight and it's a #uck me situation and the lady at reservations said YES. Enough said.

I will never ever recommend this place. The front desk clerk was very rude and inconsiderate. She told us Monday that our room we reserved online wasn't ready. Told my fiance it would be ready the following day at 11. I called at 11 to see was the room ready. She told me that the housekeeper hasn't cleaned it yet and it will be 30 minutes. I had 3 small kids in the van, ages 7months,2,3. As she continued to smoke her cigarette, she told me that isn't her fault that I have my 3 small kids waiting in the van. She wasn't obligated to do anything for me. I was totally shocked at her service. Never once did she called while I was standing outside in the hot sun with my 3 babies, to actually see if she was done. I need the corporate office number asap. She does not deserve to be in her position. Whoever or whatever made her mad, she should have stayed at home. And I walked off and said have a nice day. And to actually think I was about to give them $262 for a week. Bad service.

I have stayed in this place plenty, and each visit has been great. The front desk is always courteous and helpful, and involved with their customers. Chris Agerston is an awesome manager, as is Pat Powell. They are very quick to act on any and every issue that may come up. Maintenance is very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The security and housekeeping are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone based on the managers alone. The rooms are kept up well, and have all the amenities needed to live. Plus, It's affordable. Tell your friends.

I am currently filing a formal discrimination complaint and speaking with attorney's. I witnessed on today that Brittney is prejudice and have spoke with other long term guest that are of different ethnicity then that of myself. I call the office to ask for a email address or number to file a complaint and they gave me the reservations number. I have saw the property manager as well as other employees engaging in illegal activities as well as smoking weed while working among other drugs. Brittney was walking the property one day and went in the room next to me and I could hear her and the guy having intercourse through the wall. She's not the only associate that does this but she'd defiantly aware of it. I have even heard her call the African American guest monkey's.
