Terreon was one of the best sales agents. I came in in desperate need of a car. He worked with me and insured I was satisfied , within my price range and kept me posted and updated during the week of new cars in inventory within my budget. This is an amazing dealership and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need to purchase.

I paid my Truck off about a year ago and I've recommended Holmes Motors to almost everyone that I know. I'm actually thinking about another purchase because I want a Suburban now. I love the F150 and I haven't had any mechanical issues. I've had my vehicle almost 4 yrs now.

I have been with holmes since 2021 I have two vehicles. The customer service is absolutely amazing. The staff has been so helpful and understanding. Leslie is absolutely amazing and will always try and work with you. I would definitely recommend you swing by and see for yourself..... you won't be disappointed.

Terreon was absolutely the best salesperson I have ever encountered!!!! He was very knowledgeable and put his self in the customer shoes. He didn t just give me a vehicle, we checked mileage and listened to any of my concerns I had Every staff member was helpful as well. This company has no heart my daughter had surgery,lost her job, when she got another job the pay week was different she asked these folks to just change the week she paid her car note on. She didn't ask for a pardon just to pay the following week after she already had the car for 2 years and never made a payment late. They said no so she pays a week late she had surgery Thursday and paid on Friday night and car crank drove today Saturday and then cut off WHILE DRIVING, that's completely dangerous and ridiculous that they don't have a system that recognizes when you've paid the note already . They have computers in these cars where they can control cutting your cars off as soon as shes done paying the balance we will never do business with this dealership again.

My salesman was Terreon. And when I say he was amazing HE WAS AMAZING he saw us before we even entered and didn t hassle us or anything just asked us what we were in the market for and how he could help. The process was great and I m hoping this experience will continue to be great as we pay off the car. Holmes y all need to give my boy a RAISE RAISE because he was great. We had went to another car lot and left but was about to head back when we stopped at Holmes and feel in love with terreon I mean the man can sale a car do hear me. But thanks again one of the best car buying experience this far.
