Top notch experience with Hicks Auto. They are located across from LKQ. Strangely reading these reviews shows that people confuse them for LKQ a lot. LKQ is the big junkyard. Hicks is the auto repair across from it.

I ve been here twice. Once to grab a wiring harness for my 88 Dodge Ram and the 2nd time to get the neutral safety switch wiring. Staff is extremely friendly and helpfu! A lot of good parts and the lot isn t trashed like a lot of other places. Highly recommend this place if you re trying to look for parts. Definitely will be my go-to yard for now on!!! Thank you to the crew at front too. Y all helped me out alot for my first time there.

Hick's which is now LKQ which replaced order keystone don't care about their customers as an automated answering system put me on hold for 15 minutes till I hung up. Apparently they either don't eant any more customers or they have made enough money they don't have to work any more but if they are not out of business yet it won't take long with their non- interactive customer service program they're working on. A helpful reminder here, your business is not the only one around so when you don't answer the phone people will call some one who will answer the phone. If I was your boss, I would fire any & everyone who has the job of answering the phone, 15 minutes & not one person was able to answer the phone, that is a joke.

Absolutely horrible. I tried calling for a friend who was looking for parts, and the man on the phone hung up. They have no clue what they are talking about. Do not recommend!

Not good at all they tried to get me for a 82$ cord that I paid for and now I have to wait until next Friday to get my money back and on top of that a had to wait 45 minutes to ever get my part.

I've been trying to talk to hicks junk yard sence last Thursday no reps to answer the phone I've waited as long as fifteen minutes no one answers the phone I'm very disappointed in your company

I have heard many good things about this place. Writing this to inform people that this is NOT LKQ. It is located DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM LKQ!
