I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chantilly Gipson's Tire Pros for a tire change, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I stepped into their modern, well-equipped shop, I knew I was in good hands. The appointment was perfectly on schedule, which I greatly appreciated as it allowed me to plan my day without any unexpected delays.The service team was knowledgeable and professional, guiding me through the selection process to ensure I got the best tires for my vehicle and driving needs. Their transparency about pricing was refreshing; I felt fully informed about the cost with no surprises when it was time to pay. The price was exactly right, reflecting both the quality of the tires and the service provided.But what stood out the most was the efficiency and attention to detail of the staff. They had my new tires installed in no time, and my car was handled with the utmost care throughout the process. The experience wasn't all bad. I took my car here for an oil change which could bot be performed due to me needing my timing belt changed. I was inform that it could possibly be risk that my motor would go out if the oil change was performed. The store manager & the mechanic provided exceptional customer service, and they educated me instead of just taking my money and that i truly appreciate them for. The issue with the entire experience came from the lady at the front desk. When typing up my paper work she mumbled what she was typing out "motor may not make it to the end of the day" and bluntly laughed in my face which i felt was so unprofessional and really rubbed me the wrong way and i don't think i'll be returning to this location because of it.

Caitlin was a gem!! I called and she helped me get the information needed for my tires to get the exact same ones that I had on my car. She was patient while I looked on the tire for specifics and I was patient waiting for her to let me know about the order and getting them to the store. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. When I arrived today for the appointment, I was late due to an accident near their place of business which slowed traffic and me going to the wrong tire place I finally got there and she met me outside with such concern, and a high level of energy. She knew exactly who I was and handled everything for me. She remembered I had to get my daughter to dance class by 5 and the workers did their best to finish the job in time. It all worked itself out and I appreciate the kindness of both her and Megan!! Sweethearts and they're patient God bless you guys and the techs for doing such an excellent job on my car!! I will be back All industries need to take note of true professionalism from this team!!

Literal life savers!!! We had been out at the Eastchase shopping center almost 2 hours away from home with a 4 year old. As we were about to get on the highway and head home we heard our tire pop. We turned into the shell next door only to discover we didn't have our spare in our car!! The original plan was to attempt to limp to Walmart when as we were pulling out we saw the Gipson tire sign. Deciding that was a much safer bet we pulled in. Despite being closing time my husband went inside and explained our situation to Caitlin. Who was honestly amazing!! She immediately started looking to see if they had the tire we needed (which they did) and found Christian to change the tire for us. Christian was lightening quick and no more than 20 minutes later they had our tire changed and we were back on the road. I could not possibly recommend Gipson enough. Y'all are absolutely amazing and saved the day. Thank you so much!

They got me in quick. Service was professional and friendly. There was a small mix up with the type of oil I requested, but they owned up to it, made it right and ensured I knew what the solution was and that I was happy with it.
