If I could give this shop 1,000 gold stars, I would. I came in with a not so routine issue that they handled fabulously and quickly! David and Blake are so kind, helpful, and professional. The techs obviously know what they're doing because my car is driving much better, issue has been resolved. Their prices are very reasonable too. Another shop definitely tried to take advantage of me with a quote that was very unreasonable, but Gipson's gave me a very fair price, and David explained everything in detail to make sure I understood what every penny was going to for the repair. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended this shop to my family.

Terrible experience! $2,300 worth of work and I STILL can barely drive my vehicle. Please keep in mind that the employees here will throw parts/maintenance at your vehicle that aren t a priority. I had my vehicle serviced because of my check engine light (PO420 code). Oxygen sensors were replaced per Blake, along with a lot of unnecessary flushes and manufactured recommendations. A catalytic converter needed to be replaced in my vehicle, and we had a full inspection and was never told of this until I brought the vehicle back two weeks later (after paying), because of the check engine light coming on again. Blake explained to me, that we were informed of this, and we never were! Blake was very unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful during our phone call. Also, the day my vehicle was picked up from the repair shop, another employee informed me of a drum that needed to be replaced, after my paperwork was signed and money was spent(the vehicle already had a full inspection prior). Don t waste your time or money with this company! Please spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. I truly feel like I ve been scammed and it s truly heartbreaking.

I went into Gipson's with concerns that I was completely unsure of the full details. David was friendly and caring. He and the technician did a complete check and covered the issues in full detail for my understanding. Didn't expect to the cost buty car certainly drives a lot better than when I arrived. Thank you

If you need a place you can trust I recommend this place. They did a great job. I just knew my car needed an oil change but they did a full inspection and explained everything. Kaleb was very friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. Christian worked in my car and explained what he found. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be going back. I like how they sent pictures and explained everything.Thanks for everything!

they had my size tire in stock and were able to put it on quickly. time is of the essence for me considering it s not much of it that I have so they were able to retrieve the new tire put it on and make sure my tire sensors were connected right back to it . Truly appreciated and I will definitely be back

My 2018 Audi SQ5 needed a 60k service so I checked with the dealership and 2 other service centers. Their pricing seemed a little too high and I remembered that I had previously brought my vehicles into Gipson's. I called and spoke with David Henderson, he calculated the services that were required for my car and gave me the price which was significantly less than the others. Gipson's is without a doubt one of the best auto service providers that I have dealt with and I will continue to use. They are professional, courteous and customer-oriented! Super customer service!!

I got new brakes and four new tires put on my vehicle by Gibson's and they made sure I knew exactly what was going on and how much longer it would take for my car to be finished. Update: Recently went by Gipson's because my temperature gauge was doing something unusual. They not only worked me in that day and were responsive to all my questions, but also were super generous with my overall costs! I waited during my service, and the shop is really comfortable to do so. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Gipson's!Gipson s offered superb service! They worked with my schedule, were good communicators about what was needed for my vehicle, and performed what I needed on the same day. Outstanding experience. Had to bring my truck in because of work done by another shop incorrectly. Blake and the team at Gipson s Atlanta Highway got it fixed quickly and correctly. Will 100% not be taking my vehicles to anyone else

They were able to replace my tire but not change my oil. I was quoted a price on the tire which was fine but they just included the road hazard whatever and charged me $21 for it. So, they are quick to charge you for something without asking.... Shady business and do not recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires
