Went in for an alignment on my F250. The toe measurement was out. The technician spent over an hour adjusting the wrong component. They went to take if for a test drive and realized how messed up the steering wheel was, had to put it back on the rack and spent another hour fixing there mistake. In return there are pipe wrench teeth makers and a bent safety pin from something that should have never been touched! And made me pay $122. Do not take your vehicle here!!! The technician did admit afterwards that he has no idea how to adjust Fords!!!! He was only a Toyota technician.

I am from Atlanta Georgia and I was in town visiting my sister in law and while there my truck began making a grinding noise. I took my truck to the shop and was met by the manager, Mr. Tommy. This man was so helpful and explained everything to me step by step. The tech that was working on the truck was knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He was also helpful. I mentioned to Mr. Tommy that my brother had passed a month ago and he made sure to offer his condolences to me before I left the shop and that meant a lot. I watched how personable Mr. Tommy was with the locals and how they entreated him as well. If I m every in town and need work down I will be coming here.

First off I waited four hours to not really know if the services that I paid for were even done. After the technician let my car out of the air to get an alignment, my car sat in that exact spot for hours before it was moved because I went inside to check on what was the hold up. The manager tells me that it needed to go to the other side to get an alignment so I goes back outside and wait. The technician brings my car out and parks it without doing the alignment so I goes back in there and asked him about it and he looked at me crazy because I knew that it hadn't gotten one. So he finally takes around the other side to do it after 30 more minutes. So once they bring it around again and I goes in and pay to leave but as I'm leaving I notice the exact low tire pressure tire was still on so I goes back in there in there and asked was my tire rotated because of the sensor and he tells me yes but I don't think it was because of everything that I had already saw while sitting there 4 hours

I had my son take his 2011 Toyota Corolla in for repair to the Firestone at 7035 Eastchase Parkway. They determined it was the alternator and replaced it. However they failed to put the belt on. When my son inevitably broke down again the next day the tow truck driver noticed this. Trinity from Firestone called me today (9/27) and said they were putting the belt on at no charge, of course NOT, your mess up. And then he said there was some overheating that the belt not being there would NOT have caused. And that it would cost $1000 for them to fix those issues. I told my son to not have them fix it we would take it to another mechanic. When I took my son to pick up the car to take it to a better mechanic, I asked them how the overheating wouldn't be caused by the lack of a belt on the alternator as the belt is also attached to the water pump that cools the engine. They are claiming the damaged pipe and damaged radiator were not caused by their error. And I would have to talk to the Managing Partner Tommy tomorrow (9/28) as he is off today. I asked who would be reimbursing us for the $160 tow that we incurred due to their negligence and he said I would have to take that up with Tommy as well. Completely lied to me and my son saying the missing belt had nothing to do with any overheating.

I have stopped going here and don t recommend it to anyone else until upper management actually makes a change. Every time I ve taken my car here with an appointment it just sits on the lift for hours while I watch every technician just stand around laughing and talking to each other. I recently decided to go to Christian Brothers instead to get a tire rotation among other things and they told me they couldn t get the lug nuts off because they were over torqued by the previous technician (Firestone). I took my car back to Firestone to get them loosened and they said they loosened them. Fast forward to last week I took my car to get new tires at Discount Tire (highly recommended) and guess what they couldn't get the lug nuts off so I had to get new ones. In short, don t go to Firestone because they cannot be trusted. They ve gone downhill and their management clearly knows about it based on other reviews I have read but fail to do anything about it.

Everyone is very professional. They explain what's going on and why. What they quote is almost always exactly what it is. I've never had to return for anything that was done for me.

My daughter and 3 of her friends had a flat on the interstate 2.5 hourd from home. A Firestone was found in Montgomery. My husband called to inform them of what was needed. Not only did they have everything ready when she pulled in but they waited on her past their closing time. Thank you so much for getting Jillian and her friends back on the road.

I didn't even make it to the Firestone location. Dave blowing his breath on the phone and half hearing people..... baby I don't have time. Customer service -100 for Dave. I asked to speak to someone else and he didn't mind at all. I a as going to bring my business there but for that.....

Made 10 o'clock appointment had to wait until 11:30 before they pulled my car in after asking how much longer twice. From what I understand appointments must not mean anything to these people

Ok. Had an appointment for 8:30 this am. Got there at 8:20. Sat for 1 HOUR mins went and asked how much longer because they had not even pulled it in the bay yet. Was told would be a little longer, I told them I'll just go elsewhere to give me my keys back. Guy walked out and turned right back around came back inside said "he's bringing yours in now.". Ok, fine it doesn't take long to just change the oil so go ahead. Well boy was I wrong my car just sat there in the bay while they guy worked on another car. Sat there another 45 mins asked again what was the deal. Was told oh it will be soon. Finally after it being in the bay an hr they did my oil change!!!! Overheard the guys talking and one said "oh we have 5 cars we need to do from yesterday so that's what we are working on". REALLY???? Someone makes an APPOINTMENT for a specific time and instead of taking care of them you work on stuff you didn't manage to do the day before and the customer WITH the APPOINTMENT has to wait 2+ hrs and you take the vehicle into the bay so they can't leave too. Do NOT go there!!!! They are rude, and will completely WASTE your time!!!!

I've had to take my car back multiple times because they never fixed the problem right the first time. Employees never listen to me when I'm telling them what's wrong. They drive around EastChase once or twice and try telling me nothing is wrong. Even when I have video proof they don't want to take things seriously and actually do their jobs.

I had headlights replace when I got my car my bumper wasn't sitting right. so I took it back over there they said they never did take the front bumper off the car so I took my card to the Ford dealership they said That your bumper is not lining up right they did take the bumper off so when I took my car back over to Firestone they said they'd never did it take the bumper off so I so I recommend nobody to use this place if you need you need to get headlights or anything detached from your vehicle don't go there.

Had my wife's tires adjusted because they were pointed inward causing ware. We even bought new tires with them here. Well she went on a road trip and they apparently didn't adjust anything and just replaced the tires. 700 miles later the tires were about to pop. Do not go here they will lie and overcharge. Their mechanics are lazy and don't out any pride in the little they do.

I am little late sharing my experience at this place. Few weeks back, I was on a long trip when I started having issues with my alignment and tires. I spoke with Thomas on the phone, and the guys took care of it in a couple of hours. Professional people, here s my 5 stars!

I have used this location for a few oil changes. 2021 during COVID pandemic I had air conditioner diagnostic was all in clear no codes no leaks valves good. $600 paid in full for full Freon service for 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited. Air stopped working no more Freon in my vehicle no leaks etc. I suspect the full service installation of Freon was not put in my vehicle the season changes here in the fall/winter. I would never recommend this location. I ve been w/o air conditioning service ever since and it s been unbearable and disheartening. I would give a Zero for this rating. I call myself saving a few dollars vs. going to the dealership. I now now better.

Stellar cats. Wife and I were coming through on our way back from UAB when I love the rear passenger tire. I slapped the spare on and limped it down to their shop late in the afternoon and explained the situation and our need to get home after her surgery. They were able to get a full set of tires and an alignment done for me despite having a full shop at the time. Definitely appreciated.

Made an appointment for 7am for an alignment and tires rotation. Have the lifetime alignment and tire package. I guess since they weren t making any money they didn t care about when to get it done. Had to wait 4 1/2 hours for an alignment and tire rotation is crazy especially when I made an appointment. This is the worst Firestone location ever. They get a 1 star because of Matt, who was the only competent employee who cared in my experience. The manager and a chick named Maria particularly, have zero customer service skills and are not good faces for this company. After spending about $2,000, my brakes were not right, so I had to return 3 separate days and wait extensive amounts of time-- one of those days Iiterally sat and waited but my car wasn't ever pulled into the garage after a ticket was printed for me to be seen, and it still isn't right. I've never experienced anything like this from what's supposed to be a reputable company, but this location will not see another brown penny of mine. Do NOT have your vehicle servicd here.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

We were driving to Florida and had an issue with our brakes. They were able to fit us in on a Sunday morning, diagnosed the problem quickly, and were able to get us back on the road. We're very thankful for the folks at Firestone!

Rude! I called to ask how much it would be to patch a tire and was told the price. When I showed up I was told they wouldn t be able to do it that day. I told them I wish someone would ve told me that on the phone when I called. The woman I was talking to asked the guy next to her at the counter if I called and spoke to him. He VERY rudely said yes someone just called and asked how much it was, they didn t ask about his long it would take. She said thanks and hung up on me then he asked if that was me who called. I told him yes and he says back well you didn t ask if we had time to do it today. I thought it was very rude that he first of all made it seem like I hung up on him and second made a point to basically say it was my fault for not asking if they could do it today. I almost made an appointment to come back the next day but decided to take my business else where just based on his attitude and how he spoke to a customer. They also explained that they were behind, one customer had been sitting there for over four hours and they still weren t done with his car. I drove not even ten minutes up the road to another tire place and was in and out in not even 30 minutes. Would never go back here based on his attitude.

I had my Vehicle service today. Received it back. Once i got home I noticed something looks different about my wheels. The original bolts was missing. Then there's one that sticks out like a sore thumb. I called and was lied to and was told that the cap off the bolts popped off. I called Capitol Chevrolet and was told for my model Vehicle it's a complete bolt. My entire family notice that a lot of the original bolts are missing. It's too obvious. Been trying to get a hold to the manager. Because of the fear if I go up there about my vehicle I may get locked up. I need for someone to respond. My next step is to call corporate office.Service: Tires

This Firestone location at EastChase shopping Center in Montgomery had the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Workers leaned over the counter talking and not paying any attention or considerate of their customers time. I waited 2/12 hours before they even pulled my car into the bay. This is after I talked to two different people telling them I had to leave within 20 minutes to pick my kids up at 5:30pm. So 3 hours later just to plug a leaking tire I walked out spending over 300.00 on a new tire for a new 2021 vehicle. I will never ever visit or recommend anyone to this location. You would be better to go to an express oil change. At least they get you in and out within 20 minutes. Absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable!!!!!!!
