Had a problem with our back tire. Took us awhile to get a spot but we finally got serviced. The gentlemen there are experts to the T because of always testing the tire before placing it back on---as well as being through with any other aspect of any vehicle they are working on. Replacing it was a priority for us and they did an excellent job! Will definitely come back again and if I run into anyone having vehicle/tire issues, will definitely refer them to Express Tire!

Had a great experience with Untario, my service guide. I had my oil changed and safety inspection. He also gave me a free car wash for a new business across the highway and needed pointers about what my car needs next.

My two rear tires were low on tread with the front ones still good, so I decided to buy a couple used tires to replace the rear ones and in the future be able to replace all four at the same time.I'm looking all over the place and end up pulling up here. I ask them if they have a couple in my size and brand and they walk me to the back and show me that there are. The tread on them look good, I tell the guys I'll take em, they then replace mine for $130 in maybe 10 mins. It's been a week and no issues! 5/5 recommend!

They charged me 60 for a used tire and 10 to balance it. If i wasn't in an emergency situation, i would have left it there. Walmart had a brand new tire for my vehicle for 80, and it comes with free balancing. Not again.

They re-balanced all four tires but we re still getting a vibration took back two days later still within the 15 day warranty, and they refused service

If I could give no stars it would be appropriate. My son went tires while I was at work.and these guys charged him 500 dollars for some off brand tires. 200 hundred over normal price. I went back and ask them why they would charge that much on off brand tires he just looked and said he balanced them to.i asked about a warranty since they were new and he said 3 months or 60,000 miles.i asked him if he check the mileage and he said no.so how would he know.moral of the story they will take cheat you if you dont know any better.so my sons fault but I would recommend some where else .beware shady business and terrible tires

They replaced a tire that nothing was wrong with & Charged $45 another used tire. Started off buy saying a USED tire would cost $65 but when I said no thank you and started to leave the price changed by $20. I wanted to know if this place would take advantage of women and the answer is YES! Ladies avoid this location! #secretshopper

Literally probably the worst service I've ever gotten in my life, not just with a tire spot. I bought my 2011 Chevy Malibu here to get my headlight replaced. If you are familiar with cars, you would know its not easy to do this, for the front bumper almost needs to come off. Before being serviced here, I talked to 3 men who told me they would be able to fix my headlight and to go get the bulb so it could be serviced. After buying this bulb, i came back to this business and parked in their garage. One of the men started working on it immediately. I was satisfied until i noticed he kept walking away and coming back, so i sat in my car. After this, I notice all the employees are gone. My car still not fixed, its passing an hour now. I go looking for everyone and the employees are sitting there eating and watching TV. I say "Um, are you going to finish what you were doing?" He doesn't answer, someone speaks up for him saying "Well he's on lunch break" , I go back to my car .Another 20 minutes pass and im still sitting in my car. Guy comes back and says "I cant do it"... These people 1. Assured me they could replace my headlight before he even started taking my car apart, 2. Disappear and go on a "lunch break" with my bumper half off and never notify me, and 3. Had me sitting there for OVER an hour and I end up leaving discouraged. Please find out who owns this business. I will never go here again and I advise anyone else not to except for tire repair.

My daughter and her friends were traveling back to LSU from GA on a Sunday evening and lost a tire. I called Express Tire and not only did they stay late to help her, one of their service guys drove to her, put on her spare, and lead her back to their shop where they fixed her up and sent them back safely on their way. I m eternally grateful for their service!!! Bless you guys!!

Was doing Mobile Mechanic work, customers car needed air in the tires and these guys let me use their air hoses to inflate, then the customer's car dies in their lot and they all scrambled to help me get it jumped off (starting/charging issue) while never neglecting attention to their paying customer's needs...but after it was jumped and started, it immediately died. They offered me a loaner battery to get it back to customers house for a deposit. Friendly staff and willing to lend a hand.

Needed a tire and was having a hard time because of the odd size I needed, 255/50_20. These guys had one used and really good shape. Not a bad price either. Thanks gentlemen

I was in a real jam with my car. All 4 tires flat, a broken spindle, and CV axle and they came to my rescue. Doing all the work to my car took maybe an hour and I was amazed. This is one of the best places I have ever been to and this is where I will be going from now on. I highly recommend!!!!!!

Got home and discovered I had a slash in my tire. Yet somehow the tire hadnt lost any air. It was late in the evening and all the tire shops I called were closed or about to close. All the shops I called the earliest they could get a 22 inch tire was the next day they had to order them from their warehouse. Only places that would have their tire inventory on hand would be used tire shops. Most of the ones I called didnt answer the phone. Found a tire shop on other side of town that had one in stock. I need that tire desperately so I took a chance and slowly rode on the other side of town on a slashed tire only to get over there and be told that the tire wasnt any good. By then all the tire shops was closed all except Express Tire that is. As Im heading back home I see that Express Tire Open sign On, they close 1 hour later than the rest of the tire shops in town. I walk up there and find out that they have several 22 inch tires! They saved the day. Pass by that place every single day and never once did I bothered to stop there for any tire services. Pass by them to go to other places, but never again! Theyve gained a loyal customer now

Terrible rip off, sold me the wrong rim for a trailer replacement then refused to refund my money. Leo is a crook. I will have some fed friends pay them a visit.

The guy that changed the tire didn't seem like he new what was going on. He took the tire off before he made sure that he had a tire to replace it with. Took awhile before he found a tire that would fit the car.

If you need a new, used, or get a tire plugged this is one of the best values in Montgomery. I have been coming to this quick and efficient tire place for Years and highly recommend.
