This is the second issue I have had with this place. The first was finding oil on my garage floor the afternoon following a morning oil change to my truck. After pulling the skid plate and cleaning all the oil that came from the oil filter change, I was relieved that it wasn t an oil leak somewhere. Today, another issue with oil spilt in 3 different locations in my engine bay without any cleanup. The Manager provided a free oil change voucher in response to the fist issue - good on you!I don t want an apology, free oil change or some cheesy response just have a conversation with your employees and direct them to give 100% to patrons who trust in your service. Mistakes will happen, but effort is easy. Good peeps working here. I trust they will react positively to this review. See you next time happy holidays!

I am living in Montgomery on a 10 month assignment and now is my 3rd time bringing my vehicles to be serviced. Two issues were A/C related and the a service engine light issue. Each time Justin has been the mechanic to service my vehicles. He is thorough in his diagnosis and repair. It s so difficult to find honest people that genuinely do a great job. If you have car issues, don t hesitate to take it this locale and Justin specifically. A phenomenal craftsman! And the prices are quite reasonable in my opinion.

Just stopped by for some new tires and brake pads. Justin, the service manager, quickly put on the new tires and let me know I didn t actually need new pads (unless I had a specific problem, which I didn t). I appreciated the honesty and not having to shell out extra money. Jeff was also very helpful with tire recommendations! Justin has helped me several times with new tires, new brakes, etc. He is so kind and helpful! Went for a oil change before getting on the road. The attendee was respectful when I drove in. I told him what I wanted which was just a oil change, this man said they were going to charge me 79.99 for a oil change. I was like, are you serious????? He was like yes, that includes checking tires, topping off fluids and 1 other thing...I called my husband, he then walked away from the car. My husband tried to talk to him to see why so much, he pretended he couldn't hear the questions my husband was asking. I said, very politely, no thank you.I read the reviews before coming to this location, so I thought it would be ok. Idk if he thought it was going to be a easy 80 for him , but not from me...

Let me start off by saying you want your car treated properly then this is the place to be I love using Express oil change because the service is fast the staff is friendly and they are experienced and accurate about all the services that they provide I love all the guys at Express lube but my favorite is Justin you guys have to go see him he will take care of all your auto needs and he's very knowledgeable about all the services that they provide and the best part about it is the prices are unbeatable so if your car need to check up take it to express food on Atlanta highway across from CVS on the corner coliseum in Montgomery Alabama you will not be disappointed ask for Justin Montgomery favorite automotive guru I'll write you guys five stars keep up the good workService: Auto maintenance

I was driving through to see me family in the area I wanted my oil to be looked at.Even though I know nothing about Cars,Calvin made sure I was in good hands and was so knowledgeable and took care of all of my questions with a smile,I will be coming back!

I got a full service synthetic oil and filter change in March 2023. January 2024 and I noticed I have an original Honda oil filter still installed. I wonder if they actually gave me the more expensive synthetic oil since they obviously didnt replace the oil filter. I wont use any Express Oil location after this experience.

This was my first time coming Express oil. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and friendly the staff was. Kirk made sure everything on my vehicle was A1 and even took the time to explain when I would need my next oil change, so that I am not coming back too early to get the next one. The price of the oil change was also reasonable. I have finally found a permanent place to get my car serviced! Thank you so much Service: Oil change

Kirk was an absolute pleasure to come in contact with.He did an oil and filter change with top offs. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. I had a horrible day!!!! Flat tire as soon as I got to my job site, coming from Atlanta, just to work in this southern heat. Brought my 2022 F150 in to get my tire replaced, just to find out that two of my tires were damaged and all four were worn. Justin met me with some southern hospitality and this man went over and beyond. I bought new tires. He replaced my tires, no lie, in about an hour. Maybe less than that. I m in and out in about an hour and a half because I got an oil change too! Like great service from all the techs but a special thanks to Justin for the great experience and good work. Thanks a million.

The management and staff are amazing! Before I even drive in for service - they let me know their prices had gone up and gave me a quote. I did need a new air filter , but they were kind enough to give me a $10 discount. Kirk and Sean were so helpful and friendly which is why I drive from Wetumpka to Montgomery to get my oil changed here. You rarely have to wait either. They are very professional.Service: Oil change

Justin , and the crew did God s work today. I slowly rolled in with a flat tire only to get some air put into it. Sadly, my tire retired, and I couldn t afford a brand new one. I was already irritated with 3 screaming kids in the car. Luckily, they located a spare tire in my car, and put it on free of charge. A true blessing in disguise! You never know what financial situation a person has going on. The kindness was much needed. Might I add that all men were handsome as ever! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!Service: Tires

Justin Moss is the service manager at this location. Him and his staff are very professional, courteous, great customer service and went out of their way to make sure all of our company vans were taken care of in a timely manner and explained to us the entire process of what they were doing. We will bring all of our company vans/cars to this location for all of our service needs. Quickest oil change you ll find. Have gone to them since moving to Alabama in 2021. Never experienced any issues getting my oil change done here. Sidenote, most time I ve been to this location I ve gotten Kirk for my oil change service. Outstanding employee, and even reminded me of the discounts I get emailed to me by express when it was time to pay!Service: Oil change

While we were on the way for our vacation and our Audi car alerted for oil,so we stopped at Express oil change and met with Dashan .He saw the alert and explained very nicely that he can definitely help us out.He was very helpful, nice and happy guy .He did our oil top up in seconds and we were good to go.Thanks again to him.
