Jamal H. Was a great technician... very friendly and efficient with his work. He and his pit tech went over and beyond to fix an issue that another place refused/couldn't fix. I will be coming back here from now on!!! And I'm recommending to all my friends.

Express Oil on ATL HWY forgot to tighten my drain plug and resulted in blowing my engine. They hastily took full responsibility for it and replaced my motor without issue while also providing me with a rental that fit my work schedule. The entire time they were helpful especially RUFUS and HERMAN. All of us are human and make mistakes but it's what you do after the mistake that shows who you are. They showed me that they are honorable people and will go above and beyond to correct any mistake made. ANTWAIN the mechanic there put freon in my vehicle after perry hill forgot to and not only did he do that he also put a condenser on as well. Again above and beyond. I have no complaints from this location and I firmly belive it is in great hands with management and employees. If you're looking for somewhere to go for your vehicle needs I would strongly recommend them. If there were more than 5 stars to give I would.

3/12/24 Kenya completed my oil change in a timely fashion. The entire staff was professional and answered my questions, thanks! 4/5 stars because it takes time to see if the work was done properly but so far so good!

Austin is awesome!! Just moved here from CO and he s able to match the same oil we have been getting, checked tire pressure, lights, immediate service no wait time! Found out TUESDAYS is Ladies Day of $5 off service, grateful I happened by chance to come in on a Tuesday!Also - military friendly!

They messed up with my engine. Next day after I changed my engine oil from here it started smoking. I went to 3 different auto mechanics but they can t find the issue and later after 2 weeks one guy found it out. It was happened because while they change the oil they didn t drain the engine properly before they fill it with the fresh oil so due to the excess oil in the engine it started smoking. They need to be trained first before they work on people s cars. I called them and reported them now they said they can do nothing because it was not informed them before I fix it. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS STORE. They ll mess it up.

People were friendly but we were never asked what type of oil we wanted. Typically I always get the cheaper option so I didn t expect to hit 100 dollars for an oil change! I see we were charge for a synthetic oil upgrade we weren t looking to get. Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My mom took her car for an oil change on 08/26/23 a few hours later her car shut down on the interstate. After getting it towed she was informed that it was leaking a lot of oil, so she called Express who came out and looked at the car. The manager told her that the reason the oil had ran out is because the plug came out due to them not securing it correctly. The manager had the car told back to their shop and after a week with no contact from them she called to see what was going on. At that time a worker informed her that the motor was dead due to being driven with no oil and they were looking for a motor to replace it. After another week with no contact, she called again and was told nothing was wrong with the motor and nobody told her that, said the car just needed a battery. After getting the car back after 2 weeks (why did it take two weeks to replace a battery if that was all it was) The car was making a tapping sound in the motor. After taking it to a shop to have it checked they informed her that the motor was in fact dead and that someone put a thick synthetic oil in it to make it run a little longer to cover up that the motor was no longer good. When reaching back out to Express they refused to take responsibility for the issue they caused. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL MESS IT UP AND TRY TO COVER IT UP!

Rufus and the crew was EXCELLENT!! As a woman, it is hard to find a place where you are not bamboozled into spending unnecessary money because you don't know what is going on. They make sure that you understand what they are doing! Just ask and they will answer. I go no where else!!

I just want to say Chad was very helpful when I stopped by for a visit. I was dealing with a lot at the time my mind was all over the place but he was so sweet and helpful. Chad is an unprofessional jerk! He lacks customer service and people skills. He is rude and condescending. He had a very nasty attitude. He made me feel as though my questions about my oil change were invalid. If I had knowledge of the mechanics of oil changing I would change me own oil. I felt so uncomfortable after leaving that I went to another auto repair shop to see if the work was actually done. Very bad experience with Chad!Service: Auto maintenance

Austin always take such good care of me when I arrive any issues that I have he always works hard to get it resolved. I had the pleasure of working with Herman today as well and both of them are such awesome workers. Definitely the reason I return to this location all the time.

This place is awesome! They are fast and thorough. Rufus was fantastic! My low beams were not working and I asked if he could look at them. He said absolutely and had some delivered from AutoZone within 10 minutes and had them replaced and I was on my way. I didn't even know they did those kind of things.
