I recently used Eastbrook for service and was very impressed. The customer service was outstanding. Every person I encountered was friendly and helpful. I was expecting to be there a couple of hours but my car was finished in less than 45 minutes and the repairs cost significantly less than the estimate I received from another shop. Highly recommend.

This is the only place I take my vans too. Bobby and Kenny are always friendly and knowledgeable. They are always busy, but when I need to go in , they work me in. They only do the work that is needed. They always call and let me know if something else needs done. Eastbrook Tire &Auto is the place to go for good work and fair pricing.

Highly recommended!!! This only place in Montgomery City really can make an aligment. I gotta bring my truck to 5 alignment shops and they can't make aligment and when I found this aligment shop they aligment my truck very well and stopped to shake. 100% recommended this shop.

When I called and spoke with Ken about my tire situation he seemed genuinely concern. Upon arriving and seeing him he was not as concerned. Wanted to charge me $163.00 for a single tire and when I question him he kept say I'm only making $15.00 off this tire.

I was in need of new tires, as well as my rear brakes replaced. Ken Walker did a top-notch job of taking care of me and my vehicle. He was professional, offered very competitive and honest pricing, and my vehicle is riding better than ever!!! 100 stars!! Customer service, communication, and all around service, I would recommend them to anyone! This will be the only business I use for any future services!

UPDATE: Third visit 8-17-2021- Extremely impressed with this crew. Visited with a long list of vehicle issues and was in and out in just over an hour.This was my second positive experience with this location. The employees are extremely helpful and provide timely service. There is nothing fancy about the waiting area but you won't be there for too long.

The boyfriend's tire got a nail in it that the dealership said they couldn't repair. Goodyear repaired it in a very timely and efficient manner. They were super nice and accommodating the whole time. He left there feeling like a valued customer and spoke very highly of the workers.

These guys are amazing. We met Kevin when he was at Montgomery Tire Pro and we tried to find him once he left there and finally found him at Eastbrook Tire & Auto after talking to another ex employee. He treats you right and will not take advantage of you. He makes sure that you know what is needed to be worked on and how much it will run. All I can say is that I'm so thankful we found him. Wish I could give him and the crew there more than 5 stars.

Fast friendly service! Great experience getting tires and oil change.Update: It has been 10 months and I am still a very happy regular customer of Eastbrook Tire & Auto. They are a pleasure to work with for all my car maintenance and repair needs.

Brought my car in to Ken and Bobby several times for issues that my dealership couldn t or wouldn t fix. They have fair prices on services. Any parts they ve taken off of my car, they box up and show me what was causing the problem. Great customer service, great prices! Locally owned! Can t beat it.

I went to Eastbrook because they had a $10 off coupon on their website for wheel alignments and they are convenient to work. I went in with no appointment and they took my car in for a 4 wheel alignment. Within 45 minutes, the work was complete, and they told me that my rear wheels were not in need of alignment work, so they only charged me for the front and still honored the coupon.Quick and friendly service at a fair price!

Came here for a front end alignment, which consist of camber, toe, and caster adjustments. My usual place only charges 79.99 for adjusting all three adjustments.This company charged me 200.00 to adjust a couple of adjustments. . And the truck still pulls to the right . Beware of over charging with this company

Came in at 4:25 PM because i had a nail in a tire. They told me they can't help me because they close at 5 pm. Had to go a block away. They had to close in 30 minutes too but had no problem to help me out. The guy at Goodyear can pound sand.

Took my 2014 gt500 in to get OEM tires put on the car. Tires kept going low. Main counter employee laughed at my face and told me the rim was the problem. I took it over to the Ford dealer, theySaid the tps/valvestem was damaged during installation of the new tires. Pathetic they won't honor their work.
