They were very curtious and polite very welcoming. I would recommend anyone to go there for battery or car repair and let Jimmy know they were referred. Jimmy is a very good worker and he makes sure that the work is done and that the customer is satisfied.

This is the best shop!! I was driving through and my car broke down. They were able to quickly assist me and get the parts. Highly recommend.

My overall experience with them was good. I was able to buy battery for my truck for a half the price they wanted in any other store and it's just as good.

I feel absolutely screwed over by this company. I had my car towed to the after dealing with another shop that had me to by a new battery and alternator cause they assumed that's why my car wouldn't crank. After 450.00 was spent and it still not working I trusted my car in the hands of the "professionals" at Eagle Air and Battery who assured me that they would get to the bottom of it. When they said it was fixed they told me it was just wires and, my fuel pump sensor and my tire sensor. The parts were only around 300 but they charged me 590 for labor. 2 days later the car went out doing exact same thing I took it to them for in the first place. It just stop cranking up. I called them and they said for me to call a tow truck and they would pay for it and call me back. When they called back all of a sudden now they are saying I have a bad starter. After already spending 890.00 with them for the exact same issue they was no way I was trusting them to fix it again so I told them that I would let someone else fix it. Then they spitefully recanted on their word by saying that in that case I would have to pay for the tow after they clearly stated that they would pay for it. I haven't even had my car back 2 days so how the heck does it do the exact same thing it did before I took it in and they fix everything else but the starter! Them because i won't continue to throw my money away with them they stick me with a tow fee. Had I known were going to do that I could have had the car towed over with my insurance. So because I didn't have money for the tow at the time, after i calmed down I allowed them to give it another shot. Wrong move, because even tho they fixed the car, when I got my car back my passenger side door handle had been broken and my son's golf clubs had been stolen. They claimed no responsibility but offered to fix the door handle for a fee. This company has shown no integrity or professionalism in how I've been treated and I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody

The best place to get RIPED off, know one new what they were doing, never did the what my veh, was end there for, i .. I had to paid 260.00 for them to jack my truck up . Never again will i go there.

Don't buy s*** from Eagle Battery they don't want to replace your battery or give you your money back they rip it off people there on that Westside getting taken advantage of black folks y'all need to run them home from

Great!!! They saved our hides. Traveling through to our destination our car stopped. They sent us a tow truck and took care of us quickly

Went because of truck problems.....Wouldn't take our money to charge our battery. Not many Christians out there anymore. Bless this business Lord they are good nice people

These people screwed me over on a air conditioning problem, very very very dishonest people, and will rip you out of your money, I don't recommend anyone to get no kind of service done there
