I visited this store above on two separate occasions to have new tires and wheels put on. The environment was clean and comfortable and I spent a reasonable amount of time for my vehicle to be serviced. I received excellent customer assistance from all the associates I interacted with, including the proficiency of Adam and Justin, as well as the charismatic humor of Zach. I will definitely return should my vehicle need any additional services.

EDIT- I WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY A MANAGER NAMED ADAM AND THE MENTIONED CIRCUMSTANCES BELOW HAVE BEEN RESOLVED. Purchased toyo at3's for my truck in October 2023. I did not purchase extra certificates because i am fine dealing with the manufacturers 65k mile defect warranty.Well my sidewall cord snapped on 2/8/24. The tires have less than 10k miles on them and have been on the truck for less than 4 months. The tire still held air and there were no punctures. I checked myself and i had the employees verify that there were no punctures. This is obviously a manufacturer defect seeing as how a sidewall cord snapped.The manager told me he has never seen a tire fail this way and only offered me a prorated discount on replacement instead of replacing the obviously defective tire free of charge. He stated that damage like this could of been from gross overinflation or severe impact... Neither of which is the case.At first i was charged a prorated replacement for this. However this was a manufacturer warranty issue. After finding the original review posted here discount tire got in contact with me and refunded the prorated charge due to the nature of the tires failure.

It has been about 10 years since I ve purchased tires from discount tire as I ve bought the last few from club stores. They matched Sam s club price and were able to get the tires I wanted shipped in the same day. They also significantly discounted the install charge since I m moving to a location without a discount tire franchise and am unable to take advantage of their rotation/balance/repair services in the future. And they were nice! What more could you ask for? Honestly I wouldn t hesitate to go with Discount Tire even if they were more expensive because their customer service is top notch.

They bailed us out today!! Zach and Justin are fantastic! Had a tire blowout on our way to surprise 80th for my mother in law and on a tight time frame to not ruin the surprise. They got us in and out and on the road again!! Highly recommend!! We are very grateful :)

Had a nail in my tire and needed to be back on the road as soon as possible. Matthew was amazing! He met me outside upon arrival and addressed any issues or concerns that I had. It was obvious that he really took them into consideration when he explained to me my options. The customer service was 10/10. He was extremely respectful and helped me to get back on the road quickly. I d recommend this location to anyone.

I had a tire losing pressure and I had 40 miles to drive to my home. I happened to see Discount Tire as I was leaving Eastchase and pulled in to see if they could put some air in my tire so I could get home. They checked the tire, found a screw in it, fixed it, checked my other tires and sent me on my way. They didn't charge a penny. Everyone was friendly, polite and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. You don't see many businesses like this anymore. I will definitely be back when I need tires. Did I mention that they will check your air pressure anytime for free?

I really appreciated my experience with these guys. I needed four tires on my vehicle and they really accommodated me, even down to the price. Luis and Tony were the guys that helped me, and I'm excited about seeing them again to service my vehicle in the future.

I stopped in because I was nearby and had a tire leaking air like a siv. I checked it and it was the stem. They took it in and removed the tire and replaced the stem and aired up all the tires while I got some quotes for new tires. They finished in maybe ten minutes and pulled me around and I went to pay but they said I was set. They didn't charge me anything for the repair and they had excellent service to boot. After returning to get the tires replaced I had a great experience. I would recommend

These people will make decisions for you and do things to your car without your permission.I thought free choice still mattered here. I'll go somewhere that my rights are respected. So I will never go back to a discount tire anyways 8 in the country.

I have had yet again another great encounter with Discount Tires. This time in Montgomery AL. The customer service on phone and in person is above par. Its 5:50 pm and customer are walking in and they are happily assisting. Thankful for this East Chase location who thought of everything concerning my needs. Thanks Adam, Jordan and Crew. I appreciate you all!

These folks were fast, friendly, and professional. I asked to swap my valve stems on my Dually, which they did, free, and replaced a bad lug nut, for free again. As soon as I need tires for my Dually, I ll be here. Oh BTW, they replaced my tires on my 5th wheel also last year. Great price and no forced sales!

I recently made a purchase, and I went back to this store to have my tire pressure checked. The Manager, Matthew checked them for me, and took the time to educate me more about tires and why the tire pressure light comes on even if all of them are balanced. That conversation meant a lot and I appreciated the time he took and the information. Upon leaving, he also told me to have a blessed day. I will be returning to this location.

Worst Discount Tires Shop I ve ever encountered. I ve been dealing with discount tires for 15 years. I was traveling through Alabama and got a nail in my tire. Stop at the Discount Tires shop on Chase Pkwy for a plug, they had no customers at the time but told me it would take 1 hour 45 minutes to plug the tire. Totally confused and frustrated at this point.

Their customer service is unmatched. They are fast, I went in at 4:27 on a Saturday and they got me out in 20 mins and this was changing two tires. The front desk CSR was absolutely great and the tire technicians came out smiling and explained what they did.

Had a tire pressure issue while on the road. They checked the tire, fixed pressure, and got us back on our way promptly. And did not charge for this service. Thanks so much!

I went to Discount Tires today to purchase 4 tires. I was immediately met by Samuel who asked how he could help me. I had 3 tires that my son thought would be a good fit n price for me.. Samuel looked at my list n told me about the ones Micah had picked for me. Samuel did not try to pressure me into more expensive ones or sell me extra stuff.They had the tires I decided on in stock n could put them on while I waited. He said it would take 45minutes n they were finished in 40 minutes. The young man that put on my tires came to talk to me.about what he did n told me to please bring the car back in 6,000 or 8,000 for free rotation. I was very impressed with Discount tires in Eastchase, Montgomery Al n will continue to take my car to them,Bonnie Morris

I got new tires before a road trip and ended up having problems while I was on the interstate out of town. Found Discount Tires and Jareth identified the problem and went through all of the options available to get this fixed and me back on the road. Fantastic service and very knowledgeable staff. 100% recommend!

I called these guys on my way to the airport passing through and they coordinated for a last minute appointment for me. Then when I showed up they finished my tire rotation in about 15 minutes, knowing I didn t have a lot of time. Excellent service. Thank you!

Sam was the tech who assisted me, but I saw Jordan in action too. Both were professional and took care of business promptly, with those in person and those who called in. I had an appointment but was early, and had time to watch them in action. They kept things moving. Would definitely recommend this business!

We have always had great service and greeted by helpful staff that cares and takes pride in what they do. We only buy our tires here and love the insurance on the tires, has helped us several times over the years.
