I went into the Costco Tire Center to replace 2 front tires, wore out badly due to bad alignments. All 4 tires were Michelin tires purchased from Costco before.Associate was very friendly and quick to explain the root problem and recommended to replace all 4 tires.After reviewing it further together, only 3 tires really needed replacement (reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars). Unfortunately, no warranty coverage due to alignment issue.Ended up paying around $770 for 3 Michelin tires.Job was done correctly and quickly.Good experience overall.

Came here on a few occasions to get my tires checked. The staff were great and always went through multiple options so an informed decision can be made. John, in particular, was awesome, and saved me from making an unnecessary tire change.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff! We had just moved to Auburn from North Carolina and got 2 screws in one of our tires. We had gotten the tires installed about a year ago at a Costco in NC. As we had road hazard on the tires, I took the flat tire to the Montgomery Costco to have it fixed. Turns out, the NC Costco had installed the wrong tires on the car. The group at Montgomery Costco (especially James) worked with us to come up with the best solution and they ended up replacing all 4 of the tires at no cost to us to right the wrong done at the NC Costco. We will be buying all our tires here in the future!

Jacob helped us out big time. Was travelling from North Carolina to Texas and suddenly noticed the F-250 was shaking above 50 mph. Pulled over but didn't see a bad tire or anything out of the ordinary. We were 35 miles outside Montgomery and knew we had to figure it out. I called several other autoshops but they were appointment only since it was a late Sunday afternoon and maybe they were busy. Drove up to a busy Costco since they had a tire center.Walked up to the garage and was greeted immediately by a technician. Everyone, including myself, was following the COVID protocol and wearing masks.Jacob said he could get us in but that we needed to be members for the service. We were talking about getting a membership anyways since several of our friends and family swear by Costoco.Jacob and his team addressed the tire issue and had it taken care of within 2 hours. I really appreciate them helping us in a bind. Otherwise... we would've had to change our course and find a pet friendly hotel. Thanks guys!

We were driving from Atlanta to New Orleans and stopped to grab dinner in Montgomery. While walking back to the car, we noticed that we had a flat tire. It was almost 7 o'clock and most tire stores were closed - those that were open rudely said they couldn't help us even though it was an emergency. Fortunately, Costco was on our same exit and they saved the day! Jacob L. was so helpful and provided quick and excellent customer service.

I had a great experience here getting my tires rotated and balanced. The crew was fast and very knowledgeable. Best Costco Tire Center I've ever been to.

I arrived 2mins before store closing with a flat tire. I cannot thank enough to Jacob Malinson. He without hesitation took me in and helped fix the flat. He was very courteous and pleasant where anyone could have been not so happy. I Sincerely thank him for this.
