Stopped by around 3 o'clock on a Monday afternoon to see about getting some window tint and car audio work done. The lights were on, the "OPEN" neon sign was on, but the door was locked and no one was around; so I called the phone #. I got an answer, and he said he stepped out for lunch. That's fine and understandable, but at 3 o'clock in the afternoon? With no one around to help customers that may come by? That's no way to run a business; at least put a sign on the door or something, or get a secretary to handle things while you're gone. I started to wait for someone to return, but I figured; Why should I? I can just take my business elsewhere. Then I looked through the reviews, and noticed I wasn't the only person that's had this happen here before.

Where do i start... Mr. Collins treated me like a customer and like he wanted my business. Unlike their neighbors who seemed to only be half interested in make a sell. He asked what I was looking for and gave me the best options to meet me needs and budget. My car sounds REALLY REALLY GOOD!!! I normally look at online reviews to help me make a decision on making purchases, but I didnt do that when I decided to have my sounds installed by Collins. 3.1 stars is not accurate based on what I am reading from dissatisfied ppl. I got my system installed in the midst of a pandemic. COLLINS IS THE TRUTH!!! I will have 2 friends to go get systems installed soon because of how excellent my car sounds! Thanks for your service Mr. Collins and professionalism. Wishing you many more years of profitable business! Keep up the good work!

Collins has tinted the last three or four trucks I have owned and does a GREAT job at the very best price anywhere. The ladies up front are very friendly and helps any way they can, Super fast work. Will always use Collins as long as he is there!! Gary Pitchford 5-Star rating

If you want incredibly rude customer service, higher prices than competitors, and a receptionist to hang up on you, this is the place for you! Bought a $160 gift certificate for my husband to get his windows tinted. Didn't think to ask if it also covered the sun strip across the windshield... well it didn't, that's an extra $25. Husband priced tinting somewhere else $30 cheaper and it DID cover the sun strip. The not so pleasant receptionist was very uncooperative and even hung up on him. WILL NOT recommend this place nor will we ever do business with this place again!

I took my car to have a radio installed at nine on a Saturday morning and the guy said I had one car in front of me and he told me to leave my car and I did and five hours went by and I call and didn't get a answer so I went up there to check on my car and the guy haven't even started on my car and he was standing around talking then he told me it's going to be another two hours so this would make it eight at night.

They haveDone two of my cars and i haven't had a problem out of the quality of work. Always nice and clean. I will continue to use them in the future with other vehicles

First off when someone tell me to be at their place of business at a certain time, I expect them to be there as well. So when your front desk person finally arrives to turn on an open sign to tell me oh no one is here yet to do tint through the door . Then someone calls me 15 min later to ask did I leave. You right I left because my business wasn t important for you to be on time.

Higher priced Wal-mart brand sterio equipment in stocck; hence the cheaper prices in comparison to other sterio shops. Company tries to push sales of cheaper no-name speakers and amps. Notice displays when you walk in and compare to others in town. Staff seems to understand window tinting.For quality, friendly, unbias service before and after purchase, look elsewhere in town.

Called around all of Montgomery n Prattville n they had the best price n the only ones to get me n same day. Nice office/shop. Will def use again n refer others too.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I was mislead, deceived, and lied to by the owner of this facility. He stated I was purchasing window tint that measure at 20%, but it did not measure at 20%. DO NOT GO THERE! If you have been there, go and get your tint measured.

I have tried to call this company on multiple occasions to put new tint and sound system in my car.. And I can never get anyone on the phone. I popped by one Thursday afternoon and the door was locked...I'm not sure how anyone stays in business when they aren't even open on a Thursday afternoon.

HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, UNPROFFESSIONAL! I MADE 2 APPOINTMENTS AT THIS PLACE. 1ST APPOINTMENT THEY NEVER CALLED TO SAY THEY WASN'T GOING TO BE IN ON THAT DAY. SO I DROVE FROM CLANTON, AL & TO MY SURPRISE NO ONE WAS THERE. 2ND APPOINTMENT I LEFT MY CAR AS AT 7:30AM AS I WAS TOLD, I STARTED CALLING AT 9:10, NO ANSWER, SO I DECIDED TO TAKE A TRIP BACK UP & TO MY SURPRISE CAR STILL IN SAME SPOT I LEFT IT & OPEN SIGN WASNT ON, SO I ASSUMED THEY WASN'T IN YET UNTIL A CUSTOMER PULLED ON THE DOOR. SO I WALKED IN BEHIND THEM ONCE THEY WAS GIVEN THE PRICES, THEY TOOK A CARD & WALKED OUT. I THEN TOLD THEM MY SITUATION, SHE CALLED THE OWNER & HE CLAIM HE NEVER KNEW ABOUT MY APPT, BUT THE GIRL LOOKED IN THE BOOK & CALL MY NAME OUT TO ME. SO I WALKED OUT & DECIDED TO TAKE MY BUSINESS TO "PROFESSIONAL GLASS TINTING" ON FAIRVIEW AVENUE. OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK & IS PROFESSIONAL, CHEAPER BUT SAME WORK & HAS CUSTOMER SKILLS.
