I honestly had a really good experience with Christian brothers. No one likes spending money to get their car fixed. But when it needs to be done, it's good to have professional and transparent people take care of it. I especially like there system that allows you to communicate with the technician working on your vehicle. My car runs better than when I bought it. THANK YOU.

Great auto repair shop! Best shop I have dealt with. Thorough and efficient. Received a text at 6:00 a.m. stating a tech was diagnosing my vehicles. Kevin and his wife are great. Mechanic shop that feels like family.

I took my Mercedes E350 to Christian Brothers because my check engine light had come on, and my steering wheel had stopped moving up and down. Well, they diagnosed the problem and gave me a call. They told me the amount that my warranty would cover and my deductible. They quickly repaired my vehicle, and I was extremely satisfied. I am just happy that they were able to fix my car in a timely manner.

Brought my Genesis in for an oil change, and the service was fantastic as was the facility itself. If I had 1 knock, it would be on pricing, because they are expensive here.You get what you pay for, I understand that but it s not often you pay more than the dealerships lol.

I visited on February 6th and I just cannot get this out of my mind so I had to come here and tell my story.I was having a problem with a difference mechanic and they did a diagnostic for me. As a courtesy they wanted to double and triple charge me on the following;$450 for a new battery$830.27 for a front brake pads and rotors when I don't even need rotors and they refused to do the brake job without replacing it.$142.95 to clean and adjust brakes which is something that should be done within the replacement process.$181 for brake fluid service$314 for fuel system service$156 for a cabin air filterI left out some of the services to save time but really and truly none of this stuff was the reason I went in nor was it necessary. They need to change their name seriously.If you had a similar problem, please consider writing Christian Brothers automotive as it is a nationwide franchise.

So I took my car to Christian brothers since it was sputtering while idling. They wanted to charge me approximately $4200 to correct this issue along with several other minor issues. Specifically they wanted to charge me approximately $1760 for a tune-up in which they were going to repair two spark plugs and two coils. I was able to take it to Meineke and get all repairs done plus all 4 spark plugs, but I only paid a fourth of the price. They did tremendous work and saved me $3200 in the process. Do yourself a favor and turn around and go to Meineke! They should change their name to Crooked Brothers !

Chad at Christian Brothers is consistent in providing insights and recommendations for addressing maintenance issues and saving money where possible. He took the initiative to preemptively address both motor mounts on my vehicle. I ve had great experiences with Christian Brothers even when repairs have been costly. Chad and the other staff are courteous, responsive, and HONEST. After taking my truck to get an alignment done I was told that I would need new tires as well because of tread separation and the new total went up from $150 to $650. I took my truck to get looked at by 2 other mechanics one of whom is a tire specialist said that their was no such tire separation" and that the mechanic that told me that was being dishonest for a quick buck. He even went so far as to tell me that if their was a reason for new tires he could replace them and do the alignment for $450..... Update after management response, Why would I reward you with my business after you have attempted to lie and steal from me? And no my name is NOT Jerry Nielsen.

My 2017 Infiniti Q50, had a check engine light illuminated and I was connected with Christian Brothers Automotive Montgomery, through my Extended Warranty Service. Automobile maintenance and service is never enjoyable or expected, but I found in CBAM Fast, dependable service with knowledgeable staff. In the future, hopefully far far from now, I plan on using CBAM. Thank you.

They are very hard working, the patience and care they extended to help ensure our daughter's car was safe and functioning properly went way beyond expectations.After being turned away by several shops because they could not run a proper diagnosis and could not assess the problems were done in no time at Christain Brothers.I highly recommend them and our service guy, Chad. As a team , they are brilliant. You won't be disappointed.

I was down on my luck with a bad battery and some other issues but these guys stood on the warrantee and gave me a battery replacement to help me out and I can't say anything bad about them to be honest.Vehicles need maintenance and repair costs aren't cheap but I will send business to them because they are Christian and helped in a tome of need Thank you

I was so excited to find a Christian Brothers location after having such an amazing experience in Colorado with Christian Brothers - they did not let me down! The standard here in Montgomery AL is just as high as Colorado Springs You truly feel welcomed and they genuinely care about helping you out as quickly as they can without cutting any corners.They patiently explain what needs repaired, why, and the most cost saving options - what needs urgent repair vs we can put off a bit longer to make it easier on the financial strain.They didn t send photos like CO location does with every inspection and needed repair, but it sounded like they could do that if needed.They are SO much more professional and courteous than I ve experienced over the years with declining service at Firestone and other locations in other states that I use to rely on before my 10/10 experience with Christian Brothers at EVERY location! Across the board they are set apart from others in such a helpful trustworthy way where they go above and beyond to truly help their customers out!The shuttle driver was amazing, even though it was after the 4 pm cut off time, she was so gracious and gave us a free drive home anyways and was so very very sweet and personable.Chad was excellent at communicating with me and even followed up after hours - you know he s genuinely invested in his customers when he is replying and helping out in his personal downtime off the clock. That says a LOT about this team.I cannot say enough about how relieved I am to know that despite my hesitations to move to Montgomery AL due to the military - Christian Brothers Automotive has been the little oasis of feeling at home to find they re just as helpful and kind and honest as Colorado Springs location and it means so much to have that go to trustworthy mechanic team Bonus - they continue offering military discounts just like CO location does in support of active duty members

Ethical and honest work is done here. They will even tell you how you can save money on repairs by recommending parts elsewhere. They also warrant their work. Hard to beat!

They are up to date in this technological world. Text appointments , shuttle service, video and images when they finish inspection to help you visualize what you need for your vehicle . They handle with extreme care and care about you .I highly recommend their services . We only have a few automotive shops with specific transmissions machines for transaxle systems they drained, flushed, and filled my fluids with the upmost efficiency. I appreciate their kindness, transparency, knowledge and dedication to making sure my time on the road is safe and I m informed of any issues .They will work with you and not against you and on top of that with fair and reasonable pricing . I am going back again tomorrow for more work done as my vehicle is aged and needs more things done now. I know they will help me get it to its maximum amount of health for my travels . This is an amazing place. My family broke down while traveling through the area. We were able to schedule an appointment online the night before and got the car into Christina Brothers the next morning. Marie with the courtesy shuttle was wonderful and took us back to the hotel to wait in comfort. They got my car in right away, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road by 10:00am. Marie picked us back up from the hotel to get the car. The text notifications were extremely helpful throughout the process I must way that this has been the highlight of the trip. Everyone was so friendly and caring. They recognized that I had my family and we were stranded and made everything stress free to an already unfortunate situation. Thank you!

Professionalism is top tier! I love their free transport services, how thorough they are and they didn't push a bunch of services on me. They are very knowledgeable and have updated equipment to work on all vehicles. I appreciate them and the work they did in my XJ. Prices are a bit steep, but we'll see if I can manage. They also give AAA discounts and work with 3rd party warranties. So far, they are ON POINT with their services. My husband and I have both came to Christian brothers and every time Chad was super nice. He was polite and he was always willing to help. He made a super stressful time a little less hectic and we really appreciate that. We have both moved here from Florida recently and will make sure if we have any automotive concerns to come see Chad at Christian Brothers.

Christian Brothers provided excellent customer service, a thorough inspection with an explanation of exactly what I needed to have repaired immediately and what I could wait to have repaired understanding I had limited funds at the time of the repairs which is something the dealership did not do, had their shuttle driver bring me home and completed my vehicle repairs swiftly. I will return soon to have them complete the other repairs I need because I trust them to do a great job, not overcharge me for the repairs and I know the customer service will be top notch.Services: Auto brake repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

The initial communication and all throughout the service of our vehicle there was elaborate from of details to keep us informed by via phone as well ad text. 7 years ago the front brake caliper fell off my 2002 F150 while my oldest son was driving his Grandma to get hay for horses in Pike Road, AL. He called me to let me know. I came out and looked at it. I was able to remove the caliper and drive it to nearest mechanic.Nearest one was Christian Brothers just a couple miles down the road. I told them what the problem was and asked them specifically what it would cost to just replace the caliper. They quoted $1400. I knew that was way over priced, So I went to the Auto parts place down the road and bought a new caliper for $50. When I got back I drove the truck to an adjacent parking lot to Christian Brothers and replaced it for $50 and my time. About 30 minutes. Literally two bolts.I had told Christian Brothers that I was willing to pay $500 for the simple 30 minute fix. They wouldn t budge on $1400 pricing. Apparently it wasn t worth their time to help someone in need of a quick, but necessary, fix on an older model vehicle.Fast forward 7 years. My middle son, in college at AUM, hears a banging noise as he pulled into campus. He knew that the spark plug in cylinder two blew out before the tow truck got there. He had it towed to Christian brothers. I called them and let them know. Again, I specifically asked to just do the bare minimum being that this is a 21 year old truck that he just needs to get to and from school and work and that we can usually manage the problems. Long story short they charged us $1743.00 to rethread cylinder two that more than likely cost them less than $300 in parts and 45 minutes labor. Highway robbery.Service: Brakes
