I ve had the best experience, the service advisor was the best by always keeping updated with my car and being transparent. They also gave me advice about my car and they also helped me by advising me on maintenance and services that were needed and gave me information and tips about my car that I didn t know about. They also had me out quickly. I couldn t recommend this place enough. The staff are the best.

Today was my first time going to BMW Montgomery and it was HORRIBLE!!! My advisor name was Marcus he was very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 8:20am around 10am I noticed I didn t see my car getting service so I ask my advisor how much long he replied another 30min with getting up to check(well how you know it s 30min?) So, I go ask the cashier to check she told me another vehicle was hidden my vehicle as if i could not see the whole work shop. My vehicle was not being service she then got up and look and did not say anything. My advisor Marcus then appears to be looking for my truck he didn t see it either. Marcus got on his phone and then I see my truck being driven into the workshop it s now almost 11am my car was not touched at all. I did not receive any update for the long wait or anything. I ask to speak to a General manager but nobody could find him. I was approach by Brain who was very nice and asked if theres anything he could do at that point I was upset and left. I had missed work for this appointment. I was not offered any shuttle service or anything. Alot of them really need better communication if their going to work for a PREMIUM COMPANY. Today service was not PREMIUM AT ALL. Do better BMW OF MONTGOMERY.

The professionalism that I received when I arrived was exceptional.Bryan shared with me what was needed and gave me an expectation that was reasonable and yet he exceeded it and had my vehicle ready before time. I terrific experience.. I would definitely recommend Bryan and BMW of Montgomery s Service Department.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil leak. The tech sent me a link with the problem. I had several questions and could not get the rep to call me back for 2 weeks. I left a message for the manager to call me after I couldn t get Marcus to call me back. Well management didn t call me back so I drove and hour and a half to pick my call up and take it to another dealership. They charged me 169.00 diagnostics. I couldn t believe it, a total inconvenience. I was do disappointed. I will never come back.

I recently had a service repair done with BMW in Montgomery, Alabama and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, helpfulness, and communication from Mike. He was incredibly professional throughout the process, always ready to assist, and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Bryan is literally the best service advisor ever & needs to be a manager at BMW! He stands behind the values set for BMW & actually enforces them! If you need help, go to Bryan; you won t leave disappointed. We need people like him in management!

Not the customer service that I have experienced in years past. Took my vehicle in for some maintenance and to address a minor issue which would also require alerts to be reset. I picked my vehicle up this morning and the alerts are still going off. I have called multiple times today with no success reaching anyone that could offer assistance. I have left messages several hours ago but never received a call back. I am very aggravated and disappointed. My intention was to purchase another BMW in the upcoming year because quality and customer service has always been great; however, I will most likely look for another brand if this is the best that can be offered.

Brake ABS error light came on, Montgomery BMW replaced front wheel sensor, but apparently that was not the problem. Taking 2003 BMW 540it back in for another analysis of problem today. I found that the best place to have a BMW repaired, in my case is the Montgomery BMW, who seems to be the only place in town that has any idea what they are doing, and doing whatever very good and with expertise!

Brian was very professional. He kept me updated during the entire process. I really love the new way they update you on the status and what they found during the inspection. You can approve or disapprove any work right from your phone and see the cost. I really like that.

Service visit was excellent. The service tech DJ was excellent and the lady the shuttled me home and back was also excellent. BMW of Montgomery keep up the great work. I m seriously thinking of buying a second BMW. Thanks again

Every time I visit BMW of Montgomery, AL I get treated with respect as a valued customer. The staff there is professional and always converse with me about more than just my vehicle. They may talk about what is going on in the world. They always keep me up to date on my vehicle during the time I am there. I appreciate their courtesy as they value my time.

I couldn t be more pleased with the service I was provided with at BMW of Montgomery. I had an unexpected cost come up but after my service agent Markus, heard us out the services were ultimately covered by warranty. I was also messaged constantly about updates, time frames and I was taken to enterprise to get my rental. Markus was an amazing service agent and he will be who I ask for each time.

First visit to bmw of mgm and I was pleasantly surprised. Normally dealerships are high pressure add on work, mike offered a few but no pressure. After we got home I noticed the one thing we went for wasn t reset & Mike sent me a YouTube link to reset. He was extremely customer focused, despite all he had going on at the shop & headed into the holiday rush

Dj was the service advisor I had today. He was kind and attentive. Far better experience this time around. I specifically requested a different advisor due to the rudeness of another person there. The manager made it happen and Dj couldn t have been better.

Service team were very friendly, courteous, and professional. I didn't like how long it took to be able to talk to someone on the phone. The service of my vehicle took a little longer then expected, but it was done correctly.

Worst service ever. 2 days after leaving I still needed engine coolant added. Had to go buy the coolant and take to a local jiffy lube to have them put it in. Paid Montgomery BMW $400 for service. Now I wonder what else they missed. Who doesn t top off ENGINE COOLANT on a 10,000 mile service maintenance.

Hit a pothole on the highway which blew a hole in a run-flat tire about 3pm. We called and they were able to get us in and get a new set of front tires. It was a long day but BMW service of Montgomery saved the day.

I recently took my wife's bmw x2 in for a battery check and check engine light. I was put in contact with the service representative name Mike. He got my information, asked if I needed anything, and told me he would let me know how things were going (keep in mind that he was swamped that day). He informs me a few hours later that I did indeed need a battery but unfortunately they were on back order (meaning they'd order it and arrival would take weeks). Of course, I wasn't happy to hear this but Mike said he'd see what he can do. He calls me about an hour later and says that 4 Batts came in (previously on back order)out of 20 but they were slotted for other vehicles with one being Mike's own vehicle. He goes out of his way to secure his own batt for my wife's vehicle so she wouldn't have to wait weeks on end. All this was done in less than 24hrs! Mike well done Sir! You've earned yourself loyal customers! Bmw leadership please promote this man immediately!
