I would highly recommend not to bring your Vehicle here. My car has been at this shop for 7 consecutive weeks and I haven t got a transmission to the shop yet let alone have my current one taken out. I ve been given the run around far as when the transmission should be delivered to the shop. I was told I m getting a slightly used transmission with 60k miles on and come to find out they ordered me one with 117k miles. Poor customer service and lack of communication. Go somewhere else so you won t experience the same problems I have. Once I finally received my refund I was given a fake check. I took it to my bank and they told me if I tried to mobile deposit this my account would be froze and shut down for fraud. I had to jump through loop holes just to get MY money back legitimately with the owner of Bells transmission. Their secretary is horrible she lied to and was stalling telling me that they ordered a transmission but never ordered it. Please go somewhere else !

Bells Transmission is the only place to go if you want your transmission fixed right. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. The turnaround time was also fantastic! The best in the business!

I left my 2020 Ford F-150 at Bell's Transmission Service to have my transmission overhauled and the Customer Service was outstanding. They took care of my mechanical needs and got me and my family back on the road with no issues...

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I AM STILL WAITING ON THEM TO HONOR A WARRANTY. MEANWHILE CANT GET TO WORK TO MAKE A LIVING FOR GRANDCHILDREN BECAUSE THEY WONT RETURN CALLS. JENNIFER THE MANAGER IS A NURSE AND VERONICA HER ASSISTANT. SAD... GOD SEES YOU. WHAT YOU DO TO OTHERS WILL COME BACK ON YOU.

The transmission service was poor. When I received my vehicle they broke my heater hose piece that goes in the firewall and refused to fix it so I fix it on there site. Then my transmission started slipping a month after receiving it in first gear and reverse. After taking it back to them they said it was my transfer case. So I had them fix it and told them about my transmission and they said it was my alternator causing the transmission to act like it does. I've never in my life heard of such a thing. So save your time and find a trusting transmission shop that cares about there customers.So they finally warranties my transmission. And I left it with them with a full tank and got it back with less than a half tank. As i was waiting for them to get back from lunch they pull up in the customers car from lunch. So I was inspecting my vehicle I noticed a clean paper mat in the floorboard. So I moved it out the way and the carpet mat was covered in grease. When I said something the person up front said she put the paper mat there covering the grease. There was grease on my center console and door. Never bothered to clean it up until I said something. So again save your time and money and go to a professional that cares.Service: Transmission

5 stars honestly isn't enough for them. Veronica made sure that I had all the parts I would need to get my car fixed ASAP even though they were closing and Terrence got my car running, same day, better than it ever has. Getting all that for half of what the dealership would've charged? Can't beat it!

I had Mr Bell and his team to rebuild my transmission in my Mustang GT. It was a quick turn around and he had the best price out of everybody I called. Also the customer service was great! I will be going back for more work and I will refer friends and family!

My husband took his truck there a couple of months ago and was told that the differential needed to be completely replaced for a cost of $1500. They kept it 3 weeks and it ran fine for a couple of days. Now it s as bad if not worse than before!!! Chalk it up to another learning experience one of the most well known places is definitely not the best!!! DON T waste your money with these people!

Great service. I told Mr. Bell about some sounds we were hearing from our Honda CRV.Mr. Bell looked into it for me and said everything sounds fine, let's take it for a test drive so that he can listen again. Me and Mr Bell took it for a test drive. He didn't find anything as an issue. I appreciate Mr. Bell's honesty and not taking advantage of an opportunity to just make money.I would bring my car back if I have any more problems...

I initially had my car towed to their shop in November of 2017, it took them 3 weeks to fix it and I was charged more money than I was told it was gonna be because of some part they had to order. I had an issue with the transmission jumping out of 3rd gear, so I get it towed again to bells transmission on February 22 2018 and it now March 27 2018 and my car is still there. I've been promised my car twice and I still haven't gotten it back. I've spoken to the manager and he told me I would get it last Friday. A month is to long to be catching rides to work and you have a car that's under warranty. Worst transmission shop ever. I hate I made the mistake of going there

Great Service and best job at a reasonable price. I bring my car here for all my car repair needs and always recommend them to everyone The team there is very knowledgeable and always very helpful.. This place is the best in Montgomery.

Awesome Service, I am very satisfied with the my trucks performance...300 miles on the break in, absolutely no noise from or problems with transmission. Thanks Eddie, Bobby, & the awesome receptionist.

Worst service ever they put a faulty transmission in my car didn't even have it a whole 24hr before it went bad took them forever to come back & get it to correct the problem they've had my car a whole week & im still waiting to get it back...I recommend no one ever use their services I wish I had known then what I kno now before I paid them my money they suck back yard shade tree mechanics are what they are please don't wast your time or money on them promise there not worth it..2,500 dollars gone down the drain

Not a place to feel comfortable leaving your vehicles, owner would rather tell you to go, than address your concerns. Quickly to say go elsewhere, no concern what so ever.

They were closed on Saturday and the owner still took our call. We were traveling through town and had possible transmission issues. He went above and beyond helping us.

I paid them 1800 drove the truck 3,000 miles and the transmission started slipping again luckily it was under warranty I sent it back to bells and now I have been waiting 2 months to get my truck back

I paid 1200 for my car got it 1 day next day doing the same thing it was doing. I paid 700 for diagnostic still the car not running

Trans..was slipping..valve cover gaskets were leaking...paid 2300 dollars....started slipping and leaking before I got home...10 MILES....CANNOT get them to repair or refund money...I have video of problem...Deb K
