This place I have known of since there growth spurt in 2002. They really gave Radio Shack a run for their money in batteries. This company stock batteries not normally found in other stores at discounted prices because all they do is batteries.Batteries for any auto will be cheaper here and with a warrantee!

Battery Source is the source of all your battery needs. I always find what I'm looking for and at competitive prices, too. And even if I can't locate what I need, the manager and his staff do a fantastic job of directing me where I need to go. Quite friendly, competent and they get the job done quickly and proficiently. Very pleased with this store ^_^.

I purchased an atomic clock and could not set it. I took it to Battery Source on the outside chance they'd be able to help me.. The Lady there set it without having to use the instructions! I wasn't even charged for her services. I am thankful for this store. The personnel are always cheerful and helpful. They even gave me a bandaid from their first aid kit when the bandaid from having blood drawn fell off and the hole in my hand started to ooze. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Battery Source of East Montgomery!

Went in the store for something several years ago. Called today to ask specific questions about a battery. Both times I ve tried to do business with them they have an attitude like I m bothering them. I ll definitely not try this place again.

So helpful! Only cost $9 to replace my key fob battery. Dealership wanted $95! Will go there for all my battery needs.

THEY SUCK SO BAD!!!!! They sold me a battery that was not only wrong but too large. Also broke the latch on my hood because battery was so big that hood couldn't close right. The worst part was when I was going down the hwy the hood flew up and broke.cracked my windshield. Scared me so bad. I had to wait a while to go back because I got sick with the shingles @ We took the car to Action Collision (they are awsome ) and they fixed everything and stood behind us on what BATTERY SOURCE had done. When we went to discuss what they had done ,they TOTALLY denied it and took NO responsibility and treated us so ugly.I ela with the public in my job every day if I did this ,I'd have no clients. Save your ey. Don't go there.

I don't even know why this place is in business. I guess if you want golf cart or watch batteries then maybe.... what battery place sells lithium ion batteries, but no battery wraps? How am I supposed to put my batteries back in the drill driver without it short circuting? There is a tear in the battery and the inside of the drill driver is alluminum. The customer service is unprofessional and passive agressive. He told me to just put electrical tape over it. Again... not a acceptable thing for a "BATTERY" store to mention. Im not from here, but every proffesional battery outlet I have been to has wraps or at the least some pre cut thermal wrapping. I guess battery safety means nothing to them. Im gonna go ahead and put these in my 18 volt drill driver anyways. If my hand blows up or catches on fire I will be on the news talking bad about this chain with a missing hand.

Sweet lady at the counter helped me changed out my fitness bracelet battery! I had tried every tool i could find and then had exactly what i needed to get the screws out!

My 84 month car battery made it 60 months and between the price hike of a new battery and what they will pro rate me for the old one. I'm almost paying full price again when i should have 24 more months to worry about another battery....

Got an 84 month warranty on my battery. it completely quit after only 27 months. and i have to pay $60.00 what type of warranty is this?
