Some of the best customer service in town for sure. The two younger guys working were excellent and personable and their manager was a true professional and an excellent lead by example kind of guy. Highly recommend this location.

I was greeted warmly, and immediately waited on for a windshield wiper fitting and replacement the staff here at Autozone was very professional and organized. I could never be disappointed with the service nor the assistance I recieved from the staff .atauto zone

A Saturday Early morning the customer service was great...Hubby had to do an oil change... Joseph was soooo helpful and the conversation was a plus...I believe hubby is going to make this his auto supplies shop.

The customer service in this store is unbelievably rude. Called for price check (make sure they had it in stock) for caliper to go on my car and was told they had it in stock and it's cost me X amount so walk the 1.5 mis, in AL summer 100+ heat, to their location to purchase said part. Also wanted/needed to return the brake pads, bought the day before (at their location 3 mi further on down the road) and a tube of lubricant, the sales associate assured was equal to the brands and type we'd actually wanted to purchase however they did not have that product in stock. And upon returning home, I was assured, it was not anything like what I needed, were couldn't use it. So today walk to Autozone and to be told, they will not return the pads because we hadn't bought it at their stores location (still an auto zone) and that they do not have the part needed in stock and that we should just push the seized caliper back into place, use it instead of getting a new one to install. Also the manager, whom, had been, standing right with them, he, would have to handle the return of he lubricate stuff. By the time that was said Manager had disappeared into the back of the store and after 15min, still, had not returned to help, either, the sales associate or us. The store wasnt very busy, even so, no one, was willing to even try and see if/where/when our part would be in stock. Not willing to refund our money on incorrect parts sold to us by auto zone. So 1.5 mi walk in the AL 100+ summer heat with absolutely nothing to show for the efforts to restore the car to safe working conditions. Thanks to AutoZone ,the total lack of help or respect getting what we need and returning what we don't, getting back and forth to work this week may be impossible.

I was passing through Montgomery a few days ago on my way south to FL and my check engine light came on. I knew autozone did engine light checks so I went to get it read. I freaked out when it said it was my catalytic converter. The young lady helping me told me that since the code had just came on a bottle of fuel treatment might be able to fix me up. Yesterday the light went off and has not come back on. Great bunch of people there in Montgomery.

Guys were very friendly and helped because I ordered a part for my vehicle but it was the wrong part as o they refunded my money immediately and got a headlight and brake lights instead

My 1 star rating means nothing. I did not shop at Autozone. I shopped at Harbor Frieght. By the way it was my first time shopping at Harbor Frieght and I was impressed. It was a little warm inside, but it is understandable with the cost of electricity.
