I went in for an error message on my dashboard about my tail lights. I couldn t tell which ones were out. Maurice helped me realize both my a brake light and turn signal were out. He searched for the correct bulbs and offered to replace them for me on his own without charge. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and all my lights work now! I m very grateful.

Shannon was a great help. She was pleasant and immediately assistant me as soon as I walked through the door. I didn't know what oil I needed. She looked it up, checked my oil and assisted me so I wouldn't sling a rod. I had no oil.

Every employee gave great customer service and knowledge from my observation. They had a lot of customer and they managed to get everyone out in a timely manner. Good management and leadership always shows!!!

I was given the best service I have received anywhere in a long, long time. The Manager, Kissi was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to help me. If I could give a 6-star review, I would.She tested my battery, found that it was bad, she also found that I still had warranty on my battery, and she made good with the warranty. She then went ahead and removed my old battery and installed the new one herself. I insisted I can do that, but she said it was her pleasure to serve me.

The high level of customer service from the AutoZone on Vaughn Road never ceases to amaze me. Even a deed such as replacing a headlight bulb is given treatment that I consider royal. I appreciate Maurice for taking the time to not only install the bulb in my Fiat 500X, but also showed me how to do it myself for future reference.

I came in to get some brakes so I can make repairs to my car. I was greeted as soon as I came into the building. The store was nice and neat and they provided good customer service. I will be shopping here in the future.

Started my Monday morning with a dead battery. The good folks at this location were able to swap out my old battery with a new Duralast Gold quickly and made sure they had the right size battery and that is was secured. Thanks!

The people are friendly and offer a good service. They are willing to help as much as they can and were even upset that I brought in just a battery because it deprived them of offering a free installation service. I will certainly be back because of the staff, if the need arises again.

The people here are very professional. The people here are very friendly, and they got me the Rain X Silicone Advantage Windshield wipers I needed. They even helped put the new windshield wipers on my vehicle. Excellent, excellent customer service!!!

Torrie was outstanding I came in right before they were about to close and he came out and helped assisted me my battery was fried and my radio needed to be reset he helped me with both me was amazing he deserves a raise and a change in shifts , promotion would work to

Staff here is amazing lol. Friendly and super informative. Helped me find the right wiper blades for my car and replaced them for me, quick and easy. Can t thank them enough.

Fast, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. Saved me so much money and time compared to go to the dealership. Got the precise oil I needed and added in, in less than 5min and made solid car jokes. While the car dealership tried to sell me a new car, took up 2 hours of my time, couldn't do an oil change, and ran my credit without my permission after I left. Rejoice for Autozone has your back!!

This place is great! Jesse is the WORLD'S BEST at CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He always has a smile for every customer, goes beyond the norm to assist every customer, and Auto Zone is about the only auto supply company that shows their appreciation for Veterans by offering a military discount. The fact that their prices are usually the lowest is an added plus! But this location is the only one where you'll find Jesse and the other awesome staff! He sets the standard for integrity and humility and expertise. It's obvious that he lives the Golden Rule! Thank you for hiring someone of his caliber!!!

Lewis and his manager were wonderful. They diagnosed and changed out my dead battery five minutes before closing time and they had wonderful attitudes and showed great customer service. 10/10 recommend would go again

Best experience. I was in search of air conditioner refrigerant for my car AC and windshield washer fluid and the man who helped me and my son went above and beyond. I wish I could remember his name!! Thank you for helping this Texas girl out.Jaime

I had difficulty installing new windshield wipers. They did it for me. Even though they had some problems, they didn't charge me. I have always gotten great service here and great recommendations inside the store.

Because this store is close to my home, I shop at it frequently. They usually have the items I need in stock and the staff are knowledge-full , very polite and quick to please. My only issue - the reason for a 3-star rating vs a 5, is that there s a manager (or owner, maybe) that s always yelling from the back office. I assume there s an open-office behind the wall of oils and oil filters. He s always yelling conversations across the store ( Hey, Eli,...who left the back door open?,...are you busy?,...c mere when you re done , etc). Additionally, when you re browsing the store you can easily hear his voice booming over the phone. The last time I was there he was venting on the phone about how stupid one of the other store managers were because they d hung promotional signs wrong. Anyway - this individuals lack of self awareness is a constant distraction to customers. No one is visiting your store to hear all of that.

It's your average AutoZone auto parts store. Clean and well organized when I was there. The customer service went out of those way to help me locate an item which they were out of stock on at the time. Some items will need to be special ordered if they don't normally carry it or just don't have it in store at the time.

Friendly staffs, the reason for four star is some items (not all) are very expensive compared to online retailers and they do not do price match with on line retailers.

Needed New Battery for my wife's car as soon as I entered the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help with anything and the salesperson happily installed new battery for me with very little wait. Will be back again
