Stopped by. I am currently residing 2 hours away. Overall store was clean, organized, appeared to be well stocked 9:10 am CST. What troubled me is that the Parts Sales Manager (which represented the store) was walking around with his pants low and his cartoon underwear showing. He did not have a belt on and the sag was not necessary. I found that to be unprofessional and poor representation of the Autozone national brand. CJ Riley, please cover up your underwear. I do not come to stores to see all of that nonsense.Also, Women bathroom was out of order and male bathroom below par. Autozone, please have at least one clean bathroom for customers.

Today is September 9th 2023 I R.Brow myself went in to return some break pads had all the necessary receipts as well as my credit card the gentleman held an extensive conversation with someone else by the name of Grayson James what's the store manager I presume that's what was on his shirt did not know how to refund this transaction of which I purchased these brakes from another AutoZone off of Atlanta highway this particular store that I went to exchange these brand new brake pads that had never been used was on Fairview address 443 Fairview avenue Montgomery Alabama 36105 I was very disappointed in the services that was rendered to me therefore I have to go back over across town to return these brakes to the Atlanta highway store that's a inconvenience for me sincerely, R. brown

The store manager, and his staff had the best customer service. Mr. Ed went over, and beyond to expedite the process. He was prompt, had a sense of urgency, and he really followed up on everything.

If you are in a hurry this is not the place to go. but if you want someone who would take time with you to get you what you need this is a great place to be. They will get you what you need in a timely fashion and you will be dealt with on a personal basis which is good because they're not rushing you to get to nobody else you can take your time and make sure that you get exactly what you need. Great service!

Very helpful and professional employees. Sean (shawn?) helped me find the OBD scanner I needed and helped fix my car. Great guy. Couldn't have had a better trip to the auto parts store.

Wow!!! My car broke down and this was the best place for it to happen. Ron, the district manager, went out of his way to diagnose my car. His team called around to find someone to change the part for me. I was traveling and they tremendously saved me. Thanks Ron and team at Montgomery!!!!

Mr. Jesse and his team are the BEST! They treat us as friends, not just customers. Always going above and beyond to assist all their customers. We don't shop other parts stores OR other Auto Zone locations.

We were passing through on the way home from a camping trip hauling our camper. Enroute our truck starting having issues. The check engine light came on. It was about 7:30-8:00 p.m. We were worried we would not make it on our 2 hour trip back home. We stopped at Advanced Auto Parts across the street and they would not check our light because it was dark outside and a High crime area. We drove next door to O'rielys to which said the same thing and would not help us. We rolled to AutoZone and Jessie greeted us out the door. He knew we were in distress and was willing to help. He come outside, read the light. Let us know which part. My husband was able to change the part in the parking lot. Jessie came to check on us several times to make sure we were ok since both of our kids were with us. We were so very grateful for Jessi's care. From his grey shirt it looked like he was the manager, which is a well deserved position. Although the engine coil was not the issue, it patched our truck enough to make it home. Thank you so much Jessi!

Feel like I might have been taken advantage of. Don't know. Just didn't trust the guys opinion that I needed a new battery as he wasn't able to test it

They are the SORRIEST parts house in MONTGOMERY. Eddie broke the seal on my head gasket repair on purpose so I couldn t get my money back!!! I would never recommend this place NEVER!!!
