The people that work there were super nice to a non-customer who needed help with her car after an incident on the street outside of their shop. It was refreshing to see they were willing to help even when it wasn t a customer of theirs. I give this place five stars because of that. We all have to help each other and this world will be a better place

The two mechanics that changed my oil were very professional. At the same time, they were welcoming and accommodating as well. I had my wife and children with me; and yet they were nice and patient enough to double check and educate us on what they were doing. The American Lube Fast on Atlanta Highway will definitely be my home for all my oil changes.

A-1 service. I always go to the one on Atlanta Hwy in Montgomery. The manager there is so personable and kind! The technician is just as amazing! That s why I continue to get my services through American Lube Fast!

Sent my husband yesterday to get an oil change and the services list says they checked the coolant and it was full, however when I got home and checked it it was empty, so don't know how to feel about that $85 price tag now and unsure of if they actually check anything when they say they do. Will be checking more of this service list myself, certainly not worth the money if I'm redoing what they said they checked on paper.

Ridiculous prices and poor service. Paid 150 dollars for an oil change and 2 windshield wipers. Didn't get the full price until after I paid unacceptable. Do better!

Supervisor need better interpersonal relationships with the customers. He was very rude. The visit was horrible, when we pulled up he stated sit in the car or in the store. My husband stepped out of the car as usual to smoke his cigarette outside of the shop and the supervisor yelled sir in the car or on the store. He even tried to get into an arguing match with my husband after my husband got back in the car. I will be using a different location from now on.

Was recommended to go there and have my oil changed two Mos ago. My armada has been smoking every since. Had it it redone just not with them. When I saw the oil filter that came off looked horrible and my truck was loosing oil really bad. Had I not had it checked again I would've been paying for another engine. I was charged $110 for a poorly done job.Service: Oil change

Customer service was good when I went on January 17,2023. A month later I keep hearing a noise in my car and then my oil light blinked. I took my car back to them on February 23,2023 for them to check my oil. The young guy says you are a quart low and he goes to fill a jug up. I don t know about oil but I know when something looks more like more than a quart and the oil looks thin. So once he put the oil in there he checked it again and says I m going to put another quart in there. He fills the same jug about halfway the jug and pours oil in my car. He checked it and said you are good to go. I really feel that I paid for the high mileage oil and they didn t give me high mileage oil. When I go to other places my oil doesn t burn off so fast. I don t have an oil leak. Now I m nervous and have to go pay another 80 something dollars to get my oil changed somewhere else because I don t feel comfortable with what was done to my car there. I will not be using them again because I want to feel comfortable with my car after work has been done and I really don t feel comfortable.Service: Oil change

I highly recommend American Lube Fast at the Bell Road location to all of my family and friends. They are all very friendly, professional, skilled and highly trained in their profession. They work very hard, fast and efficiently to get the customers in and out in a timely manner. They believe in customer service satisfaction. If you're looking for a really great place to get an oil change then American Lube Fast on Bell Road is the place for you!

Tl;Dr great customer service, quality, and fair price. If you've had bad mechanics before, then these people will change your mind with the excellent quality of work and customer service.-I don't like car mechanics. I've been to mechanics to get a problem fixed, and end up paying money for more problems. Well, today I went for an oil change and to figure out why my vehicle was making a strange noise, and I got another surprise.Chad, their salesman, was excellent in delivering the information, pricing with clarity, and was extremely kind. Wes, the manager, was also very friendly and seemed to work closely with Chad to run a tight ship. The mechanic, Trae, did good work. They got my service work and repairs completed quickly and were very good about staying touch. The price was fair, especially for the excellent quality and care. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has had bad experiences with mechanics before. I've had bad experiences too, but this completely changed my outlook. I'll definitely be coming here for regular maintenance and repairs.

The employees were good but they charge u more than the price menue hung on the wall .I was charged 69.99 for synthetic oil change while the price on the wall was 59.99 .
