Sorry employees and night managers. Drive for a living, needed oil it was 8:51 store don t close till 9 but manager had door locked, looked at me and just smiled. Won t ever get my business again.

I work here as a driver and sales associate. I guarantee that you'll have the BEST customer service and if we don't have a part at the store, we'll find you one same day from somewhere. Great atmosphere and all of us employees are like family and we treat you like family as well.

I really wish I could leave 0 stars I visited this location yesterday morning they were not helpful at all, I will not be returning. As a person of color, i felt looked down upon, sadly.

I went to have the battery and check engine light tested. The young lady who helped me out was very polite and friendly. She was able to pull the codes for the check engine light and gave me a price on a battery. All the employees there had a great attitude and we're very friendly. The store looked in really good condition and clean.

This store by far has been the worst . I came in smoking and blowing coolant out of the hood . Three of the guys working here were in n the door way . None asked if I needed help until I walked in . Then despite there being a coolant container half full on customer cart . I was told they don t know what s on the container therefore I needed to purchase anything I needed . No paper funnels . No available funnels to borrow like suppose to be . It was a customer that I had never met that rushed in to let me know my car was now experiencing a new problem . Not the employee looking at the same issue without even taking eyes off his phone to assist in any way . No curtesy and when asking a lady in the store stacking parts on shelves where a particular item was I was informed that she didn t work there . Terrible .

I received excellent service at this location this morning while stopping in to get a new battery for my car and installation. After calling multiple stores in the area who were out of batteries that would fit my Kia Rio, I stopped in here and they had one! Not only did they have a battery in stock, Donnie provided me with excellent service, got my car battery installed quickly and efficiently, and made sure I didn t need anything else before I left. While Donnie was pulling my battery an employee came in to work through the front doors and immediately checked in to make sure I was taken care of and/or if I needed help. Highly recommend stopping in here for all your auto needs!

Part, pricing, store, and availability was great but Jennifer S the representative madw this review earn 1 star. Today I stopped at this Advance to get a small part for my truck. I went to the aisle where the part was located and went to the register. The employee at the register per my receipt was named Jennifer S. The impression I got was the she was annoyed to have to put her phone down to help me. Once she did and completed the sale she immediately got back on her phone. Then when I had a question about the part I purchased after I got it she seemed even more annoyed to be asked something after the purchase was made so she walked after from the counter on her phone. After that another employee and I talked and figured out the issue. She was one of the worst employees I've encountered from a chain that is usually pretty good about having exceptional customer service.

Friendly and helpful staff. A gentleman helped me with recommendations and installation which replaced my old worn out wiper blades. The service was A1. 2nd trip, just as professional and helpful.

Great people here - but be aware the national chain does not honor the rebates advertised in the store. I bought windshield wipers here, followed the online rebate instructions, and it was rejected because "there were no current offers" or something like that. Never mind that the store advertised it, and the receipt had instructions for how to file it. I then emailed the national chain, and never received a response. I'm sure they know most people will just give up over $10.00, but it's not the kind of treatment that makes you want to come back.

Neil is the only employee that knows what he s doing. For that, I give 3 stars because he s helped me out quite a bit. Other employees there really don t know what they re doing or what they even sell. Every time I call and someone other than Neil answers...they never know the answer.

Very helpful guys in this place! Tried to find a matching silver paint for my truck and they must have had 10 different silvers to choose from. Could hardly see a difference in my original and the matchup paint.

I've been working on cars for nearly 30 years. Getting your parts right is important. This is my go to place. Sheila is there secret weapon this lady knows parts. You ever buy a part only to get 30 miles to home and find out it's nowhere near what you need? That want happen here. So wether your a weekend wrencher fixing your own ride or your turning wrenches for a living take my advice and go see Sheila or any of the staff you can't go wrong here

People in the store are clueless I spent 20 minutes in the store for the guy to tell me they don't have my part and I was first in line.
