I just left this store, and I can only see without a doubt it is the best store I have ever been into for auto parts. Maxcine was outstanding, and Javar went outside to help me with my problem stayed a little late. How did the kindness of their hearts I can t say enough about this store, and the wonderful people that work there. It is one of the best experiences you will ever have if you need parts or any kind of advice on autos. To close all I can say, is these two wonderful people stuck it out with me in my old Dodge truck and get me back on the road and home to Family in Atlanta

Great service! Our check engine light came on during a family road trip and these were the only people in the area that could assist us at 7pm. If you're passing through or want a quick, friendly staff to run diagnostics, this is the place to go!

Placed an online order here to pick up. We were helped by the associate Stone. He said that the part that we need it was not available. We walked over to the shelf and picked it right up and went to the counter to show him. He then said that we gave him the wrong part number. When he has the online order sheet in his hand. In fact we never did give him any number. We only gave him our last name to pull the order. He misread the paper. But he gave so much attitude and show so much ignorance instead of being humble and apologizing for his mistake. He would just lazy. He didn't want to do anything and he didn't know how to do his job. And it shows. It's customer service skills was very subpar. If you need help at this location, you should ask to speak to John. He knows where he talks about and he will help you.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable of products, prompt, and a great asset to your location are you staff the main 3 you see upon entry. I love those ladies and the Hispanic guy.... Great work and thanks for all you guys do...

The young lady at the Fairview ave store..Miss Maxcine... was super nice with an AWESOMEattitude. She took her time helping us order what we needed. I will drive the extra mile to vfc return to that store. The store on Airforce blvd is much closer to my house but they are NOT friendly, and it always seem like a bother to them when you need to ask them a question.

Ok service, the person that help me found what I needed and range me up. I was thinking if a man see a Lady coming in to purchase something that you think she might need some help putting in her car you would be courtesy and ask if she needs help by it being some antifreeze or if it's oil. Ladies if you have son's teache n remind them to always help our women even if she doesn't accept or needed.

This has been the worst experience of service Ive ever witness the general manager (TIM) sold me the wrong part for my vehicle and didn't want to give me a refund when it was mainly his fought for ordering the wrong part .Then he basically told me the only way I could get my money back was to call corporate. I will NEVER return to this store again I hope this review reach higher up in corporate this store should down up to their mistake I'm very dissatisfied .
