This is a review from someone that's returned to 2nd Chance a number of times. These guys really are the best. Not only can they get you in a nice vehicle at an affordable price, but the customer service is also wonderful. They really look out for you and go above and beyond to try to make sure you've got the best experience and most reliable vehicle when they service it. Draco, Sheena and the entire team are always so kind and helpful. 100% recommended.

I sit in the office for 5 hours had all the paper work done they ran my credit card charged me 2085 for them to tell me I can't use my credit card it's absolutely ridiculous that I sat in an office for 5 hrs for them to run my card and charge me then turn around and tell me I can't pay with my card! I WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Possibly the worst, most fraudulent car dealership in the entire United States of America. They have clearly paid 3rd party reviewers to get their Google review rating up to a very respectable 4.2. How can this be when they sell high interest lemons to poor, uneducated consumers? I hope this business gets shut down and sued into chapter 11. I wish you nothing but the worst 2nd Chance Auto Sales. You are nothing but con-artists and grifters.

I got a 2013 Jeep Cherokee from them 2 days later it was giving me problems took it back and they claimed they fixed it 2 weeks later the problem was worse took it back they told me I would have to pay to have it fixed my 2 weeks was up and they charge higher for the car so u can get it financed thru the highest financing company don't be fooled buy this car lot

This is a straight scam Homie! They couldn't even provide me with a base price, they wanted my information first. All car dealers have a base price for a car that they are selling. It looks like they're trying to make money off of my credit. I'm front the Midwest. We don't do that mess up here!

Mr James was outstanding. His customer service was excellent. The office staff was super friendly and helpful. Robin, Sheena, and Sylvia were very friendly and supportive. Short round and the principal were the big dawgs of the finance team. I ll definitely be back in the future for sure.

My salesman was dreco he was very professional but the process took long like two days it took longer than the last car lot I went to but other than that the experience was great

I am very disappointed the car that we bought started having problems within the first three days. I do not recommend this place it is a trap. You will probably have better luck and more reliable transportation from Facebook marketplace.

Do not buy a car from here! ..these folks are crooks!! My gf bought a car from here and had nothing but problems with it. Brakes, fuel filter, fuel pump the list go on! No warranty and they won't help with repairs and no refund of her money! They should be under investigation!

Thank you to Draco for the amazing help! Also Byron he helped out a lot, I would not come back if it wasn t for Draco honestly he is very understanding and resourceful he made me feel extremely comfortable. The business is unorganized and I was here over 5 hours not because of any issues on my end but because Draco had to do EVERYTHING and help every other customer. The customer service was extremely rude I m only giving DRACO these 5 stars
